Rodney came out and quickly took care of my heating issues. He did a very thorough job when replacing the defective heater and thermostat. He was also kind enough to leave his space heaters there until we were able to get the new wall heater in. Highly recommend!

The install went great and for the slight troubleshooting needed afterwards (we have a slightly complicated twin system) Rodney did his homework, made sure he came back, not once but twice, and solved the problem. We are now enjoying our nice cool home as the weather gets warmer! I highly recommend this company for their superior work and their excellent customer service!

Go no further! Signature Springs HVAC should be your go-to HVAC company! I was genuinely blown away with the quality of work and the friendly workers that came to my house. They resolved my air conditioning problems and also made sure my furnace was in check before winter hits. I was expecting to drop a ton of money, but prices were very reasonable. The workers documented everything, took pictures, and made note of measurements, so if something comes up in the future they have a record to compare and contrast. I went with this company because my brother and sister-in-law recommended them because they also had a great experience, and Signature Springs HVAC did not disappoint. Signature Springs HVAC will be my go-to HVAC company here on out. I highly recommend them!

The guys at Signature Springs HVAC(Kenneth and Rodney)were super!! They showed up on time, took care of my HVAC problems and cleaned up when they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to others.

I recently had a technician from this company come to my home to check my heating unit, and I’m honestly shocked at how the situation was later portrayed. During the visit, I was completely respectful and polite even laughing and having a friendly conversation with the technician. I was also texting my boyfriend at the time to help me understand what might be wrong with the unit, since we have children and needed heat restored.
Later, I was accused of being rude and disrespectful to the technician, which is simply not true. I have indoor cameras with audio that clearly show I was calm, kind, and never once raised my voice or acted disrespectfully. I feel very disappointed that such a false report was made and that it caused unnecessary stress and tension with my property management.
This experience has made me lose trust in the professionalism and honesty of this company’s staff. I hope they take more care in accurately representing interactions with tenants and learn to communicate issues truthfully in the future.

If I could give a 0 I would’ve. If you want a company that allows their people to enter your home unannounced, no knocks, no doorbell rings just walking in then use this company! Super frustrating especially when it is only a stay at home mom and a new born baby home. In today’s society cannot trust anyone coming into your home. Especially if it’s unannounced. Got the whole thing on my ring doorbell camera. Then the Tech proceeded to laugh in my face saying he can enter my home whenever he wants… hmm that doesn’t sound correct. Be careful when using this company, as there techs think they can enter your home unannounced.

Rodney was awesome. He came out the day after Christmas within about 30 minutes from the time I called him. He fixed my furnace and at a very reasonable price as well. I would highly recommend

we had furnace issues thinking we where going to have to replace unit. So my husband and I sopped around and decided to call Gene's Heating to look at furnace, after they inspected the unit they notified us that it only needed simple servicing. We will only use Gene's from here on out. Thank you Julie

I needed somebody licensed to replace a furnace vent cap for one of my roofing customers, and in the process of calling 3 local HVAC contractors and obtaining three quotes, Gene's Heating & Air had the most reasonable price by far, had good reviews, and Mary seemed to have a very personal customer service air about her. So I hired them. It was a small job, but they treated it as important, scheduled it within a few days, arrived on time, and completed it impeccably. I'm very happy to have found such a great HVAC contractor local to me that can handle this kind of thing for me.

Our heater was broken, blowing out cold air. The first place I called quoted me a $1000 bucks and charged me $175 just for coming out. I called Genes for a second opinion and he quoted me $451, half the amount as the other place. He went and got the part and was done within the hour. He also fixed some other stuff with it, like cleaned out the filter. The heater works great and he was super nice and professional. Definitely recommend them and if I have another issue, I will be using them.
