Did an awesome job on air vents cleaning. Pulled out a lot of grossness. I can breathe better in my house. Cleaned my dryer vent and saved me from a possible future fire. Found a bird’s nest in my dryer vent with tons of lint built up behind it. Did a great job of cleaning up before leaving. Will absolutely use them again. Give them a call.

Steadfast Heating and Air is awesome! I own many properties in Pueblo and Walsenburg and have been disappointed with the pricing and customer service by many HVAC companies here in Pueblo. I decided to try a company based in Colorado Springs and I am so glad I did. They were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and the price of the furnace was exactly where it should be! The owner DID NOT try to upsell me on a more expensive furnace. He gave me the options and we decided on the best one for the rental property in which it was going into. I will be using them for ALL my properties.

Tech arrived on time and was very professional and thorough in maintaining my HVAC system. Explanations of what he was doing and his findings and recommendations were clearly communicated and readily understood. I recommend them without hesitation.

Pilot light kept going out on my furnace. George came in, spent probably 10 minutes here and fixed it. He is an essential to your company. He's the best and I will call you guys again. Thank you for all of your help.

George came out to fix our furnace and not only did he diagnose the problem immediately, he promptly fixed the issue and didn't try to upsell us for things we didn't need. He was honest and the fix was very affordable! We Highly recommend this company!

I’ve been using steadfast for a couple years now. They’re awesome Alejandro knows his stuff and they always get out pretty quickly. I’ve got a boiler that has had some issues, and they’ve always helped me figure out what’s going on and fix it. Highly recommend.

I contacted Steadfast Heating & Air at 2:40 this afternoon. They had a tech out in 20mins. We needed a new Thermocouple thingy. He just left and I have heat again for $347.00 in less than an hour on a Saturday! I can't thank Alejandro enough! We will definitely use and recommend their services again!!

These folks are great. They responded to my initial request right away, and every time I called a real person answered the phone. Our repair job was somewhat complicated, and I had to call three separate times to bring someone out, but every time the technician that came spent the time necessary to get the job done. The last visit was because a part they had replaced was not quite doing the job right, so they replaced it with a better part at no cost. Really friendly and dedicated to the job. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling the diagnostic was very easy, and I liked getting a reminder with our technician’s photo beforehand — that was different and reassuring. Before taking anything apart, Erik double-checked other areas first, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable and straightforward. We’ll definitely be using them again!

I am not certain where to begin. On the coldest night Colorado Springs has had in 2026 my heater went out late at night. I was able to use space heaters to make sure my pipes did not freeze. Then I called Alejandro Paz at 6:00 a.m. He picked up and scheduled me to have my furnace fixed right away, which was beyond awesome since it happened Friday night and they came out Saturday morning. Unfortunately, beyond circumstances that neither he or I could control it did not work and it became more critical. I called Alejandro and discussed what my options were. I want to state this very clearly, Alejandro went above and beyond all I could have imagined or hoped for. It is rare to find a man with so much integrity, professionalism and empathy for what I was going through. Not only did he need to install a new furnace but my water heater needed replaced and he did that as well and worked it all in to his busy schedule. I feel like sometimes our faith in humanity and doing the right thing, fall short. But not with Alejandro and his company. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for him and his team. If you are looking for a quality company, look no further as you will find it right here. Trevor & Christian both did an amazing job on my furnace repair. They came out after another company recommended a completely new system as a second set of eyes, and instead of trying to upsell me, they diagnosed the real issue and fixed it quickly.
