Rodney, William and Ken did absolutely amazing as always! Very professional and polite 😀! I have been using Signature Springs HVAC since 2021 and have always had a wonderful experience. They helped prolong my furnace over the last couple years and now just replaced the entire unit for me! I work for Premier Carpet Cleaning and will forever refer Signature Springs to anyone who asks!

I called yesterday and they put already in their appointment list. Joshua came and gave me knowledge on what should I could better to keep my unit maintained. They are God sent trully amazing. He looked into any possible causes, talk me through it, and he really helped me have my cold AC unit on.

I called when I had a problem with my furnace and they came out the same day and took care of everything.

Easy to schedule on their website, good communication from booking to technician arrival, fair pricing for service. Technician was friendly and willingly answered questions about the unit.

Update 10/24 - again, nothing but more positives to say about this company and their knowledgeable technicians. Had a no-heat issue with our furnace. The technician, Josh worked tirelessly to diagnose the issue, calling around to locate hard to find parts, and get us back with heat.

We scheduled an annual service done on our furnace. This company was very responsive from the very beginning. Rodney was our technician. He was on time, and did a very thorough job. We'll see you next summer for our central air.

Rodney was very friendly and quick! He explained every part of the process, double checked everything was in working order, have some money saving tips, and came and fixed our furnace on a Saturday when it was 13 degrees outside! We will definitely be calling again for any HVAC related work in the future.

Great customer service, they were able to fit me in on short notice. Josh the technician showed up on time and was polite and very knowledgeable, he was able to get my HVAC system back to where it needed to be and kept me informed with what he found and the options going forward. Great local company, I would highly recommend.

Great customer service! They fit me in last minute for the same day repair. My AC unit went out and as soon as the part came in they fit me in that same day to fully replace and repair my AC unit. They said they would be here around 5:30pm and they actually showed up sooner which was awesome! Josh was very very knowledgeable and friendly and respectful (and super cute! definitely crushing on him a little bit, but he thought my roommate was my man :( sad day lmao) .
I don’t remember the other guys name that was with him (from south) but both of them seemed to really know what they were doing and were very friendly and knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly with no worries or complications. They were outside in the pouring rain repairing and replacing my AC unit with umbrellas with quickness and efficiency. Truly seem like honest and genuine people! I will refer them to everyone and anyone. Thanks guys 😊 10/10.

Signature Springs HVAC came out to diagnose my home’s AC issues on the same day of calling them to schedule an appointment and they fixed the issue within a couple days and got my AC back up and running. Other companies said it would take 1-2 months to get out to my house. Very good pricing as well for repair. Highly recommend.

Rodney and Josh installed central air in our house. They did an outstanding job. Professional all the way. They took time to answer questions completely and show the install process to ensure my understanding. Highly recommend this company for any job they advertise.

Very quick to respond. We called 5 different companies and the other 4 were more interested in gathering our information than helping us. After going through a bunch of stupid questions they said all their callous were filled and could not help us till regular business hours. If was very cold in our house and could not wait. Rodney was on his way and asked us to text the info to him so there was less delay. He quickly figured out the problem and had it fixed quickly. We know who our 1st call will be in hhe future.

Had no heat, blowing out cold air. And freezing cold out. Signature Springs was called yesterday. Had Taylor come to my house within a couple hours. Came, fixed and cleaned it all. Best it's worked since I've been here. Thank you Taylor you rock!

Andrew came right on time. Delightful and explained everything. Had a leak in a water line leading from the minisplit that was put in last year. It was a way easier fix than he thought and the company adjusted the price accordingly. He is a wonderful addition to the company!!

I am so gratified that Rodney could work us in so fast. He is a champion for sure and I will recommend him all over the place. But...............I am very concerned and puzzled by your service fee. As well as the fact that you do not have a Veterans discount. Again, Rodney came to the rescue and I am so deeply thankful for that, but I am a limited income disabled vet and was chagrined at your service fee. High Altitude only charges $99.00.
Please understand that we are so thankful that Rodney figured this out and did not have to tear into the guts of the furnace. He is obviously one of the very finest heating and air-conditioning artisans in our community. He came super highly recommended from Paul Finch and his wife. I am so happy on the one hand and sadly disheartened at the bill. But I will spread the word about Rodney because he is one of those rare and fabulous human beaings that one rarely encounters in this twisted world. I salute him and appreciate his expertise and good spirit, genuine concern, and above all, his skill and talend in the heating and airconditioning repair and restoration professionalism. I can see why he gets rave reviews because he truly is a champion. God has blessed me that Paul Finch recommended such an outstanding guy to my sons and I. Stephanie said she was going to get pricing from the owner and call me back. Its been 2 days. "Cheap prices"? You're the only place I called that charges 109 dollars, just to show up, and the fee doesnt go towards work done. Most charge 89 and it goes towards any work done. Wow. I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Amazing service. They go above and beyond for their customers. They saved me $7,000. Instead of going with what a very popular company in Colorado Springs recommended (replacing my upstairs AC unit) for $7,000, I called them on a friends recommendation. Rodney came out and checked my upstairs AC unit, and fixed a small leak for $75. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs!
I had them do an estimate for installing AC for our downstairs and basement. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and fit me into their schedule.
I won't ever call anyone else!
