My gas heating was giving me problems and Adam did a great job getting it working again. It was also nice to get same day service and a reasonable price.

Amazing service from ICE heating and cooling today. The tech Adam was so professional, friendly, and answered all of our questions. He even had to get a new part and came back with it so quickly to make sure it was handled same day. Highly recommend their services!

Thanks for repairing my non-operational AC! It wasn't a fun weekend, but the AC repair made the day so much better and the week coming ahead more preparable. He even pointed out an older problem that could have been causing me to have to keep the thermostat below 68 degrees. I believe that problem will be resolved before tomorrow:) It was quick and professional and I feel that the Colorado Springs Community can remain cool and well cared for from this company.

The team at Ice Heating and Cooling is amazing. Our business’ walk-in freezer temp spiked suddenly with thousands of dollars of product in it The team came out next day, spent hours manually defrosting and cleaning it to avoid us having to move or loose product. Their communication was clear and they even found the source of the problem and showed us how to clean and maintain it. We had used another refrigeration company in town for years and their service quality had gone down and their prices were unaffordable. Ice was excellent and their prices were affordable - definitely our new go to!

Josh and Josh have been absolutely incredible helping me over the last few years with my very old boiler. They are always professional, timely, & helpful. These amazing men go above and beyond for their customers & even showed up a couple years ago on Christmas Day when we had no heat! They installed a new boiler and tankless water heater a couple months ago. The process was smooth, they cleaned everything up, provided detailed explanations on the unit & have stopped by to help me figure out certain settings. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Chandler my service tech did an amazing job. I called to have the AC and heating system inspected after some other construction work was recently done around the house. I had concerns that my HVAC system was affected during the process. Chandler was very thorough with diagnosing and recommended and performed just a bit of preventative maintenance as per my request. He also spent some time educating me and even took the time to custom fabricate a small metal filter cover to help the furnace operate more efficiently. Overall I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend and will use again.

Josh was super kind and detailed with his work. He got the valves replaced that were leaking gas and was able to troubleshoot some issues I had with my furnace!

Rodney is so kind, professional, and patient. He took time to show me what was malfunctioning on top of fixing the issue. He’s done such great work all three times I’ve used him: whole house humidifier, furnace repair, and AC repair. I recommend him to my friends and they’ve even come back with compliments on his service. So happy I found him.

We had our AC unit installed from Rodney in June. He was awesome. He constantly stayed in contact with us to let us know what was going on. We did have some issues with our house humidifier and he came by that day to take care of the issue. I will not go anywhere else for AC work and I highly recommend him.

Furnace went out during the night, called Signature Springs HVAC in the morning and arrived 30 min. after call and found the problem right away and repaired and cleaned per my request. price was reasonable and fair. Great customer service, easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. Would highly recommend their services.

Great work and great customer service! I called with a broken furnace and they were able to get the part and fix it within hours. They are fast, friendly and just nice to work with. Good old-fashioned work ethic and a warm attitude to boot!

After chasing our tail trying to get (the pink truck) to respond to our calls for an a/c service, our a/c quit putting out cold air. Called Signature Springs HVAC yesterday (a Saturday) and they sent Josh out within an hour. Our coils were frozen solid, so he had to come back today (Sunday) after allowing everything to thaw. He got our a/c up and running in no time, and it was cheaper than we were spending in the past! We won't be calling anyone else for our HVAC needs ever again. If I could give 20 stars, I would.

They came through for me last minute and lower than another HVAC company. They were also very pleasant and communicative. Definitely pick them.

The team was great, kind and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and professionally. We just had our furnace tuned up so it wasn’t a big job. They even arrived early after confirming it was ok. That was great too!

Taylor Reynolds was learning how to install an air conditioner. His and two other guys did a very good job. Rodney taught me to not let a dog pee on your ac until outside.

Rodney is great.. I have found Rodney to be very conscientious about his work and extremely polite and thorough when answering any questios. He has always shown up on time, which is really nice. I found him to be really down to earth and just a really nice person who knows how to run a business properly.

Rodney was extremely helpful! My furnace decided not to work when we had a 40° weather change and he came out the next day when I called to make an appointment. Very reasonable prices for an emergency situation. He also worked with my homeowners that live in another state to replace the furnace which was the original 30 year old. He kept me informed as to what was going on and then when my options as to install dates we available. Had a couple minor issues after the install but Rodney made sure to come out right away and fix them. Would highly recommend!!!
