Ray was awesome! Did quality work and made sure my family has good clean vents for the winter months ahead. Really appreciate the care he put into his work. Would highly recommend.

Charlie is an exceptional employee. He went through everything dealing with our vents, air conditioner and furnace. Took pictures of all the dirt and gunk lodged in the vents and was able to clean it out. Was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail any questions or concerns that we had. I would recommend his company and him 100 times over! Thank you Apex and Charlie!

Scheduled to have them clean the air ducts. After having taken time off work, they canceled our appointment at the last minute and had to reschedule. We had also scheduled a day and time to have them provide an estimate for a replacement furnace. Again, they canceled the appointment and asked to reschedule. Umm... NO!

Your reply says that sometimes.... I could only suggest that before you cancel and attempt to reschedule with someone, make sure you didn't already cancel and reschedule with that someone.

The young man that showed up at my house were amazing. They did a great job with pictures before and after I will recommend them to all my friends.

First I would like to thank Apex Clean Air for getting me right with the services. My technician Johnathon was amazing he went above and beyond to help me get my vents and everything back to were they needed to be. He made sure I understood everything and he treated me with respect and kindness and didn’t treat me bad because of how the vents and everything looked. Which were pretty bad. But I just want to thank Johnathon and everyone at Apex Clean Air for everything they did. I will be recommending them to family and friends and will be using them again

Charlie was great, professional and arrived on time. He walked me through every process and explained in detail the cost and what would work best for my system. It has been about two weeks since I had the cleaning and upgrade service done, and I definitely can tell the difference. I highly recommend APEX cleaning they are great.

Unreliable. I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment at 5pm the day before they were supposed to service my vents. Horrible first impression. I took the day off work for this and will never consider using them moving forward.

Harland was such a great tech! He explained everything he was going to do, recommended things and was just overall pleasant to work with! My experience with Apex from the moment I called them to the time they left after they completed the work was great! Highly recommend them!

Charlie was an awesome serviceman- he completed everything quickly and throughly and was so so kind and professional. At one point in the day, I had paramedics come and check out my daughter after she took a nasty fall and he was so kind and offered to help. I was very impressed as well that pricing was so transparent and he made sure I was getting the best deal possible! We will be calling again!!

Had my furnace vents and returns cleaned by an Apex professional...Brandon. Very professional, timely, curteous and thorough. Also cleaned the dryer vent included in the special offered online.

Johnathon and Blaine did great for today's work? They did an excellent job, were very courteous, explained everything, walked through everything with me and just did a really thorough and professional job - I wish they would have been the ones that came to clean the ducts to begin with..... They did it all correct and got everything cleaned. I really appreciate what the two of them were able to do, that the first tech wasn't able to come anywhere close to doing! I would definitely give Johnathon and Blaine 5-1/2 stars, but have to give Apex only 4 stars due to the original tech not actually completing the work properly.

Great service! The Hvac technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased a new property, the previous home owner did not properly service system. Apex got the Hvac system to a functional level. The technician did a great job!

This company sent me a text letting me know they were on the way(3hour window)We had them come out to clean air ducts and mains. I had saw a deal on Facebook ,glad I was able to get on the service list, they told me it would be about month before they could get to me.And let me tell you it was worth the wait, Ben was my service tech! Step 1 count vents, Step 2 take vents off,Step 3 talk about what needs you have and what your trying to accomplish by having ducts cleaned,Step 4 talk about pricing,Step 5 Work begin. Step 6 you decide what you want It took a few hours to complete and when finished we had pictures to look at Before and after! They also asked me if I wanted vents sanitized not to many places offered this. Overall experience was loud (machine they use is loud) I was warned before! PRICES very competitive due to demand and here you will get the kind family experience and mainly the work done correctly and efficiently!🙏🙏 Shout out to Ben Myers for the outstanding information and service thank you sir!
