I called because our back room wasn’t getting any heat from the floor vent. They sent out Brian, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. When I took off the vent cover, Brian and I immediately saw that the ductwork had come loose from the vent base and there was sunlight coming through from under the house. I realized I must have missed this before because I checked at night when it was dark. Brian quickly grabbed zip ties and screws from his truck, crawled under the house, and secured the duct back to the vent base. He used six screws to make sure it was tightly fastened.
