I purchased my new furnace and a/c unit from The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling in Summer 2025. The initial gentleman who came out and completed my estimate was professional and knowledgeable. He was on time and completed the estimate in a timely manner. The front office team were very kind, always willing to answer my questions and communicated clearly and effectively. When there were updates, they were quick to relay and ensure I was good with the plan. On install day, the team arrived on time, were very nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciated that they all had fun together and had a great team dynamic. This process was stressful overall, but the team from The Furnace Guy made it easier which I appreciated!

They came as quick as the next day to fix the whole house humidifier. Super knowledgeable and fixed what others had done incorrectly. Very happy with the service.

Kevin responded quickly to a last-minute call to check my furnace. He was very thorough, took his time investigating possible issues, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure he understood all of my concerns.

These folks are awesome and fast. We love our new Air Conditioner. From initial call to wrapping up the installation, everyone involved was extremely professional, friendly and prompt. When we realized our AC wasn't working properly, we contacted The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling - they were fantastic! Evan was in our area and able to come by, evaluate our system, and give us an onsite estimate within an hour. We gathered a couple more estimates and are so happy we went with them to replace both our AC and very old furnace. Connor, David and their crew installed a new system the following day. They were on time, so courteous to protect our home and walls as they worked in our crawlspace during the installation. They are professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
