Horrible company! This company installed a humidifier with a saddle valve which is prohibited in Colorado by drilling a small hole in my new water heater. This “faulty” valve caused a leak in my basement that caused thousands of dollars of damage. Angela told me I shouldn’t be storing things in the HVAC/storage room! The owner Mike said he would send his plumber to install the correct valve to resolve the issue which I happily accepted. Then, he back tracked and refused to send the plumber. These people are negligent and shady. I would not recommend them!

OUTSTANDING service, amazing expertise, and perfect installation. Mike installed a hospital-grade inline air filtration system with UV and did so with expert precision in a tight space. Furthermore, as a 25-year hospital executive I have installed similar systems in all my homes and Regional cost half of what I am used to spending. I will be recommending to all our patients. Clean air is second only to clean water for our health and well-being.

Contacted Berg's Heating and AC to have our 23 year old AC and 24 year old furnace checked out. After inspecting both, Brent indicated that they could continue working for a few more years. There was no hard sell or pressure. Since most of our neighbors have had issues with their furnaces (and had them replaced) we opted to have both replaced for peace of mind. We went with the furnace and AC Brent recommended--since he's the expert. Also, asked Deborah for recommendations for add-ons that would help reduce dust. She recommended the April Aire filter and Clear Sky Ionizer. We really appreciated their no pressure approach to the entire process. It's been a few weeks since the install and everything is working as advertised. Definitely recommend Berg's Heating and AC to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or installation. Added bonus is they live just down the street should we have issues.

Brent was a great guy to work with. Low pressure, and quality work. His attention to detail was refreshing. He personally came out after his team did the install to make sure everything was right and patched up some very minor details that were missed. I highly recommend Brent Berg. His workmanship warranty is also double of all quotes I got - 2 years vs 1 year from the others. Very happy!

Update: Over two years later, everything is fantastic. I'll still recommend Brent Burg.

Berg Heating was a great company to work with. The initial contact and explanation of the process to upgrade our heater and add air conditioning was very informative and professional. We didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision but once we spoke to other companies we realized that Berg was by far the best company to have our heater and air conditioner installed. From start to finish the company and their employees were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and professional and their work ethic was impressive. I would recommend Berg to anyone needing to a HVAC upgrade or install.

What a thorough, knowledgeable and diligent technician. Trying to diagnose a sound that wasn’t happening at the time, he discovered an unclean filter and several possible reasons for the problem.

After my HVAC Maintenance guy (for years) would not schedule my annual furnace tune-up, I researched and decided to go with Berg's. Not only were they price competitive, but they also had good reviews and a good BBB rating as well. Billy, the tech, showed up on time and completed the task. Real respectful. Answered a few of my questions regarding filters and was on his way. I intend to call them back in the Spring for A/C services. Highly Recommend!!

Absolutely phenomenal service. Brent was early for his appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and then went to work fixing our furnace. The integrity and commitment to excellence exhibited by this company is amazing. I highly recommend Bergs heating and air.

Great company to work with. Our heater went out and they were able to come out quickly and installed a new furnace within a few days. They also loaned us some space heaters to combat the cold while we waited for our new furnace. Professional, friendly and honest! Highly recommend them.

Billy with BERG'S was fantastic to deal with and I can't say enough about the customer service from the office staff as well. We woke up without heat and they were able to get us taken care of quickly and were very reasonable in price. Happy to add our five star review to all the others who've worked with Berg. We recently replaced our furnace and added AC. After receiving multiple quotes, we had the most confidence in Berg, and their price was the most competitive. Brent and his team arrived on time and were 100% done by the end of the day. Everything is working smoothly and we look forward to AC this summer!

Caleb has patiently cared for my furnace issue and ultimately replacement of my unit. He has followed through on every thing he has worked on.

Brent was our Technician he was polite, prompt, and on top of it. Within minutes of him looking into the furnace, he located the problem and fixed it right away. Professional, and friendly.

Update (Jan 2026): We called Berg's back for routine HVAC tune-up. Their tech (Billy) did a great job and was able to troubleshoot a couple of issues effectively. Berg's and their techs continue to inspire our confidence, and they will always be who we think of first!

April 2025: We give Berg's our highest recommendation. An A/C install is not inexpensive, so we were very careful in choosing an installer. Berg's impressed us right away - he was careful and deliberate in his inspection of what the house needed and offered us a range of options - taking care to explain the differences in each. Also, Berg's offered a "math-based" approach, actually running the square footage of the house, the size of the windows, etc to calculate the actual load requirements for a new system (as opposed to eyeballing it, like other contractors did). Berg's install technicians were very professional, courteous, and competent. System install time from placing the order was quick, and they completed the job fast. Berg's was a great choice for us, and we're glad we found them. We'll recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC install or services!
