I recently had a new HVAC system installed. Everything, and I mean everything, was performed perfectly. The price, the timeliness of the installation, the flawless execution, and the communication with the team was top notch. MJ Heating and Air deserves the highest possible rating.

The control board in our 30 year old furnace failed at the onset of cold weather in the fall of 2025. It was poorly installed.in the crawl space of a very old home in downtown Colorado Springs.

The first company that looked at it gave a half-dozen reasons (with a lot drama) why it would be "incredibly difficult" and expensive, then provided a sky-high estimate. When MJ Heating came out, they spent some time under the house examining the prior unit and duct work, then said "We can do this, no problem."

Their estimate was more than reasonable, and 2 days later they did the installation. There were some difficult issues with duct work that could not be seen until the old unit was.removed, but they did not up-charge for it. Quick, professional, and friendly. The heat is on! Thanks so much to Mike and Jeremy. Five stars, highly recommended.

Colorado being Colorado, our heating unit decided it didn't want to play on the first real cold snap of the year. Waking up on the 9 degree morning without any heat in the house was such an invigorating experience, it sent me to the internet in search of a smiling face that would answer my SOS. Cathryn answered the phone when I called and surprisingly recognized my voice. Seems our company had provided her with services earlier in the year and she recognized my apparently unique voice.

MJ Heating & Air answered the call and were out to my house within a couple of hours. They quickly identified the issue, but instead of asking me for a large repair fee, they let me know that the 23 year old unit wasn't long for this rock and instead of double charging me, we decided replacing the heating unit in place of patching it back together for 1/4th the price was the way to go. Seems in Colorado after January 1, 2026, new heating units are going to double in price due to new environmental requirements and there will be no getting around the new EXPENSIVE units. With that understood, we bumped fists and scheduled the install for two days later. Two days later brought our first big snowstorm of the season, but not to be deterred they showed up as scheduled and within a few hours we were toasting our new heater with a smile.

Thanks to the both of you and those that helped with the install. Being able to make a single phone call and actually have those at the other end of the line complete their end in a professional manner is exactly the way we want to run our business. Kudos to MJ Heating & Air and you have my full recommendation!

MJ Heating and Air installed a new heating and air-conditioning system at our home. This is a company I trust to fix my hvac issues correctly and don’t try to upsell me in any way. I had another company come out and try to tell me I needed a new furnace even though my unit was relatively new. But then I called Springs heating and cooling and they fixed my issue for a small and reasonable amount. I have been using them ever since. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable, he explained each problem with our AC and repaired as needed. Great service definitely recommend.

Mark was able to be on site quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. We were up and running with the AC soon after. He identified a problem with drainage we didn't even know we had and fixed it on the spot. We were very pleased with his professionalism, knowledge and overall service. Called Springs Heating & Cooling today because my AC was not working. He arrived within the hour. After a quick look, he found my thermostat was the issue. Took 15 minutes and got the AC working again. Super nice, professional and the price was very fair. They will be my go to company for any AC/Heating needs. Thanks again!

I had a full furnace replacement and AC install and am very happy. They were professional, timely and knowledgeable. Their rates were right in line with other quotes that I got.
The project was paired with some electrical upgrades and they coordinated well with the electricians.

Very professional group of people. Had another company to come out to fix our a/c problem and just got terrible service. Springs hearing and cooling came out and figured out the problem and fixed it same day. I wish I knew about them long time ago.
