We had our heater repaired and upgraded in Colorado Springs, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the first call, the staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to set up our appointment. Johnathan came out to give us a clear and honest quote, explaining everything in simple terms. On installation day, Eric and his team arrived right on time and worked efficiently, showing great respect for our home. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out. We are extremely satisfied with our new heating system and feel confident it will keep us warm during those cold Colorado winters. We highly recommend this company for anyone needing heater repair or replacement. Great service all around!

Carlos was really great. He was friendly and explained everything easy for me to understand. I have used HHS over 10 years and definitely recommend them and hope that their experience with Carlos is as good as mine was today.

We had a problem with our thermostat and the HVAC wouldn’t run. They provided same day service, Carlos was fantastic and informative, and the cost completely fair. Definitely keeping this company as a servicer.

My father in law recommended Home Heating Service when our AC stopped working. It was easy to schedule an appt online with the company and I already knew from the booking how much it would cost for them to come out and figure out what was wrong. I really appreciate them being upfront about pricing. They confirmed my appt the day before and I got a message as soon as the technician was on his way. Our technician was Tyler Valdez. He was very friendly and helpful. He took a look at our AC and furnace and figured out that our condensate pump was the problem. He tried to fix it but ultimately had to replace the pump. He was great at explaining everything that was wrong and after he replaced the pump he explained and showed me how the new pump works. Overall great service and we will definitely be using this comapny in the future.

My tech was Brandon, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He seemed genuinely happy to check my heater and get it up and running again. Thank you very much Brandon!

We had another company come do our annual heater maintenance and I shared the heater was working but wasn’t right. They did not find any issues. Well, the heater actually just quit working completely last week. Tyler came over today and was able to find the issue and fix it. It was the control board. Now we have heat! Ty!

Just replaced my blower motor so I have heat all weekend. Tech was outstanding! Do you want to spend money... No! But if you have to these folks are top notch.

Cody was fantastic! I’m a realtor and have a buyer/client that has a house under contract. This company is outstanding! We recently did a total replacement of two systems at our home at the Broadmoor and Jonny, our rep, was on top of everything, very helpful all the way through. In fact the way we got their names was actually through the Lennox factory reps since we live out of state, and they said these guys were the best in the area. They were right!

We have had Carlos work at our home on both our furnace and air conditioner. He is always professional, kind and explains what needs to be done. When calling for HVAC support, we would request that he be the service provider.

Alan was great. I had another company tell me I needed a wiring harness which was going to take 4-6 weeks to get it or replace the whole furnace. He figured out the problem was simply a bad blower motor! Would recommend home heating service to anyone who needs hvac services!

We were unable to turn our fireplace insert on. Tyler arrived at his estimated arrival time, put booties on as it was raining and immediately started to work. Tyler is knowledgeable, friendly and communicates well.
Our fireplace is working again and Tyler thoroughly cleaned the insert and surrounding area - looks almost brand new!
