Kevin serviced my furnace. Service was quick, corrected the problem, very reasonably priced and all done in the same day I requested the appointment. Great experience.

This is my first time using this company and I'm happy to say that they are amazing. From the ladies who booked the appointment to the technicians who fixed my ac/furnace (Lance and David). Everyone was very professional , polite , and punctual. I know this is what you would expect from a company but for some reason it is not common place in today's world. I highly recommend this company!

As always, prompt customer service from first call to paying the invoice. Excellent communication, professionally and kind, from the office staff to the technician that came and took care of the furnace repair. We are thankful!

He was very knowledgeable And seem to service our furnace very thoroughly. Plus. gave us some good advice regarding our humidifier and air conditioner. As well as recommended some plug-in carbon monoxide detectors. Even though our smoke alarms have them throughout the house. I thought that was great advice.

They were quick to come out on short notice but then stopped communicating! My mother is 86 and bedridden and was without heat and there was no immediate concern on their end! Even after two phone calls trying to get updates they never followed up to let us know they hadn't even ordered the furnace 2 weeks later. Very disappointed with this company.

Quick shout out to Evan at Furnace Guy. I called to get some questions I had about a recent HVAC install by a different installer. I just wanted a sanity check on a couple items. Both the front office and Evan were curteous and willing to help in any way they could. Evan heard me out, answered my bone-head questions and he did so with patience and a willingness to help out even though I was not a designated customer. So, thank you!! Great "customer" service.

The repair man was friendly, and knowledgeable. He got the repair done quickly and cleanly. Now our furnace is running great again. We were very happy with this repair service.

I have been working with the The Furnace Guy since I purchased my home, ~ 23 yrs ago, recommended by a business colleague in the HVAC business. They installed a furnace 20 years ago (and an AC unit about 4 yrs ago), and just replaced it with a new higher efficiency unit following an inspection which found a small carbon monoxide leak.

They did the job quickly and efficiently, and provided extra work at no cost due to a miss when originally bidding. Toby and all their technicians were quick and professional, and were there immediately when the unit needed an adjustment.

I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

What a great experience. On time, on budget and really proffesional. Everything works, hot water, quiet operation. Techs were good and let me hover. Will reccomend to my friends.

My HVAC technician David did a wonderful job cleaning my heating system for winter thursday 10-2-25. He also replaced my inducer motor because he noticed it was getting ready to go out the very next day 10-3-25. The technicians are very thorough in checking everything is working properly for you. The Furnace Guys are a great bunch of people everyone from the Call center to the technicians. I'll give them a 10 out of 10. 👍

‘The Furnace Guy’ was so punctual and professional from start to finish. They genuinely cared about the fact that we didn’t have hot water and went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly. When it turned out the whole water heater needed to be replaced, they handled it so efficiently and kindly. It’s rare to find a company that’s both fast and truly cares about their customers.. highly recommend The Furnace Guy!

Lance was very good and fixed our furnace to work again. Turns out we needed a visit from Evan on day 2 because the fan would not shut off, covered under warranty. But its all fixed now and we are happy. Thanks Furnace guy!

I can't say enough or give enough stars to Kevin and Evan from The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling for their help and professionalism today. They came out short notice today a service call. While I didn't need the big expense of a new furnace during the holidays, it couldn't be avoided. They also called an electrician who stopped by to make sure my breaker box was ok.
They ordered the furnace and scheduled the installation for this Friday to make sure I am not left freezing over the weekend. Also left a space heater. 20 🌟 if it would let me! Great job and great company!

Recently, my furnace stopped working, and I called The Furnace Guy. They came to my home the very same day to check it out, which I appreciated. It turned out that some parts needed to be ordered, and they went above and beyond by offering me space heaters at no charge while we waited for the parts to arrive — which only took about 24 hours!

They returned promptly once the parts arrived and got my furnace running perfectly again. I’m very pleased with their service. The prices seemed fair (although I’ll admit I’m no expert when it comes to the price of furnace parts).

Overall, I’m extremely happy with The Furnace Guy. They were professional, responsive, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others and will definitely use them again in the future!
