After suffering through a year and a half with a new HVAC system which had numerous unresolved issues with the furnace, Springs Heating & Cooling has provided a replacement solution that is providing more comfort in our home than we have experienced in a long time. The installation team was informative and professional. They completed their work efficiently and left everything tidy. We look forward to a long relationship with them for our HVAC needs.

I was very pleased with the tech, Jared, who came out to give the estimate to replace my HVAC system. He was professional and efficient with my time. I haven’t decided who I’ll use for the install yet, but Springs is at the top of the list so far.

Jared scheduled our needed service within minutes after I left a voice message at their office and he arrived to make the repair only an hour later, on a Saturday morning. He completely understood our system, found the problem, repaired it.

The service technician arrived on time and had the parts needed to repair our complex HVAC system which included a dual stage furnace, heat pump, power blower, humidifier and thermostat. The technician was very knowledgeable in diagnosing and repairing our system. He explained everything thoroughly using words I could understand. I was in the hands of someone competent, honest, and trustworthy.

Quick friendly service Called first thing this morning and had someone at my house within 45 minutes. I must have got lucky because I’m sure depending on the season that doesn’t always happen.
