Mark came out to fix the leak in my ac, and add the coolant. He was absolutely fantastic, and got my ac up and running! I was without a ac for almost 2 years, mark came and fixed it in less than two hours. Such hospitality is hard to find nowadays!

Garrett and Exavier were efficient, informative, and personable throughout the entire repair of both of my AC units. I’d highly recommend them for any job go forward.

Hello. I am staying at the sunset apartments at 5362 N Nevada and I wanted to leave a full 5 star review for one of your maintenance techs named Trevor. He was sent to the apartment regarding a no heat call and did an excellent job. He was very professional and explained all of the steps he took and pretty quickly fixed our heat issue. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and my family greatly appreciates it. Thank you

Had someone come out to replace my furnace and coil. He was actually pretty professional because he laid out tarps and kept his working area somewhat clean and out of the way. Then my carbon monoxide alarm went off twice. Come to find out he was actually pumping straight carbon monoxide into my apartment. After he was done he told me I needed to set up an appointment with the office because he didn’t get to the heating part of the furnace and he would have to come back another day. Funnily enough I actually work for the office so it was pretty interesting to see how they treat customers. The next day I didn’t have A/C at all. Have to call them again to set up an appointment to fix the heating portion of the furnace and fix the A/C issue, I would rather not have them come into my apartment again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

On August 3, 2021, a technician from All American Mechanical identified as KEVIN arrived at our hotel to repair one of our A/C units. This technician went above and beyond the call of duty and did an exceptional job in completing the repairs. As a hotel manager for over 20 years, KEVIN is by far one of the most professional technicians I've worked with throughout my career. His expertise in air conditioning is amazing and his timeliness in completing the repairs was remarkable. Kevin should be commended on his outstanding work, his expertise in the field and his exceptional guest service!! Hopefully this technician can mentor others at to match his exceptional service! Josh came out late last night to ensure we had heat. We've had people come out and check but as soon as it starts to work they leave and it'll happen again. Josh came out and was very thorough. And very professional about everything. I really appreciate all he did. Without him me my wife and daughter would've have been cold this morning. I give him a 5 star and would recommend Josh to everyone I know!

Earl and Kyle replaced my furnace today. They went over the process with me and were accommodating to my animals and even vacuumed up the mess after. They were very professional and easygoing.

I have been using All American for quite some time to fix and replace HVAC systems at the apartment I manage. They are always very responsive, get us on the schedule quick! Amanda is awesome and works her magic to get us all fixed up when we have an issue!!! Highly recommended!!

Update 1/19/2024. It's been 2 years since my last review for All American and just like 2 years ago they are the best! They are super busy and Monica always does her best getting us on the schedule asap. Amanda will jump through hoops to make sure we are taken care of. All of their HVAC guys are awesome and do great work. Shoutout to James for taking time out of his day to walk us through things and showing up to get heat back on for our residents during one of the busiest weeks!

Wow! This company is amazing!! Starting with the first person I talked to in the office, Monica, who was so knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to our concerns and knew what we needed and got us on the schedule. The day of service, an entire team came including the owner to look at the job and had the solution. James and his tech were the best! So nice and worked so hard to make sure things were done right and that we were happy. Can’t say enough great things about this team. This company is a stand out!

I just had Joe service and check my furnace and A/C unit. He is honest, professional and reliable. He explained everything he was doing and did an outstanding job. I will have Joe out twice a year to maintain my units. He will also do all future repairs and replacements. I’m so relieved I found this outstanding company! I had the great pleasure of meeting their repairman Josh. My heat stopped working over the weekend. He showed up Monday. He knew exactly what the problem was. He told me it might take up to 3 days! Well the part came in early and he came right over to finally start my heat again!! He has a great work ethic which I truly admire. Its not just a job. He cares. I truly hope the owners know what an asset they have on their hands.

I had Earl come out and replace my entire AC unit today after it went out during some of our hottest days, and he was great! He worked quickly and was very respectful, would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with All American Mechanical. After getting 2 quotes to install a new furnace I reached out to them for a 3rd quote. They were the only company to offer a servicing and inspection to make sure I needed a new furnace based on what I told them.

James was the technician that came to my home and completed the inspection. He was punctual, professional and informative. After he inspected our furnace from top to bottom and inside out he found no problems and didn’t think it was necessary to replace our furnace. He found no evidence of a crack in the heat exchange or reason to replace the furnace. He finished with a carbon monoxide test and found nothing. James was confident our furnace is in good working order and only recommended we add carbon monoxide detectors in all the bedrooms. That recommendation wasn’t based on any problem he found but more a general recommendation for our personal safety.

This is just an overview of my experience and I can only say James was great and All American Mechanical has my business from here on out! I completely trust their advice and service. Not only do I trust them they were referred to me by a colleague who has done business with them for years.

I believe this is a great local Colorado Springs company!

We have had an on-going issue with our furnace for the last year, and All American was referred to us through a friend who had used them prior. The tech that came was extremely friendly and had great customer service skills. He fixed our problem in just under 1-hour and told us how to continue to maintain our furnace. It's extremely hard to find honest service companies out there and I am beyond satisfied with the work and integrity that All American provided us. My only issue, although not really an issue, is that I wish they were available beyond the 9-5 as many of us homeowners work during that time. Either way, I recommend All American, and will use them again.

In the middle of a cold snap, I learned from my apartment's management team that the old furnace in my unit would need replacing due to unsafe carbon-monoxide levels. All American Mechanical was able to come in quickly and install a brand new unit in one afternoon. Sean and Kyle were friendly, communicative, and professional; they got the apartment back to toasty quickly. Highly recommend.

Today I had to have my furnace replaced by All American Mechanical and the entire process was very easy for me and their Technician Earl was EXCELLENT. Earl was very professional and hard working. I work in the trades and I know what a "good enough" repair is and what it looks like when somebody is putting their focus on doing their very best. Earl handled an extra significant element of the repair to ensure I had the best situation and he had to work a long day due to the location of my furnace. Great technician to work with!

Our heater was not working and our complex sent out All American Mechanical. To be honest we were a little nervous as our complex management has at times chosen service providers we were not happy with. We had nothing to worry about with AAM!
They sent out a service tech named Exavier ("X"), and he was amazing. The job had some unexpected challenges which he met in a timely and professional manner. Additionally he was extremely respectful of our home and very good natured in general. I am beyond satisfied with the service he and AAM provided us! 5 of 5 stars!
