Great experience & installation. Mark & Matthew were the best. They worked 5.5 hrs ea without a break on install. I had a couple questions about sales & install & Reliable Owner, Mike, personally called me to explain. He is an amazing person. Becky was a great helper on any questions I inquired about at the Reliable office.

Called in because my condo wasn't getting hot air from the main supply. After calling in, I told them it was likely an issue with the fire damper in the 2nd bedroom. I'm not sure why, but it took a couple hours and a few phone calls before they could find the fire damper (lack of expertise? office didn't tell the tech?).
Their solution was to demo drywall above the fire damper to completely take it out and replace it. I asked, why can't you just access the fire damper from below and just replace the small piece of hardware that broke? They refused, so I got it resolved elsewhere and informed Reliable Heating & Cooling accordingly. All it took was 15 minutes of labor and a $10 piece of hardware.

Fast forward over a month later, I'm overseas taking care of personal matters when I get an email for $2000+ to repair the fire damper. I think nothing of it, probably sent in error since the last time I heard from them was several weeks ago and I already informed Reliable that it's been resolved. To my surprise, when I return home a few weeks later, I have voicemail from Reliable on if I wanted to move forward with their quote they emailed. If I don't, they'll report me to the fire department. Obviously, I wasn't in town to answer, so Reliable reported me to the fire department without trying to contact me in any other means than calling. They had my email address, phone number for text message, and my tenant's contact.

Overall, pretty expensive for the service received. Especially for the lack of knowledge. My experience with the office was disappointing, stemming from lack of effort in contacting me before reporting my fire damper to the fire department. Felt like they were more interested in their bottom line instead of the client's needs. Ultimately, either there's dysfunction all around or Reliable has very predatory practices.

Kyle and Josh were so uncharacteristically (based on experiences with other companies) knowledgable and professional. They showed immediate consideration by donning shoe booties before even entering our home and they listened while I explained our desire to improve our heating circulation by possibly moving thermostats on upper and lower levels. They asked thorough questions and offered suggestions to me and my husband. Prior to their departure they discussed the different options and pricing, and immediately sent a quote for our review. We haven't decided which option(s) we will proceed with, but it will be Reliable H &C doing the work! Very happy to write this review and recommend this company.

Reliable is the only company that I had a good experience with. Kyle, the installer, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. I just wish the still installed water heaters because our inspection just failed. Great company.

Knowledgeable technicians who clearly explained everything they saw and needed to repair. Walked me through photographs of all components with issues. Excellent work and very happy with the service. Dominic and his ci worker (sorry forgot name) were outstanding.

We had to have our furnace replaced due to a cracked heat exchanger. My home warranty company sent them out, and when I heard the estimate, I was a little leery of the report. To their credit, they explained everything to me and allowed me to ask lots of questions. They even stayed on the phone with me while I researched on the web to comfort myself with the decision since I did not know them prior to this encounter. What I learned was that their price was fair and they only used high-quality systems. They were not offended by my price comparisons and allowed me the time and space to feel comfortable with them. This company is honest, fair priced, and gets the Work done quickly. I highly recommend them.

Joshua and Ezra were punctual, professional, highly knowledgeable, and really had my best interests in heart. They were happy to educate me, did not try to upsell me in any way, and were extra thorough in their work. They take pride in what they do and clearly aim to make their customers days as good as they could make it. I couldn’t recommend them more! The tech (Kyle) was quick, friendly, and reliable. He was 10 mins early to our appointment and done in no time! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I'm here because their drivers suck

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Outstanding heating and cooling company. Honesty and excellence through and through. Schedile them to check out your furnace and humidifier in the Fall and your air conditioning in the Spring. Great company.

On time when they said. 5 hour from arrival to finished, installing furnace. They cleaned up after themselves. Thank you. Very nice and very professional.

Our furnace stopped working on 11/24/23 - the high temp that day was 12 degrees, so it was critical to get it fixed ASAP - I called HVAC Solutions and John answered the phone right away - after describing the trouble code our furnace was showing, John asked me a few questions and quickly gave me a simple solution I could do myself to resolve the issue - instead of jumping to coming out and charging me for a service call, he took the time to help over the phone and saved me a lot of time and money - although I have not actually used or paid HVAC Solutions for any services in the past, they have earned my business in the future

Manny and Carlos did great. Showed up on time, professional installation/startup and cleaned up afterwards.

Install new furance and AC. Very quick installation, and is working well.
