Kail did a great job servicing the furnace and humidifier, which had leaks. He fixed those, and now we're good!

We had about 5 other companies come out to inspect our furnace and give us a quote for a new one. Altitude was the only one we found that was fair in their pricing and seemed competent and capable to do the job correctly. We worked with Ray, Josh and Tannous through the process. All of them were friendly and knew how to do the job correctly. We are very happy with our new furnace and with the service we received.

Purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Altitude Heating and Air. Excellent pricing, nice installation, and cleaned up before, during, and after the job was complete. I received several quotes, and they were by far the most reasonable, and installed a fantastic system. Our home is now comfortable year-round. I am looking forward to more projects with Altitude HVAC in the future. I have already recommended several of my neighbors and they are looking forward to working with them. After all, a neighbor recommended them to us.

Excellent company with old fashion values! We were having heavy ice build up on our furnace vent. Several hvac companies came out to find the problem. They did all kinds of service but failed to solve the problem. Lonny diagnosed the problem quickly. The problem was the result of another hvac company not properly installing a propane to natural gas conversion kit which is needed as propane burns hotter than natural gas thus causing our furnace to fail prematurely. Josh and Kail did the new furnace install. They were kind, polite and respectful. They vacuumed and cleaned up when they were done. They demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the furnace installation process and answered all our questions. Would recommend Altitude Heating to all! Thank you Lonny, Josh and Kail, you are the best!!!

Tannous Krech came out here and saved the day when our furnace went down during the snowstorm. He got our furnace up and running in no time. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend any service needed.

Five stars for Wil! Dog friendly, human friendly, and he even went above and beyond to make sure we had a temporary space heater overnight.

It is hard for me to put into words how amazing this company is. First- they stepped in to help me understand why my unit wasn't working. A different company had really botched the job of replacing my AC unit earlier in the year, and Lonny (owner) and his team came over to diagnose and fix what went wrong.

When they found out that the other company had not registered my unit for warranty they worked with the manufacturer to get it covered, and told me that if the manufacturer didn't cover it they would at their own expense. They did not have to do that, but they did it to help take care of my situation. This was above and beyond!

Josh, Jesus, Cole, and Tannous did an amazing job. They replaced everything in my attic, replaced the lineset as my old lineset had a kink, and they found a missing filter in my condenser, and provided and installed that for me.

Altitude did everything they said they would do, from pulling permits to cleaning up at the end of the day. They were on time, worked hard, were polite, and got my system up and running. I would let any of these guys work on my system any time it is needed. Thank you Altitude!!

Raymond Mclain was on time and very professional, even wore shoe covers so he wouldn't mess up my floor. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Then, he cleaned up the little mess he'd made and showed me that he fixed the water flow problem. 5 Stars, great service, quick and professional.
