Bill is a wonderful technician, he’s helped us with AC and furnace repairs/ maintenance and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly.

Mike came out to service my AC today. Very professional and spent time programming my thermostat. He explained everything and showed me pictures of everything. I cannot say enough good about Mike. Definitely a 5 star rating. I have wicked either Mitchell Heating and Cooling for 2 years now and have always had wonderful service! You won't go wrong calling them. Karen

Mitchell Heating was sent by my home builder to address HVAC issues that my home inspector identified. Mitchell Heating has been professional from start to finish. There is no lack of communication with this company. Kim (who was she was pleasant to talk to) called a couple days prior to confirm our scheduled appointment. A text message was sent the day before as a reminder of our scheduled appointment and the day of, they sent a text message with a picture of who was coming and that he was on his way. The technician named Jayvon showed up within minutes after the text was sent. Jayvon was all business. (Showed up to the door with materials already on hand. No wasting time!) I do appreciate Jayvon showing me the before and after pictures of the job he did. He had the difficult job of going up into the dark attic to find the vent pipe that needed to be repaired. All he had was a picture to go off of. Well done! Thank You Mitchell Heating!

Jordan came out and cleaned and serviced my HVAC. He did a great job.

Bill was professional and courteous. He was very thorough and efficient! He explained what services may be needed in the future clearly and respectfully!

Tech arrived with wrong exhaust fan replacement. Realized error and left to obtain correct part. Returned shortly and replaced defective fan. Seems to be working correctly. Javon was very polite and appeared to be knowledgeable with product.

Wonderful experience! Lost heat Saturday night on a holiday weekend and Bill was very prompt and had the furnace back up and running as soon as was humanly possible. Went above and far beyond for us. Really appreciate him!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Mitchell Heating. When my heat went out in the middle of winter and my home temperature had dropped to 57 degrees, I called the number listed on my system and left a detailed message requesting a call back. I never heard from anyone. After almost two days with no response, I contacted another company, and they came out right away and fixed the problem—which was with Mitchell Heating’s equipment. The lack of communication and urgency was unacceptable, especially in cold conditions. I will not be using them again.

Consistently good service. Responsive, reliable, and both professional and personal. We're in the three year VIP plan and receive spring and fall checkups. Very satisfied with Mitchell and have been recommending them to my neighbors.

Jayvon Whitley was professional and very knowledgeable about the issues with our thermostat. I appreciate that he was able to get it replaced. I truly appreciate the time he took to explain the options that I had in replacing.

Mitchell cooling and heating did an excellent job of installing this furnace and recently, was very impressed with the knowledge experience and honesty of their technician Logan.
I had made a decision to go with another maintenance company and they used fear tactics for leverage to try to sell me a new furnace when one was not even needed. Mitchell came in and cleared up the air and I am going to stay with them moving forward I recommend Their services very much.

I had two hvac services completed by two different technicians. Logan and Jordan, both technicians were good at their jobs. They were personable and knowledgeable. Only reason for two visits was that the thermostat had to be replaced and it needed to be ordered. Which was inconvenient, why I deducted one star. Wanted to add the home is a new build surprised me that the thermostat already needed replacement.

My heat stopped working just as the temperatures started to drop. I called and scheduled an appointment very quickly. The tech that came out, Bill, was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to show me what the problem was and gave me suggestions for moving forward. He was very knowledgeable and professional. A wonderful experience all around and the house is nice and warm again:)

These men were amazing, Josh and Steve came in, found the problem, without charging an arm n leg .I appreciate them coming with in the hour of my call and finishing up just as quick..highly recommend them...thanks again guys..
