I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. In March, we needed a brand new electric heater installed. Sunshine and Woody got someone out to help us quickly, as it was still cold and snowy. Billy and Devin worked for hours putting in the furnace. There were electrical issues with the original wiring, but SoCo had electricians get everything up to code. Every person we came in contact with was always professional and did a great job. I would use them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

I had Cozy Club with SoCo which provides annual tune-ups as well as free diagnostic calls.
After 14 years, it was time to replace the furnace and a/c. Alejandro and Erik were fantastic. They were professional and kept working until the job was done. They even patiently taught me to use the new thermostat. They were the Dream Team.

Josh who came on the no heat call was also fantastic.

We have had the worst luck with hiring companies to work on our home. So it was wonderful to have a great experience especially with a purchase like a new A/C unit. We had the technician diagnosis our 32 year old unit and was very upfront on our options of repair and expectations. I requested info on a new unit and he did not push the most expensive unit he pushed what unit was going to be best for our home and family. We then decided on a new unit and had to call the office for payment and scheduling. We were not happy originally because we were given the impression that turn around was going to be fairly quick for install and we were told it would be almost a month out. We scheduled anyways. Thankfully the lady at the office contacted me next day on a Saturday that they were able to get us scheduled that week. We were thrilled that they managed to make a window for us. The install day was smooth and they worked quickly and got us running A/C again. They were very knowledgeable and patient when teaching us about our new thermostat. We are so thankful for the work and care put into our experience and

My furnace went out and I called on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Even though they were booked solid the owner Ben came out to work on my furnace, he had me up and running and I ended up buying a whole house humidifier and a wireless thermostat that were installed by Kyle. They were neat, very friendly and fair. Even when they found other parts that needed to be replaced, they did it without raising the price of the estimate. They have a life long customer in me, and I will recommend to anyone. Great Job SoCo !!!!

We joined the cozy club at SoCo after moving to our new house. They're great to have around and wonderful to work with. They have repaired our water heater a couple of times now (replaced the original and fixed a warranty issue), the most recent when it went out right before Christmas! They're courteous, professional, and do a great job for the money. Highly recommend. (Shout out to Jacob and Chester for the last job. Great work guys and thanks!)

Just had and entire new AC unit installed at my house by Billy and Dan from SoCo. They were fantastic. Showed up right when they said they would, charged exactly what they estimated, and got the job done. We're so happy to have air conditioning again. They were professional and courteous too. I wish every service call I needed was done by people as good as the SoCo team.
Update: So as a part of my install, I got a free duct cleaning too. That happened today. Ron and DJ came out and took care of that. They were excellent as well. And honestly, I was a bit skeptical about the benefits of duct cleaning. But I have to say I was impressed with the results. It absolutely icreased the air coming out of the vents when the guys were done. They were fast, professional and friendly. Thanks so much to Billy, Dan, Ron, and DJ for all the improvements to my home's climate control. You guys were all great and I will absolutely recommend you to anyone that asks me about it.

I was impressed with the courtesy of SoCo from start to finish. Tim and Trevor were unable to repair my old unit but gave me a very fair estimate and answered all of my many questions. Billy and Westley were very professional, clean and respectful of my home all day throughout installation. Shannon was great with getting me hooked up with financing and ensuring that the work was done correctly. I will definitely be going back to SoCo heating and cooling for any future HVAC needs.

Our experience with SoCo was fantastic! The office and sales team were very responsive and were able to guide us through the process of replacing our Furnace, AC, and Water Heater. The installation team (Alejandro & Erik) were top notch. Replacing all 3 of these items was a pretty good sized project. Alejandro & Erik were hard working, very professional, and took time to make sure we understood how all of our new equipment worked. I highly recommend SoCo!

Had a high efficiency furnace installed and old one removed. They did great work and were fast.... but two things they should have told me about, but didn't, and cost me money and time both times:

1) furnace had a built-in/attached dehumidifier... great. They ran a 10ft tube to nowhere and kinked it, after the furnace shut down in the middle of last winter.

2) the installed intake line on the furnace does not use the old duct, so we could have sealed it.... didn't notice 'til someone eventually complained this winter, but its just been dumping outside air straight into basement for nothing.

My salesperson Gary did a great walk initial walk-through and assessment for my furnace replacement. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt like I was being up-sold anything I didn’t need or want. On the day of replacement my technicians Alejandro and Eric were prompt and very professional. They did an amazing job replacing my 35 year old furnace with a high efficiency model, which could not have been an easy job! They fit the new furnace into the same spot and did a great job on my new external vent as well. They walked me through everything I needed to know about my furnace, filter, and new humidifier before doing paperwork and making payment. Gary even stopped by on install day to check in on Alejandro & Erik and drop off a SoCozy blanket for me, which was a nice touch! I’m a very happy customer and feel confident after this that the cozy club membership will be worth the money. Highly recommend SoCo if you need any heating/cooling work done

My wonderful experience started with Ben coming to my house with his extensive knowledge of everything AC and cooling. I truly felt like he wasn't pushing anything on me that I didn't need and that he would give me exactly what my home needed. Once my install date came Kyle and Tyler worked tirelessly without stopping to get my job done in one day.....A/C, furnace and water heater. I was told by other companies it would take 2-4 days. I offered multiple times to buy them food but they were more interested in getting the job done. The work they did was like a Rembrandt painting, absolutely beautiful. After that came Mark and Jordan who cleaned my vents which were disgusting. They were super friendly and only wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the job they were doing. Because of a mix up that I believe was my fault Phil showed up at my door with a big smile and a great attitude to install my new thermostat which changes color and matches the paint on my walls..... I had 4 estimates before SoCo and wish I hadn't wasted my time with other companies...... If you don't go SoCo You're messing up

They were able to get a tech out to our house the same day and within a couple hours of our call to help with a potential gas leak estimate. Isaiah was awesome and the staff that took my call was great too! We have used them in the past and they still have the same great service!

Josh was great. Chill guy. Came in fixed it and we chatted for a bit. He’s a good guy.

They quoted me at $1950 to replace a compressor and said it’ll take 5 hours of labor. Old boy called me up and told me it’ll be $3700 with the labor after they ran my credit and saw what I was approved for. That’s $350/hr….. that’s ridiculous. Then the dude tries to upsell me on an entire new system, because he saw what I was approved for. These people are shady and predatory. Would not recommend.

The project was tough from the start, but their team handled every obstacle with professionalism and expertise. Had a great experience with Tannous Krech and Joshua French! We had to replace our Furnace and air conditioner unit, and Altitude Heating and Air Inc was affordable and very quick to fix us up. Appreciate you both for your hard work!

The technician Josh was great! He came out to do the yearly inspection and cleaning and was very thorough and very nice to chat with. Was knowledgeable and let me ask questions. Glad my property manager uses this company! He did a great job and was very efficient!
