We had Steadfast Heating & Air out for a furnace tune-up and the experience was truly fantastic from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up right on time, and the technician was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
They took the time to thoroughly inspect and service our furnace, explained what they were doing in a way that actually made sense, and made sure everything was running safely and efficiently before leaving. No pressure, no upselling, just honest, high-quality work.

From point of request for service to technician arrival took less than 30 minutes. When George arrived on-site he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He was very forthcoming with any and all work taking place and took time to educate me (homeowner) on proper maintenance and general specs on the system I have installed. I would certainly recommend Steadfast and will be using them for future service needs.

Great company! The guys (Daija & Eric) who installed the new furnace are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They worked efficiently and had the floor cleaner when they left than it had been when they arrived.
Anyone at the company with whom I communicated has been top notch (Trevor, who came out initially to check out the old furnace and prepare for the new one, and Kelly, the receptionist).
Also, they use high quality products and are reasonably priced.

The team (Daija & Eric) that came out to replace our AC unit was amazing. They were polite, knowledgeable, and showed how much they cared about treating our home well. They kept me updated throughout the process, repeatedly asked if I had any questions about any of the steps that they were showing me, and gave me an overview of the entire system when they were done. They also helped schedule the inspection appointment and made sure I was completely comfortable and satisfied before they left. A+++ experience and reasonable pricing.

The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and very straightforward. We had great communication and a positive overall experience. Another industry player trying to force consumers to use contractors for overly simple fixes. Another distributor only selling to contractors. Refuse to sell direct to consumer. Will ensure not to purchase a RHEEM furnace when I replace my existing.

I was having an AC unit installed , The guy who was doing it died before the job and the mechanical inspection was complete. I have been looking for the missing AC coil grommet for weeks to pass the mechanical inspection. The local supply stores did not have it and I could not find anyone of the supply store who would order the part for me.
I contacted the manufacturer who then contacted Comfort Air. The guys at Comfort Air took the part off of one of their units and gave it me free of charge.The manufacturer will send them a replacement. They were very friendly and more helpful than the big HVAC suppliers here in the Springs.

One of the best equipment vendors in town. This team is one of the best in this city! Any issues and they fix them quick and they bend over backwards for your business and even go out of their way to help you! The front desk team is by far one of my favorites to deal with on a daily basis and both Brian's on the management team are amazing. As for the rest I haven't met any others truly besides their sales guy and he's been extremely helpful too! If you need technical expertise Leo is your man here, he has so much experience it's ridiculous, he's always my go to guy for technical questions. With that being said not once have I received the wrong parts for anything and they have always been extremely courteous! If you need Rheem equipment or just hvac parts in general, this is the place to go in this city!

When I woke to no heat the end of November, MJ Heating & Air were quick to come check it out when other people said it would be days. We talked then about how we were surprised that the heating/air system was still running with the age of it. In January, they returned to replace the furnace & in April, the air conditioner. From speaking to Cathryn at the very beginning & to the systems being installed, everything ran smoothly & they were so nice to deal with. I highly recommend them.

I contacted MJ heating for annual maintenance of AC and furnace. They were quick to schedule appointment and completed the service efficiently on time. Very honest and reliable business, definitely recommend!
