It was time to have my furnace replaced in the crawl space which wasn't any easy task. Both Floyd and Jeff were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and fit me into their busy schedule in a very timely manner. They hauled away the old furnace and gave me detailed instructions on the operation of the new one. It's so quiet and efficient and I have already noticed a big difference in my utility bill and the lack of dust in my home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and am most appreciative and grateful for all they did for me.

Got a new furnace and air conditioner from Regional two years ago and absolutely love it.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE INTO YOUR HOME. They will not respect your privacy and when caught they won't make it right. They will just ignore you. Technician is on camera poking around in areas and rooms they don't belong. SCARY

I would highly recommend this company for any heating needs. Robert was my service technician and he was knowledgeable and friendly and had my problem fixed very quickly. He also gave me some good service advice for my furnace in the future months and years ahead which I appreciate.

I don't know how but these guys are able to get 1 star reviews taken down. My HVAC is so crammed in the house with very little return. The furnace pops due to low airflow. Needed to add another return to the right side of the furnace. And yes, I use the cheapest high flow air filters I can find. That's the only thing that works.

I hadn't heard of this company prior to being referred by another local Heating and Plumbing business that was unable to diagnose my Air Conditioner issue. I had 3 other HVAC companies out before Mike at Regional HVAC was able to accurately diagnose a complicated problem. Once they diagnosed the problem, the quote to repair was less than half of what another quoted. Long story short, Regional HVAC went above and beyond and genuinely cared about getting my unit working at a fair price. Mike is the manager and personally came out to look at it, then came back the following trip with two techs to assist with the actual repair. Given the time invested, the price was a bargain, and my A/C works as good as new now. Will use them again for yearly maintenance and for my business needs. Great Company.

Robert and his other assistance have been very through regarding cleaning the blower and AC filters in the HVAC/AC unit in our new build home. I would recommend Regional Heating & Air Conditioning for all installs and service needs for the CARRIER system. Thank you, Jackie

Great Company; great service! Regional installed the HVAC in my new home 14 years ago. Ever since, I've used them for any issues and for maintenance. With yesterday's sudden plunge of temperatures, I noticed my heater was staying on and the temperature last night was supposed to drop to the teens! They got me a same-day appointment and the tech, Micah, was right on time. He walked me through every aspect of what he was doing and what was going on with the furnace. He was in and out in 45 minutes and my house is nice and warm again! Thanks, Regional!

Technician Mike was terrific. Nice young man. He replaced the capacitor and condenser fan motor. Got a part he needed and returned promptly. I would certainly recommend Regional...The sign on the truck says they’ve been in business since 1977. Good company!

Steven did some work on my HVAC recently. He was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and patient. He explained what he cleaned and what he replaced and why he did so. I will use this company again and I hope to get Steven again.
