SoCo serviced our furnace about a year ago, and Phil did a great job keeping the old girl kicking longer than one might anticipate. I appreciated how Ben talked us through the initial estimate, and the service, details, and patience Mitch provided when it was time to make the replacement this spring. As other reviewers have pointed out, SoCo is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable, and a good community business. As COS grows, these kinds of businesses are harder to find, so I truly appreciate that Ben, Christy, and their team rank customer service as a high priority.

This was my first experience with SoCo Heating and Cooling, and I was very impressed with Jacob, our technician. He was extremely professional, friendly, and on-time. He did an exceptional job inspecting and cleaning our furnace, and also provided good advice on installing a humidifier system. I also recommend signing up for their "Cozy Club." It's an exceptional value. Thanks again, Jacob!

My daughter recommended I call SoCo after receiving a very high estimate for another company. My water heater needed to be replaced, and she had used SoCo just a few months ago for the same service. I called SoCo as soon as they opened, and they had someone out to my house for an estimate before 9 am the same day! Wayne was very thorough, and even confirmed that I did need a new water heater. Billy and Dan were scheduled to come to my house between 1 - 3 pm that same afternoon! Billy called me at 12:15 pm and said he was on the way and would be there in about 15 minutes! Billy and Dan did a terrific job removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They cleaned up the mess so well you couldn't even tell they had been there! The estimate is exactly what I was charged, which was a little over $1,000 LESS than what the other company quoted me. I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing and heating services!

I have been so happy since we have found SoCo! Wonderful group of people. Service is exceptional, friendly, and fast. Recently we had a air conditioning unit go down and Kendra was great over the phone. Chris came out same day to diagnose the issue. We ended up having to order a new unit. Ordered on a Friday and installed on a Tuesday! Our installers Tyler and Trey were awesome as well. Very nice and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly. Can not recommend this company enough!!

We have worked with SoCo Heating and Cooling for 3.5 years and are always so impressed with their work, the professionalism and friendliness of all their employees. In the last month and a half we have had our furnace checked, quote for a new one, and just had the new furnace and water heater installed. Wayne, Ross, Kyle, Brad, Kendra, and Christy were all incredibly helpful in this process! Will continue to recommend to others.

Great experience working with SoCo for our new furnace. Alejandro and Erik were an amazing team for the installation. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything very clearly. We enjoyed having them at our home for this lengthy install. They are top notch!

SoCo is a great company, and their Cozy Club is well worth the money for the discounts and free tune-ups you get. We've used them when we lived in a house with central air and heat, and also in our new home that has a boiler and radiant heat. Trevor came out today for our fall boiler tune-up and did a fantastic job, pointing out areas of concern and giving us multiple options on how to fix them. SoCo is very reliable, and has always made time to fix any emergencies we've had. We highly recommend them for any HVAC or boiler needs you have.

We had SoCo come for a furnace tune up this fall. This was the second time we used them. This time Shawn found a leak of carbon monoxide which consequently led to a new furnace. He was great at explaining everything! This past Tuesday we had Russell, Bobby and Matt come install our new furnace and whole house humidifier!!! They were awesome! Polite and efficient. They left everything clean! The SoCo crew members are great !!!! We would recommend them from start to finish. Thanks SoCo for making our home safe and comfortable for the winter months ahead.

Finally, I found a Heating and Cooling company I can trust thanks to their technician Mitch. Another google certified company came to perform a routine service on my heating system and told me it was unsafe as the heat exchanger was warped and cracked, they then promptly told me that they could install a new furnace that very same day for $6,000. I sort of became suspicious so I called in SoCo for a second opinion. They sent Mitch the next day and he became my new hero. He did a thorough check and gave me the good news that there was nothing wrong with my furnace. He even discussed it with the other companies technician for me when they called back disputing his diagnosis (I have since had a third Experts opinion who agrees with Mitch). SoCo have a valuable asset in Mitch and I hope they recognize that. His great service encouraged me to take out the three year maintenance contract and won SoCo my trust. I would like to name the other company but decided against and hope that this review is enough to make others realize that being google certified alone is not enough, heck even reviews don't seem to be enough, only personal experience. Always make sure you get a second opinion when an engineer tells you that your furnace is unsafe and tries to get you to pay out over $6,000 for a new one. SoCo is now my trusted company for all of my Heating and Cooling needs.

SoCo came out last week to replace our furnace and water heater. We are very happy with the install and the installers' hard work. Today we had Billy and Nathan out to clean all the ducts and aeroseal them. They were professional, explained the process and were able to cut duct leakage by 76%. We can already hear and feel the difference in the air coming through the vents. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Leaving a poor review is not something I take lightly as I know many people's lives go into an organization's productivity. My comments are primarily based upon the owner of SoCo being unwilling to talk to me about a recent replacement and several managers providing any reason within their grasp to charge a high rate. The technicians doing the work were all top notch. Our new hot water heater failed after only four years because the tank cracked. SoCo did the installation. The tank was covered by the manufacturer but the service was not. I understand mechanical equipment fails but I do expect a company to be accountable to an extent. I was charged $1,615 for the replacement installation, $129 for diagnosis and given a number of reasons why this was necessary. It took two technicians one hour to install the replacement. I initially asked to speak with the owner who originally talked me into using his company (when he knew we needed a new hot water heater) but he wouldn't call me back this time. We basically had no choice but to use SoCo Heating as we were without hot water for six days. Any company who doesn't value the feedback of its customers is not trustworthy. My ask was simply to be reasonable with their pricing as no one wins in this situation. On a side note, we shopped a new HVAC and Cooling system at Costco and the price was $7,000 less than SoCo Heating. I'll continue to steer clear of this company in the future and won't think twice about adding their Cozy Club membership as it feels like a good way to milk more cash out of customers.

We had a wonderful experience using SoCo Heating and Cooling. Our technician, Mr Aaron was one time, professional and courteous. He took the time to explain and show me what repairs were needed. My HVAC and water heater are now in tiptop shape. I appreciated his awesome attitude and highly recommend him and his team. Thanks again SoCo and Mr Aaron!

I've had really great experiences with SoCo after receiving them as a recommendation from a friend. Today, our furnace stopped working, and it was chilly! I was able to schedule online for the same day. They even had an evening appointment available, which was better for my work schedule. Mitch came out, listened to what had happened, set expectations about the most likely problem (a sensor), and then fixed it quickly. He explained what would happen if it went out again. He was friendly, helpful, and fast! I was pleasantly surprised to find out that since I have their service agreement (AMA,) the visit and repair were free. I was stressed about the furnace all day. If only I had known it would be so easy! I highly recommend SoCo.

Update 9/2019. Mitch continues to be a great help. He carefully reviewed with me how change the humidifier filter and even wrote down the part number. This is the 5th time I've interacted with SoCo over the last year (one furnace false alarm caused by a different company, two regular tune ups - furnace and A/C, one hail damage repair to an exterior vent, and one furnace sensor release) and it has been great every time. They have my highest recommendation.

Highly recommend SoCo Heating and Cooling!! We are getting ready to sell our home and needed to have our AC inspected. Josh came out to our house to do an AC tune up and inspection. He was friendly, personable, prompt and showed us pictures of everything. It was discovered we needed our AC evaporation coil cleaned so we made an appt for a different day to have that done. James and Mike came out to do it, they were both really nice, on time and told us how everything was going throughout the whole process. We loved that we saw before and after pictures of everything too. Josh, James and Mike went above and beyond and we would recommend them to anyone!!

SoCo installed our new AC system and we couldn't be happier with how the process went, the quality of the install, and the awesomeness of the Daikin Fit system.

The initial sales visit was courteous, educational, and clearly showed that SoCo has an interest in a long-term relationship, which as new owners of our home was something we had hoped to establish for future maintenance.

The duct cleaning was done by two very professional, pleasant and efficient guys who were careful to ask us before potentially disrupting any of our registers that might be difficult to remove because we live in a historic home.

And finally, the AC install itself couldn't have gone more smoothly even though it wasn't the most straightforward job. Billy and Brad were outstanding. They arrived on time, the install took almost exactly the eight hours they quoted, and they took the time to explain every part of our new system and membership with SoCo.

We're very much looking forward to working with SoCo again in the future when it's time for a new furnace or maintenance.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied we were with SoCo Heating and Cooling. Right from the start they made us feel like they were reliable and professional. Scheduling an estimate was easy and they showed up right on time and communicated with us before-hand to ensure our appointment was good for us. Their office team is well-informed and polite as they made scheduling our actual installation hassle free. Tyler and Kyle were our technicians and they kept us informed on every little thing they were doing and went above all of our expectations in how they completed the work. They were clean, polite, and hard working throughout the entire process. Every aspect of the mechanics and electrical work was double and triple checked and still all completed in only a day. I would recommend this company any day and am completely satisfied with their work in installing our air conditioner. Awesome company!

Wayne was amazing servicing our air conditioner. He was quick and efficient..... also got us an appointment quickly to get a quote for a new furnace.

Thayne came to give us a quote for a furnace within a couple days. He gave many options and explained what each option included. We decided to move forward and 3 days later they were here to install.

Clint and Devin installed our new furnace and did a great job! Moved our thermostat with little damage to the wall and completed the job in 6 hours! Very happy with their work!

Thayne did a follow up visit and explained all the “features” with our furnace and made it clear he would resolve any issues we currently had or would have in the future. He has an amazing customer service attitude!

We are extremely happy with our choice to go with SoCo for our new central AC system. Woodrow came to give us an estimate and I got such a good vibe from him. After scheduling, a couple guys came to do a free vent cleaning and they were professional and pleasant. Then came the actual AC Install, and the installers were amazing. They were so friendly and professional. They went out of their way to call me "sir" which actually feels a little odd to me personally, but shows that they care about being professional and putting in that extra effort. Some complications arose with our install, but the installers worked tirelessly to get it done and ended up staying from 9 am until 9pm the second day to make sure it was completed. We also love the Daikin Fit system we had installed, which is insanely quiet and is working well to keep our home cool. Overall, I highly recommend this company.

*Update* new company purchased the phone lines for SoCo Heating and Cooling Peak Home Performance I think and any amount of money you have spent on their cozy club or any warranty is no longer good. Said owner bailed with a bunch of money. I have had water heater issues since we had a new one installed last December we financed a lot of money for furnace/AC/Water Heater and the EXECUTIVE Cozy Club. I am at a complete loss. This company was recommended to me. Right now our water heater is leaking and none of the numbers on file work for me or my husband when we call. Are they in business? How can I get my water heater to stop leaking? It’s already leaked gallons of water. Any help would be nice. Maybe a good phone number? The one on their website hangs up and the one on Google does the same. Maybe someone can call to resolve?

Someone recommended SoCo Heating and Cooling for a furnace issue we were having and I am very happy that I contacted them. I called when our heat went out and they were able to come out same day to do a diagnostic. Jacob came by and was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what he was needing to do and took the time to answer my questions about what repairs were needing to be done. 2 repairs were needed and he only had the parts to replace 1 of the issues. Before he left he was able to get me on the schedule for the next day. Trevor was the technician that we had the pleasure of meeting for the second repair and he was very friendly and professional. SoCo Heating staff (including the lovely lady that took my call to begin with) have been so friendly and amazing. I will recommend anyone that needs A/C, heating or electrical work to contact them. We first used this company when our AC stopped working during one of the hottest days last summer - they sent someone promptly who was able to solve the issue that day, for a reasonable price. We decided to join their Cozy Club program for scheduled maintenance, and had them out again early in the winter.
Fast forward to one of the coldest days of the year, our attic furnace unit stopped working. Once again, we were able to reach someone promptly, and had a service person out within the day. That time was a very simple fix (they didn’t even charge for the trip), we went ahead and scheduled some preventative servicing as well a few days later. Aaron came and performed the most recent service - he was on time, clean, and finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. We’ve been happy with the pricing, and the professionalism of all of the staff we’ve dealt with, and are so glad we joined the Cozy Club - totally worth it! Great company, highly recommend!

I have had SoCo Heating and Cooling take care of my AC and Furnace maintenance for 2 years now. They are always professional, punctual, and thorough during their visit. They are reliable and honest. Every employee who has come to my home has been courteous and kind. Today, Mitch Kaiser was the service technician. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He shared some knowledge on options to keep my family's allergies under control without pushing me into buying anything right away. He showed true engagement and customer service. He also took the time to explain everything that was going on with my furnace which showed dedication on his part. Thank you SoCo!
