AC wasn’t working the best as it’s an older system. Tech came out and found a small leak which he repaired and charged the system back to where it should be! Works like a dream! Would recommend to anyone!

I'm in the process of finishing my basement and Allied Heating & Air Conditioning were really easy to work with on this project. They delivered their services on time, on budget, and with high quality workmanship.

I called with an AC emergency due to having out of state family arriving to stay at the house, literally just days after the AC suddenly went out (in August).

They were able to get someone out extraordinarily fast. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and affordable. And I have AC again!!!!

Called this morning because my house was 54 degrees when I woke up to below zero temps. Furnace was running constantly but no heat. Allied came out within a few hours and took care of problem with minimal cost. Chris took care of problem quickly and was very informative. I won’t ever call anyone else. The customer service is what sets them apart. I dealt with Kara and Chris. Both were very knowledgeable and got my heater repaired before tomorrow's storm. They are my go to company from now on! Give them a call, you won't regret it.

Since moving to Monument, CO Allied has been coming to us for all our ac and furnace needs. They installed a humidifier for us and have been coming for regular maintenance on our AC, furnace, and humidifier. Very happy with their work and everyone who has came to help us. Will definitely recommend and keep using them.

I was without heat for a night and blindly called a competitor in the morning. They determined it was a bad switch, and quoted me over $720 dollars total including a $90 diagnostic.
I looked up the part and it ranged between $50-$70 dollars worst case. I couldn’t make sense of the pricing and needed a second opinion. SO GLAD I DID!

A friend immediately recommended ALLIED HEATING & AIR. They told me over the phone, if the switch was the problem, it would be $120 total....INCLUDING diagnostic.

The switch WAS indeed the problem, and he told me since the part was still under its 5 year warranty, they just take the bad part to the dealer and get a new one....it would be no cost to me!
The other company was going to charge me over $500 for a FREE PART!

I HIGHLY recommend ALLIED!!!! Their professionalism and honesty saved me ALOT of money and regret! They arrived quickly after I called, and they performed the diagnostic AND the fix in under an hour! FIVE STAR SERVICE!!!!

Where to start....How about WOW! The new home I bought just over a year ago had just fallen out of it's 1-year warranty just a few weeks ago. I spoke with the owner about the problem of water not coming out of the AC drain pipe. He indicated that he took pride in his work and said he would honor the warranty and not charge me. He indicated his guys were close to me and would try to fit me in. It wasn't 30-minutes later when they showed up. They quickly evaluated the AC and found that it simply had a clogged AC drain. Within 10-minutes, they had cleared the stoppage and all was well. In fact the one guy who helped clear the clog was the guy that installed the system. Both were extremely knowledgeable and super friendly....it was easy to see they were professionals. They've earned my business for not only my current house, but my rental and will recommend them to my adult kids for working on their houses as well as my friends and co-workers. I highly recommend them to resolve your heating and cooling issues!!!

I called with a challenging job and they were the first company in town that was willing to give it a shot at repairing the issue instead of trying to sell me a new system.

They sent out their most experience Tech to make sure they could give it their best effort, and sure enough, within an hour I was back up and running.

Expert service at an affordable price, I could not be happier and I will not be calling anyone else in town.

The first company I called wanted Over $5k and told me I needed to re-do all of the duct work in my crawl space to fix one small section. Allied came, fixed the initial issue with the duct work, then suggested if I wanted to help with airflow I install a scoop. The overall cost to do all of this was less than 1/10th of what the first company wanted, which was clearly trying to sell me unnecessary services.

They have since come back to service my AC unit and Furnace. Highly recommend, great service at a fair price.

I’m actually really grateful for this company, Chris and steve have been nothing short of amazing. Chris and Steve are so full of knowledge and explain everything where anyone can understand. Our ac went down last night and today by noon they had us back up and running. I’m not sure who the women was who scheduled me but she was really kind and I appreciated how nice she was even though I was stressing.Thank you guys for everything!

Brandon from Allied installed our new ac system in Jun 2021 and did an outstanding job. He was very polite and professional and his work was very neat and clean. Allied offered me the best deal. The office staff, Kara and Jazmin, were so polite and kept me updated on everything. Highly recommend!

Used Allied again on Oct 3, 2022 to install a new Lennox furnace. Once again they provided the best quote and I already knew their quality of work from previous ac install. Todd did an outstanding job installing the furnace and his workmanship was superb. I will definitely continue to use Allied in the future.

The issue was that the second floor had much higher temps than the first floor, The tech said the blower was working too hard and his proposed solution was to " Balance the home" which means closing some vents...this is a brand new home and service is covered by warranty, I found out later from the tech that same company installed the HVAC system, so there might be some reluctance in admitting potential shortcomings if any, if this was not a warranty job, I can bet that they would recommend more than just closing some vents... cherry on top, tech said that I was not his customer and that the builder was. implying that my questions weren't welcome, great customer service indeed.

Allied Heating and Air Conditioning was the trade that put my HVAC system in when our home was built it made sense to call them cause they are familiar. Not only were they fast, reliable and honest the gentlemen that came to service our system were outstanding! I called at 6:30 am and they were there by 8am! I was speechless at how fast the response was! I’ll only call them going forward for this house!

These guys have been great form the beginning. The quoting process was very efficient and truly fair in their pricing. If you have the pleasure of working with Kara, she was so thorough and flexible in scheduling appointments. We had them move some basement drains and add supply lines - Brad and Tyler, did a stellar job for us. We could not be more pleased with Allied Heating and Air.
