THANK YOU (!!) I.C.E. Heating and Cooling and STEVE especially for a GREAT job taking my Daikin mini-split apart and thoroughly cleaning the blower wheel. I am SO HAPPY to have my unit working LIKE NEW again!!

I knew after years of use and two pets in the house, that it was in desperate need of cleaning. I.C.E. is the ONLY company (I tried 2 others in previous years) that actually did the cleaning job as it needed to be done!! Steve was super patient and efficient in taking the head apart (a challenging task on a mini-split) to be able to access and remove the wheel and then took it outside for a thorough cleaning.

The mini-split works like new now! The blower fan is again as powerful as it was when the system was new (I had noticed that as time went on, I needed to use a stand fan to move the cool air around the room; Steve explained that a dirty blower wheel can’t run efficiently, so dirt = slow air flow). I wish I hadn’t waited until the end of the season to call I.C.E., but the previous 2 companies essentially implied that cleaning a blower wheel was a monstrous task, so I waited until I could do without air conditioning if something went wrong. In close to an hour, Steve deep-cleaned the one head, and thoroughly checked a 2nd head and the outdoor unit!

Steve and Josh came out to do an inspection and maintenance of my furnace. They were quick and thorough! They were very friendly and respectful. I would definitely recommend them again!

Impressive response time. I called ICE after seeing their reviews on Google. It looked like authentic responses from real customers. 90 minutes after I called, Adam came out. Cool dude and even cooler tech. Had me up and running within an hour. Also took a look at some other concerns I had with my Furnace. Will use again this fall for my furnace cleaning.

We had this company out to replace our 23 year old standard efficiency furnace with a brand new Daikin FIT system. After having 4 other companies come out with various solutions at vastly different prices, we chose Josh and the team at I.C.E. They installed a high end high efficiency system, new piping, new electrical, and a heat pump/AC system and were priced very fairly.

It was a tall order and they delivered. The guys at I.C.E. worked all day to make sure everything was running well and installed correctly before they left and I was extremely impressed. They were also one of the only companies that listened to my needs as an informed customer and my goals for the system going in. Could not recommend higher.

I cannot say enough good things about Joshua and Roman of I.C.E. Heating & Cooling! I found this business based off the google reviews and they were everything that everyone said and more! They are unbelievably professional, responsive, fair, and very respectful of our property during the entire install. Their communication is top notch, with myself going as far as saying this is probably one of the best communications I've received from a company during my time in Colorado Springs. They were very fair with the quote and very honest about how long the whole project was going to take. Given the intense summer heat, these guys were able to get our project scheduled sooner rather than later, which was very fortunate for us. We ended up getting AC installed on our first floor with whole new ductwork installed in the attic. During our install, we actually had people come and look at our home (currently, in the process of listing) and even they commented on how professional Joshua, Roman, and their crew were during the showing! I literally can't say enough good things about this business and the guys that run it, and will be recommending their services to everyone I meet. My only regret is that I didn't meet these guys sooner! My family and I are very thankful for the amazing work they did on our home!

Steve and Little Josh serviced our air conditioner a few weeks back and were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Look forward to them returning in the fall to service our heater.

Several weeks back Steve with ICE Heating and Cooling visited our home to provide annual furnace maintenance. He found that the igniter and circuit board were longer working.

I thanked him and let him know and informed him that I would be contacting my insurance, i.e., Cinch Home Services which was supposed to provide the service but instead became a nightmare with nothing accomplished after 3+ weeks.

After Steve’s initial visit, Josh with ICE Heating and Cooling had provided me with detailed options and costs for repair or replacement of the furnace, in event there services were needed.

Knowing that nothing was getting accomplished through Cinch Home Services I contacted Josh to see how soon he could setup installation of a new furnace.

Although Josh and his team were booked out a few weeks, he understood our situation and able to get the furnace installation the following day.

Robert and Josh installed the furnace they were Knowledgeable, Professional, Customer Oriented and definitely pay attention to detail. They are the Best, without exception and I Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend I.C.E. Heating and Cooling! Last month, when the temps dipped below zero, our furnace stopped working and we had water in the electrical panel. Josh, Josh, and Derek had a new furnace installed within 24 hours. They were professional, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. Call them - you won't be disappointed with their quality of work!

Steve and Josh were fantastic! Very professional but not afraid to be normal people around their customer! I was very pleased with the furnace service as they cleaned it spotless and it is running great!! HIGHLY recommend these fellas and company for all heating and cooling needs!!!

We had a great experience with I.C.E. for our HVAC replacement. Josh was extremely responsive to multiple inquiries - every question we sent him about the quote, scheduling, rebates, etc was answered within a few hours. His entire team did a great job with the install - Steve, Flavio, JP, and Luis were all extremely professional and answered all of our questions. When we decided to finally install AC in our house a friend recommend I.C.E. heating and cooling who had installed AC for them the year before. I.C.E did a great job for us, from the quick response for a quote, to quick scheduling and installation the process was a pleasure. And the installers Josh and Steve were friendly and professional. When a faulty part from the manufacturer was discovered Josh and Steve were there to fix it within an hour of us calling, and on a holiday nonetheless! We will be recommending I.C.E. heating and cooling to our friends and neighbors for prompt, friendly and quality work.

Josh came out to do a service, cleaning, and inspection on our HVACs and was an absolute blast. A real professional and a fun guy to talk with while he was here. He did great work, did it quickly, and took the time to show me how to do some basic maintenance myself and explain the system to me. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to make me smarter and home safer. If you can get him, Josh is who you want coming to work for you.

This past spring, Josh and his crew were great to work with from start to finish. From visiting our home to install day, the entire experience was pretty seamless - which can sometimes feel like a rarity with specialty contractors these days. It ended up being a very full day's work that required some sleuthing due to an old thermostat wire in the wall, but they tracked it down and made sure it was taken care of before they buttoned up the new system. We're a few months in and everything is running great so far! I would definitely recommend this group if you value communication, quality work, and a reliable team.

I've used Josh twice in the past 12 months. He is fantastic to work with. He replace my furnace last year, very quickly and professionally. Last week, my AC decided to die, of course, in the middle of a heat wave. Josh came out the next day and replaced the broken motor.

Our a/c broke 2 days ago, it stopped cooling. I called and Adam was able to come the next day to fix our a/c, which he did and in a timely manner. He was polite and kind to me and our dogs and cat. He answered all my questions about our a/c and heating unit. Ill will have I.C.E. Heating and Cooling back to service our heating unit in the Winter. He is a lovely person and I enjoyed meeting him.
