Our furnace went out on a Friday and Steadfast heating came through for us same day. Our technician was super nice and helpful. He got right to work and fixed the problem.

Erik and Daija came out to clean my dryer vent. They were friendly, kept things clean, and explained the cleaning process. Pictures were taken before and after and they showed me the flow rates. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Trevor was an awesome guy. Told me exactly what was potentially going to be needed for my heater in the upcoming years and also that I was using the wrong filters, which was causing the heater to work harder than it needed to. That it’s not always better for your heater to buy higher rated(thicker) filters for allergens and such… said to just buy the cheap ones snd change them more often. Thanks for the maintenance and advice!

I received a referral to Steadfast from another company who didn't have any available appointments. Steadfast made an appt for me for the next day for 12-2P. At 1:30PM Erik came and replaced my furnace fan by 3:30PM. The owner, Alejandro, txtd ma several times with information about who and when was coming. Everyone was fast, friendly, competent and efficient. A perfect service call.

It’s pretty rare these days to find a service provider of any kind that has team members who are kind, considerate, on time, communicate well and do what they say they are going to do. I’ve used Steadfast several times now over the last year as I was having issues with my AC, then my dryer and vents. Every time they have been in my home they have been all of those things listed. They show up when they say they will, do what they say they are going to for the price quoted, explain what they did and why, clean up after themselves and are super professional. Excellent.

Top notch! Had drywall dust blowing out of heater and coating everything. They cleaned my vent and duct system and the problem has stopped. Very informative, on time, great communication, clean tidy workers who did what they said they were going to do.

We have used steadfast twice in the last few months. First was for our ac going out and they fixed it super quick and even showed my fiance some tips and tricks. This second time, they helped us get 2 cats out of the vents which was such a tricky and timely processes but the guy who came and helped was so darn patient and very kind. Highly recommend this business.

We recently had our air ducts done by steadfast heating an air They arrived on time we’re very polite and thoughtful and very detail oriented and did a great fantastic job. Steadfast was very friendly and ordered and installed a part that was broken when everyone else wanted to send out a technician before to charge 2 service fees before ordering the part needed.
