Home Heating technician, Ramiro Chairez-Bernal cleaned all of our vents and duct work, (something we had not done in our 26 years in this home); serviced our furnace (for yearly maintenance) to ensure it is in good running order; installed new humidifier filter, and checked to make sure our thermostat was working as it should be. He also pointed out a few things on the furnace that we should keep an eye on for our next furnace maintenance. Ramiro was professional and knowledgeable. Kudos for a job well done.

Carlos came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was incredibly well-informed on radiators and even provided helpful education on our system, what was going on, how it works, why the issue was happening, etc. Very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Our technicians Brandon G. was prompt and informative during a very urgent repair need for our furnace. We were so thankful for him coming on short notice to get right down to the cause of the problem. His professionalism and integrity was very evident during the entire time we worked with him.

Cody called ahead to tell me he was on his way & arrived promotely. He was thourough in diagnosing the issue, had the trplacement part, explained the costs before proceeding. At the end of the repair he informed me of the part & labor warranty. Excellant service.

We were referred by another company to Home Heating. They charged us to come out and look at our boiler, then we were told they would look for a replacement board for us. We waited over the weekend with no word. Had to call them back and they still hadn't checked for a board, they were rude and said they'd let us know when they found one. We went with someone else. Good thing we did because they never called back. We were without heat and hot water for all that time. Go with any other company if you want results.

Tyler was awesome!! He is the consumate professional. He is knowledgeable, courteous, patient and great at explaining every step of the process he uses to diagnose equipment. I am greatly impressed by this young man. Keep up the great work Tyler. You will go places sir!!

I chose this place after having some not so great experiences with a heating and plumbing company I had been using. This place was such an improvement in that I feel like I received EXPERT advice and service as opposed to so-so advice and service I got previously with the other company. Carlos is an expert, the kind of service person one hopes for. He backed everything up with photos and videos. My heater was such an easy and cheap fix although he found out a huge problem with my dryer vent which the photos clearly demonstrated. I can’t describe the relief knowing that something has been repaired as opposed to hoping.

I moved to this company a few years ago after learning that One Source were goons (who I beat in small claims court!)
I’ve had great service from Home Heating Service ever since. I do my annual inspections with them to keep my warranties current.
Today I had a bit of a plumbing emergency related to my boiler condensation— they fit me into the schedule last-minute and got a technician here within a few hours to diagnose the problem.
Tyler was awesome - didn’t hesitate to get dirty in the crawlspace and attic and find the issue. I went ahead and joined the annual membership to get some price breaks on upcoming repair work and annual maintenance.
It’s hard to find honest companies (especially larger outfits) but so far these guys are earning my trust.

My AC unit started getting an error code and when the tech, Brandon arrived it was end of day and he took the time to ensure everything was running properly. I am someone that likes to understand how my house functions and fix it myself if possible and he pointed out very simple things to listen for in the future. I had questions regarding air flow upstairs and he had great recommendations to look into. I highly recommend using Home Heating Services, knowledgeable and experienced professionals that you can trust.

Alan was very helpful in diagnosing a furnace issue. While doing that work he noticed an operation issue with the humidifier and helped me with that issue, also. I appreciated his methodical approach to diagnosing; he was very helpful to us today. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly. But definitely shop around. They quoted me $7800 for a 50gal Rheem power vent gas water heater. I had called Home Depot online and got a Rheem installed for $3600. Nice company but $4k more for the same brand is a lot.

Scheduled appt for next day but called to see if they had any cancellations. They were able to get me a quicker appt and fixed our heating issues. Used them prior and both experiences 5/5. Very great company/employees to work with

Today we got a furnace and heat pump installed by Alex, Aleks, Shon, and Caleb and they did an awesome job! They were here working hard all day to get us up and running so we had heat for the night. I guess the job was a little more complicated than originally expected, so the rest of the team volunteered to pitch in and help the guys complete the install today. I love seeing a great team dynamic and workers helping each other out. They were all very professional and polite and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely use Home Heating for my future needs. I'm excited for the quieter furnace, the high energy efficiency, and the new thermostat that integrates easily with the rest of my smart gadgets. Thank you guys!

I've been using Home Heating Services for the past few years for annual boiler/hot water heater maintenance. My relationship with the company started after I had them come out to correct shoddy work done by Air Pros One Source (who I had to take to small claims court and won a suit against).
The've been great. Every tech who's come to my house is knowledgable, friendly and professional. They're responsive and fair. I just recently did some plumbing repairs and upgrades as preventative maintenance and they did great work.
I've been sending friends their way when folks ask for recommendations locally. Trust is everything, and so far they've done nothing to lose mine.

We had an issue with our Lennox furnace that wasn’t fully resolved with another HVAC company. They were out of ideas and wanted to try an expensive part that hopefully would fix the issue. I decided to look at the Lennox site before going through with their recommendation and found Home Heating Service on their list of recommended companies. They were able to send a tech out the same day. Cody knew exactly what was wrong and had the issue resolved without the need for any purchase of parts. We are so happy to have found a company so knowledgeable on Lennox furnaces.

I had a great experience. Setting up the appointment was convenient and there was great communication reminding me of the appointment and a heads up once on their way. Jared did a very nice job and was very professional. Took the stress out of these types of chores. I recommend them.
