We had a relatively small job done. Gene's helped get our upstairs bathroom vents vented properly through the roof. The original construction from the 80's vented the bathroom vents directly into the attic. I had my roof done at the same time and they worked very well with the roofers. The quote they gave us to do the job was a heck of a lot more reasonable than a competitor. We had a very good experience working with them.

I had a new furnace, A/C and thermostat installed with Gene's. They are absolutely great in what they do. They have great communication and are willing to work with your wishes and needs. Gene and his crew are super nice and professional and coordinated with the electricians and inspectors for me. Great service!!!.

We have been working with Gene's Heating and Air since the summer of 2016 and every service we have had with them have always been amazing! They are more than accommodating and ensure quick and great service. They make every encounter very personable and get the job done quick and at a more than reasonable price. They are very educated on the requirements for permits and will also educate their customers to ensure they have a full understanding of everything they are completing. I could not be more happy with my service from them and I will definitely be a life long customer.

After many years of living in my home; my heating and air conditioning unit no longer worked. I called Gene's and we went over the problems I was experiencing. They sent a technician out and we went over the details of what the problems were and the approximate cost. That was 4 years ago and the equipment has not failed me! I trust Gene's Heating and Air Conditioning (thank you for keeping us warm in the winter and cool in the summer!)

Gene's went out to a house that we were under contract to buy. They inspected and serviced the HVAC and gave me a report, which I believed to be thorough. Mary scheduled the service via phone (as I lived out of town). They gave me a 10% discount and provided the service for $200.00, which I thought was a reasonable price. After receiving the report, I had a question that came up in the general inspection by another contractor. The woman who answered it was very articulate and knowledgeable and made sure I understood. I was very pleased with their service.

Our furnace broke down after the cold spell in January. Another local firm tried several fixes, then pronounced the furnace dead and in need of replacement at $6000 estimate. We called Genes for a second opinion and their office manager, Julie, noticed from the serial number that the furnace was still under warrantee and would only need labor paid to replace parts. Turns out when they got here to inspect, it was a missing small hose from previous company's work. Replacement and service: $140. We have a new heating/cooling company now in Gene's. Professional, friendly, prompt, and fully reliable. If I could give them six stars, I would.

This is Definitely the go to place. Very nice people and honest. The very kind lady that answered the phone asked me a few questions and gave me some steps to take with my furnace before we decided I needed more assistance. She sent a tech team to my house within the hour and they quickly diagnosed my issue which turned out to be a faulty sensor. They replaced the sensor and did a thorough cleaning for $264 not expensive at all. They were very prompt, friendly and honest which I really appreciate because me and my 4 year old were freezing thanks for taking care of us and Happy Holidays to the Staff😁🍾😁🍾😁

The crew installed a new furnace for us. They were on schedule just as promised. Had a full crew present to complete the job efficiently and quickly. The techs were courteous and pleasant to work with. Gene's office staff is great. They follow through on requests, are good listeners and are quick to return calls. Prices are fair market value and Gene, the owner, was on site for the installation. I recommend this Company for installation and service.

Having problems with my home not cooling I called Gene's since they installed the unit when my home was built. They were here the next day to fix. The guys were very professional and had me back with cool air within an hour. On top of all that it was covered under warranty. I recommend using this local company.

We’ve used Gene’s for several years and have always been pleased. We recently had a furnace issue on a weekend in 0° weather and both Gene and Julie came by to make sure it was taken care of. We’re very grateful for their customer service.

The service men arrived on schedule and immediately got to work servicing my ac. They were respectful of my home and my time. They finished within an hour and the price was reasonable.

More recently (Thanksgiving Day), my furnace refused to light on the coldest night so far this year. And I was out of town for the day and had to resort to space heaters and the fireplace to stay somewhat warm. They put me on the priority list and were at my house at 10 am the day after Thanksgiving. They found the fault immediately and had the replacement part. Fixed within 30 minutes. Thank you so much.

I’ve had Genes heating come out a few times and always they have been very respectful and delightful to work with. They service my air conditioning and furnace and also helped out on fixing some duct issue I’ve had.

When we bought our house a few years ago, the old owner told us about Gene's Heating as they were the one who installed the hvac/furance system. I have used them to do our annual service on the furance and whole home humidifier. They are super great to work with, honest and do great work. Highly recommend.

Gene heating installed the entire heating and cooling system in a home we built in 2021. Since, I've called on them for work on other properties. Each time, they've systematically exceeded expectations. Their crews are timely, efficient, always clean and certainly highly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone in the larger Colorado Springs area, seeking help with HVAC, whether a private residence, commercial or fixer-upper.

We hired Gene's to move an overhead gas heater in our shop. Quick and easy. The technicians were pleasant and professional. The job was done quickly, properly and it was appropriately priced.

My HVAC system went out at 1:45am after I had just returned from a trip due to a death in the family. The house had filled with smoke and I called 911. Thankfully no fire or electrical concerns.

Later in the morning I called Gene's Plumbing and Heating and they had a technician out within an hour or two. While he was checking the system I explained what had happened, the smoke in the house and a metal type smell. He knew right what to check and sure enough he was correct to what the problem was. He replaced the part and the system started working again.

I also scheduled the annual service on the entire unit and the technician did a great job then as well!
