I called about my AC not working during a heatwave. I expect to have to wait for service, but Jeremy came the same day. Because the AC was frozen, he couldn’t diagnose the problem until the following day. It was fixed in a timely manner. I’m happy with the quick and professional service provided and will definitely call again when needed.

Jeremy was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 20 minutes. Prior to having him come out I had called another HVAC company who quoted me an enormous amount of money for a new motherboard and thermostat. MJ heating and air saved me a ton of money and we're rockstars both on the phone and in person. I will definitely recommend to everyone and will be using their services in the future for sure. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Mike and Jeremy installed my new A/C unit, and I could not be happier with the work that they did! They were super professional, efficient, and they were very responsive in addressing all of my questions/concerns. Our furnace quit working the last week in October. I called MJ Heating and Air, and they were AWESOME!!! They replaced the old furnace and also found that the vent from the crawl space through the roof was not installed correctly and could have caught the house on fire! They replaced all of the venting as well. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys!!!

My furnace broke on a Saturday. Despite it being a weekend, they were able to come out immediately, assess the situation and install a new furnace that evening. Price was reasonable. Permit was done two days later. These folks are fast, fair and professional. Highly recommend!

This company has secured our business for any and all future furnace work. Our furnace went out on a Saturday morning, below freezing temps, snow on the ground, just all around bad situation. So appreciate the quick assistance from MJ Heating and Air when our air conditioner died just a month after moving into our house here in Colorado! They assessed the problem and installed a unit the next day. So efficient and great to deal with, highly recommend.

Mike Kathryn Jeremy and electrician were very professional.i set up appointment for Saturday the 21st of December and mike showed up right on time. We set up appointment for December 28th and Mike&Jeremy showed up right on time.furnace and a/c went in exactly the way they said it would. Was quoted a price from another company and was told I needed a new electrical box. Mike said he didn't thank so. After talking to his electrician I didn't need a new electrical box MJ Heating& air saved me thousands of dollars. So, I bought a new house and couldn’t get the existing Google Nest thermostat to function properly so I bought a HoneyWell and in the instructions it says to turn off the power to the AC at the breaker, so I did, however, it never tells you to turn off power to the furnace so I didn’t. Well the furnace has a little 3amp fuse that blew while I was changing the thermostat’s and now I couldn’t get either to work, so I started calling around 24/7 HVAC and I believe MJ was my third call and he couldn’t get to me at the moment but did call me back to explain that I had blown the fuse and walked me through over the phone where it was and possibly how to even fix it, which means he would have never gotten paid if I were able to fix it (you don’t see that ever anymore)! Anyway I was unable to produce a 3amp fuse, loaf n jug, Maverik, nor 7-11 carry them anymore. So I texted Mike back and informed him that I was unsuccessful in obtaining a 3amp fuse so he came out the next morning and hooked me right up and even went as far as to hook up the thermostat for me! This guy is the best! Very Military friendly! I wish that ever home service company provided the level of service Mike and his wife Cathryn provide! Best HVAC and Heating you will ever find!

I had tons of quotes that were double his cost with zero personality. They found what worked with my home with minimum cost. Never seemed to be after the all mighty dollar, only customer service and professionalism to improve his business.

They know everything I could possibly want to know about installation products, the equipment and needs for your home. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they were always very sincere.

Mike and Jeremy were awesome. They told me everything that they were doing showed me the work as they were doing it and even though they could have charged me more, they gave me a flat rate which I thought was amazing.

I mean just absolutely the best in town. Encouraged me to do the diagnosis with them when they arrived to the home. Did not bad mouth competitors. Wish I can take them with me to Seattle where I plan to move. Please please please just pay the trip fee, you will thank yourself later.

This business is family owned and you can tell it by there results. Cathryn, Mike and their son were very responsive to my request for a quote. Originally is was for an a/c repair but ultimately we changed it to an a/c replacement due to the age of our old a/c. Cathryn kept us updated throughout the entire process via text message which is very much appreciated. Mike and his son showed up early on the install day and finished up the job about 4 hours later. They were very detailed, clean and ensured everything was installed correctly before they left. They had already scheduled the electrician who showed up 30 minutes later as well as Cathryn had already scheduled the code inspections based on our availability. I could not be happier with MJ and I would not hesitate to recommend this family business to anyone.

We had MJ install a new AC recently and we were incredibly happy with the process. They came out and gave us a quote within 24 hours, price was fair and terms were clear. Scheduled them to come out the following week and the entire install took only 4 hours. Passed inspection without issue and works great. Cathryn, the office manager is efficient, easy to contact, friendly and helpful at every stage of the process. My experience with MJ Heating and Air far exceeded any prior expectations!

Cathryn was very polite and professional on the phone. She dispatched Jeremy to my house within a few hours of my phone call (My situation was not an emergency). She updated me several times with estimated arrival times for Jeremy.

Jeremy was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.
He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns.
My furnace was 37 years old and making loud noises. Jeremy gave me my options and never pressured me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I decided it was time to replace the furnace and he recommended the compatible model to what I had already had, did not try to upsell me, and when I asked, he listed the pros and cons of each available option.

Cathryn then reached out to me by email later that day to schedule the new installation. She went out of her way to accommodate the day and time that would work best for me.

A day later, Jeremy and Mike showed up and installed my furnace.
They were both great, fun to work with and very professional! Once again, answered all my questions.

Cathryn then submitted all my paperwork, took care of the warranty activation and set up the appointment for the final inspection with the city Inspection department.

This was a wonderful experience with this company and I would strongly recommend MJ to everyone!

I can't express enough how impressed I am with this company and how grateful I am that they were recommended to me. My furnace broke on a Sunday during an intense cold snap, and I called them that evening. Not only did they answer, but they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning.
