The new heater is doing great. They answered my questions and provided operating and maintenance information about the furnace and A/C, and got the furnace installed before the cold front came through. They didn't make a mess of my house, and I didn't have to move lots of things so they could access things. Of course, with winter now setting in, I won't know how well the A/C works until late in the spring, but they have promised to come out and resolve any problems we might have.

The team at Gene's are AWESOME. Integrity, Honesty, Price, Support, Smiles, they have it all.

As a commercial property manager I am sensitive to all of these qualities. I use Gene's for all my heating and air conditioning applications.

They were reasonably priced, on time, responsive, and fast in my AC install. They accidentally damaged my dryer during the install but offered a fair discount on the AC invoice in response. My new AC works well. Hopefully, after a summer of using my AC this year, the 5 star review will remain.

I made the right choice. The lady on the phone gave me a tip that helped get my furnace going until the tech arrived. 3 other places I called couldn't make it out for 24 hours because so many people had heating issues today... these guys came out earlier than quoted, only two hours. Tech was very nice and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices, cheaper than I was quoted by all the others. All around great experience, I definitely know who to call in the future. :) -- thanks Gene's!

I live in Texas, and needed my summer home in Woodland Parks furnace worked on in January. My service contract, could not find a company to drive up there to do the work. I called a company I previously used but they do not go up there any more, they did give me Genes Heating and Air number and recommended them highly. I called, and told her what the situation was. She was understanding and said she would see what she could do. She called me back within the hour and said one of her crew would be by the house around 4 p.m. that day.
My neighbor, met with the workman and the service call was completed in a very short time. My furnace was repair that day. The workman was very polite and helpful.

Genes Heating and Air was extremely accommodating installing my unit in a week. They were book solid, yet the work was done two days before they had scheduled me. The staff was very professional and efficient. I strongly recommend them!

We are so pleased with our experience with Gene's Heating and Air Service. This was an updated heating system in our Stepping Stones Condominium. Gene and Julie researched an antiquated 30+ year old system that had a very unusual install. They ordered the perfect fit and managed to install our system in less than 2 days (including an unexpected electrical upgrade by J2D Electrical) which included coordinating 2 seperate building inspections. Well done! Highly recommended.

Reasonable price for annual contract considering the variety of services and products included. Gene's includes what other providers require a separate payment for. I've had quality service every time, usually the same technician , so we have gotten a chance to know and trust his work. Easy to set up appointment at a time/date of our choice.

Gene's is simply the best! We've had two issues with furnaces in our "antique" ;) house with an attached rental cottage. Each time, Gene has provided a superior level of service, offered the most affordable options, creative solutions, and timely service. Whenever we have a problem, they're the only ones I'll call. No upselling, no gimmicks. Simply honest service professionals. 6 stars!

I called Gene's Heating and Air at 7:45 a.m. today and we had Joe at our house by 8:20 a.m. Our furnace had stopped working altogether the day before. Joe was able to have our heat on within an hour without even needing any new parts. We were charged only for a service call. Yesterday, we had talked to another company and we were looking at a $1000 bill with them. We are thankful that Gene's was recommended to us. Joe was very knowledgeable and he got the job done quickly and he took a lot of the time to talk to us and explain to us what the problem had been and answer all of our questions. We recommend Gene's 100% and we will not hesitate to use them again for all of our heating needs.

Have been using Gene's Heating and Air for over fifteen years for routine maintenance as well as system upgrades. VERY responsive in emergencies, great to work with on routine maintenance as well. They do great work professionally and are always on time. Also, unlike other mega-companies, they NEVER try to upsell you on something you don't need either.

I cannot say enough great things about Gene's. They are very easy to work with and with both of our properties we had great service. They follow through and are trustworthy.

These guys are AWESOME! We talked to two different ladies on the phone and they were both incredibly helpful, kind and very easy to work with. Ben did the work on our furnace and he did an amazing job. This company is one that you can trust to do exactly what needs to be done. Their prices are extremely fair and they are honest, hard workers. Great experience!

Came home a few nights ago and the fan was working, but no heat was coming out. Luckily it wasn't too cold. I called and left a message. First thing next morning, Gene's calls and say they can be there in 30 minutes. They were! And I had heat within in less than an hour! Great Service! Friendly and dependable.

I have had two installations completed by Gene's heating and air. One was for a Furnace and AC install in one of my rentals and the second one was for a central AC install in my personal residence. both were handled in a timely and professional manner. I really like the way they do business. I intend to keep using them. Update: I have now had another central AC installation done by Gene's Heating and Air. What I like was the attention to detail that the estimator had. Craig spent considerable time in the crawl space taking measurements of all the ducts to make sure they could do the install. I would say he spent at least an hour going over the current system. Unlike another installation that another vendor did several years ago where the estimator did a "quick and dirty" look over the system. I estimate he spent maybe 15 minutes looking over the system. He left the installers to figure out how to make the install work. Not good. I did have problems with that install and that was one of the reasons I went to Gene's. Gene's also coordinated the upgrade of the electrical service panel with another vendor. They brought a grandfathered electrical panel up to current code. Thanks for the great service. Bob
