I hired Robbins 2 times when my furnace stopped working and both times they went above and beyond my expectation. 2 days ago they replaced my furnace and did a great job. Steve was great with explaining in detail 3 different units in a way that was easy to understand.I was told installation will take 6-8 hrs, but it was done in 3 hrs. He also got me a thermostat that I wanted without additional cost. Great company!Will recommend them to everyone I know

We've used Robbins for years for maintenance of our heater and air conditioner. They've always been friendly, honest, and show us exactly what they'll be working on and what's needed done. We had a bee get into our venting system and stop the motor from working correctly. The technician from Robbins was able to show me what was wrong, what he did to fix it, and why we didn't need any repairs right now. I'd highly recommend their yearly service plan to keep things simple.

Robbins gave us an excellent quote for replacing our furnace. They are some of the cheapest in town without sacrificing quality. Everything was explained to us and the quote was quick and easy. Everyone we spoke to was very nice, including the salesperson and the techs that came out to install for us. Would highly recommend them for all your heating needs!

Robbins Heating & Air has done an amazing job, I used them in the past for an AC install and they did a phenomenal job, there was no gimmicky upsell. They did a fantastic job of getting everything done promptly. Recently I used them for a furnace service/clean years later and they are still providing the same quality service. You definitely get what you pay for from them!

We had a great experience with Robbins Heating & Air (specifically, their technician Dallas). After another company quoted us $1100 to perform a repair that they wouldn’t guarantee would fix our issue, Dallas came out and quickly figured out the actual problem. He gave us several potential fixes, including ones we can do ourselves. We’ll call them (and ask for Dallas) anytime we have HVAC issues in the future!

Hunter came out today and did a great job with the servicing and explanations for the scope of the work. He is very knowledgeable and professional. This company continues to go above and beyond to do the work right the first time.

I paid for regular checkup and ended up also paying for their recommended replacement of my contactor on the AC unit. After the work was done, I had to leave for an errand and came back to
a HOT house, only to find that the tech did NOT turn my thermostat back on. He didn't tell me that I needed to do it, so basically, they're ok with leaving the customer in a lurch and NOT taking responsibility.

I also had to call the next day to ask for an itemized receipt, since the tech never left me with a copy of what I paid for. Speaking of, they charged me $280 to replace the $40 part (massive labor charge), PLUS the $99 "service" fee. When they finally sent the invoice after I requested it twice, there was no itemization of the charges at all.

This situation was so bad with how Robbins handled this scenario, that my husband called to try and rectify it. This company was recommended to me by my father-in-law, and I had been using them for the last three years. I will NEVER use them again, nor will I be recommending their services.

Very good service! Extremely competent tech. No upsell as with other companies. Renewed annual checkups for furnace and A/C. You won't go wrong using Robbins!

I've been using Robbins Heating and air conditioning for a few years now servicing my furnace. This year I needed a new furnace they gave me the best quote of 4 different companies and with a quality brand. They saved me money. I watched the installers and they did good work installing the furnace. Robbins Heating and Air conditioning is highly recommended by me.

I found Robbins very responsive. They were available quickly, came on time and figured out our issue right away. Dallas was able to explain our system to us as we had just moved into a new home. It's comforting to know I have a reliable HVAC company when I need one.

I have been a Robbins customer since they installed my new furnace in 2006. Since that time, based on their recommendation, I have had annual service as part of a pre-paid service contract. I have decided not to use them any more because of three reasons, 1) poor customer service, the general affect on the telephone is usually cold, sometimes rude; 2) inconsistent service, many times the technician they sent did a fantastic job, many times not so much; I was willing to overlook rude telephone ettiquette and inconsistent service because I very much appreciated the installation job they did until, 3) they refused to honor a service contract I had purchased two years ago because it "expired." There was never any mention that there was an expiration date, and, despite that I am a life long customer, uttterly no loyalty to me and my past business. I'm going to Olson, who has taken care of my plumbing and has always been courteous on the phone, consistent in service, and fair in dealing with me.

Dallas with Robbins did a fantastic job fixing our AC unit on a very hot day! He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He gave me some good advice on air filters, cleaning the AC unit and our hot water heater. Very refreshing to have someone who really knows what they are doing. Thank you Dallas!

OUTSTANDING work! Hats off to Brett who diagnosed then installed aging furnace parts. His attention to detail and thorough explanation of what issues were and recommendations of replacement parts saved thousands in a new with furnace. He was very courteous and professional. Robbins HVAC is an honest, fair and reasonably price service provider. We had them install a new furnace last year and decided to give them our A/C maintenance business. Dallas, the salaried, non-commission paid technician, that has been with the company since 1999 came out. He was a polite professional that exceeded my expectations. The $99 service call included a thorough inspection. He checked the indoor coil, clean the outdoor coil, replace the insulation on the outdoor line, replaced two filters and ran the system through a short cycle and confirmed we were fine at this time. We had a tech with another company come out over a year ago that stated we needed to clean the indoor coil at a cost of over $300. We are so happy we waited and had a second opinion from an honest competitor. We will be a loyal customer of Robbins HVAC for life!

Within 2 hours of calling Robbins Heating, Dallas showed up promptly and immediately resolved our furnace issues.
In addition, Dallas went over several of my concerns about heating and thermostat questions.
Very informative, very friendly, very professional.

Dallas Shannon arrived at my property and reassured me that everything would be okay. He was open to any input regarding the air conditioner. Dallas recommended the best course of action for both our air conditioner and furnace, highlighting the benefits of having a maintenance plan. Additionally, he showed respect for a retired veteran on a fixed income by being transparent about the costs involved in fixing the air conditioner, avoiding any attempt to overcharge.

Excellent service. They were on time, explained what needed to be to happen to replace furnace shutoff valve. They did the work efficiently and professionally. Tested everything before leaving. Highly recommend Robbins!
