For a reasonable price, Clint came to my home for furnace maintenance and cleaning. He arrived on time and was in and out within 25 minutes. I found Clint to be very personable and Click Heating and Air is highly recommended.

I appreciate Jim and Christi's experience and help in researching the best heat pump and furnace combo to maximize rebates and tax credits and serve the needs of the house. The bid was competitive and the follow through and installation was excellent.

Went above and beyond any service we have had with the "big name companies" we have used in the past. We had him service our furnace. He vacuumed out the furnace and suggested he clean out our humidifier. Very friendly and professional. Definitely will use them again next year.

Clint was very polite, professional, took care of the furnace cleaning in a timely manner. The only glitch, and this wasn't his fault, but more a scheduling issue - was that he arrived about an hour beyond the time window we were given. I had to call the office at the end of our time window to check what was going on. The office person said she'd call the tech and find out. Turns out he was across town from us, that job took longer than expected; traffic was heavy; he would call when he was on his way.
My suggestion is that they give a bigger window of time, 2 hours is nice, but if they can't make it in that timeframe, then give a bigger window, (especially if they don't have enough technicians) otherwise it leads to frustration on the customer's part. My husband was very frustrated with the situation.

We were hearing a continual vibration sound we believed was coming from our furnace. Clint with Click Heating and Air discovered that we required a new blower and replaced the part due to severe rusting.
We continued to hear the sound after he left and called him back out. He found the problem was the whole house humidifier was incorrectly attached and fixed it at no additional cost.
He saved us thousands of dollars with his unique experience and trustworthy diagnosis.
In this day of lacking customer service, where honesty and integrity are missing at every turn, we appreciate a competent, caring, and professional company helping us with a simple matter and not charging us an arm and a leg to take care of it.

I have zero idea how Click has the ratings it does.

Click was the electrical and HVAC subcontractor for a house we renovated. They were, by far, the worse subcontractor we've ever worked with.

Click rarely showed up as promised, often they delayed days or weeks. Click's repeated failure to meet deadlines delayed completion of our project by more than half a year.

Click also kept switching crews, and details and plans explained to one crew didn't get relayed to the next, resulting in missed details and incorrect installations.

On the electrical front, Click left us with cross-wired circuits being fed from multiple locations, loose wiring, arcing circuits, and a circuit breaker box with labels that were almost entirely wrong.

Our HVAC is a hot mess. The owner installed thermostats and a control board that differed from plan without asking us - and both immediately failed. When I contacted the manufacturer, I was told the failure was a known issue and both had been recalled and should not have been installed. The owner threw a temper tantrum when I relayed this information, claiming he'd "upgraded" our system and we should be appreciative even though it failed immediately.

The heater didn't work properly, the AC compressor was improperly installed at a 10 degree angle, and the entire system leaves half the house 10-15 degrees hotter or cooler than the other.

We asked our contractor to fire Click and Click's owner went ballistic. He came on the property unannounced and was so angry I thought he was going to start throwing punches.

Most of Click's reviews seem to be people needing repairs to existing systems and I can't comment on that. But I would never allow Click back in my home and I'd recommend not having them as a subcontractor on any big projects.

I’ve had AC systems installed in not just one, but two of my homes by this company—and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. From start to finish, the team has always been incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Every technician who came out was kind, professional, and respectful of my home.

Jim, the original gentleman I worked with, actually remembered me from years ago when they did the first install, which really stood out to me. He was just as courteous and helpful the second time around.

Not only was the service top-notch, but their pricing was also better than other quotes I received in town. It’s rare to find a business that combines quality, integrity, and affordability, but they do it effortlessly.

Clint is exceptional. Provides an overview of what he will check, how he will proceed, and the possible outcome. In my case he had a good idea the main problem was my thermostat which needed replacing. He ordered the part while at my house. We were able to set appointment for 2 days late and now my furnace is like brand new with all the bells and whistles. Click is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in what they do. And competitively price. Highly recommend.

Clint was amazing. Showed up the same morning I called, quickly identified the broken part in our gas heater, and fixed it promptly for a great price. Exactly what we needed done for less $ then I expected to pay.

Phenomenal. I usually don’t leave reviews but this one was necessary. I had several quotes done and decided to go with Jim because of his demeanor and I was also happy with my quote. I've had bad experiences in the past with being taken advantage of by mechanics, etc. and am very selective with whom I do business with.
My upgraded thermostat that was placed before Hearing and AC work caused an issue with the AC working.
Jim came out on 2 occasions, once to diagnose and the other to fix it.
I was happy with his crew as well.
It’s hard to find good people you can trust these days. Jim cares about his customers and you can tell money isn’t at the forefront of his service.

Click Heating and air-conditioning a total fail. Schedule an appointment for three furnaces we were communicating via text message. Apparently that technician showed up. There’s two buildings on my property. They both have furnaces installed apparently he knocked on one of them doors supposedly for 25 minutes. I have a big house plus I may have been in the back in the cottage. He didn’t think the call or text and he blew my appointment off and And left it’s just very substandard Approach I get that you need to knock on a door that’s normal, but the communication was phone and via text message or phone call. Why the service technician Clint didn’t text me or call me is beyond me. I wasted an entire day waiting for service that never happened. The general manager really didn’t care either. I don’t have time to reschedule at this point. I may do what I may not but I’m just upset right now. There’s no way to do. Business is just not logical that the man wouldn’t give a simple phone call or a text message. To let me know he was on my property.

Our heater's blower motor failed, and we were able to get a same-day appointment where Clint confirmed the problem and went to work on ordering the part needed. His quote was very accurate and the communication with the office staff was super easy. We had a new blower installed and working heat within 24 hours!
The text & email notifications throughout the process were great, Clint wore protective booties inside the home, and the work was all done quickly and cleanly.

Eric and Johnathan successfully resolved multiple issues that a past contractor couldn't, due to their lack of expertise. My wife and I recently moved into a fixer-upper in Colorado Springs, and one of the first things we needed was to get our AC repaired. Eric, the estimator from Omni Heating & Cooling, came out and gave us a quote. While talking with me, he noticed we were using fans to stay cool since the AC wasn’t working. We placed the order, and were told it would take a few days for the parts to arrive and that installation could happen later in the week. That Friday, Eric called to let us know everything was ready, and asked if we were home so he could come by and install it right away. I agreed, and he showed up promptly, got to work, and replaced the old AC unit with a new one, including a new thermostat. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before leaving. As he was heading out, he told my wife, “I didn’t want you to go through the weekend without cool air.” That really showed how much he cared. The AC is working perfectly now. They definitely deserve a 10 out of 10!

this is the second time i've called for ac repair in colorado springs. the first time was when my furnace broke in winter, and this time my ac stopped working during the heat. both times, the technicians were very friendly and professional. eric and johnathan came out, figured out the problem, and even checked the main air handler to make sure everything was running right. they were patient and easy to talk to while working. i highly recommend them and will be using their maintenance and cleaning services again.
