Altitude Heating and Air did a great job installing our unit heater. Guys were friendly and willing to answer all my questions. Will use them for the rest of our heater installs.

From early February: I appreciate that the same technicians who worked on our heat pump several months ago were assigned to yesterday’s job. They stayed until almost 8:30 pm to get the installation completed.

Used because realtor recommended. First guy didn’t clean furnace, charged 170, sent dusty pic (included) and then sent out 2 more guys. 2nd guys seemed to do a good job but when they left the air conditioner was completely dead and the nest would not turn on at all. Now I sit here, in 90 degree heat with no air conditioner waiting for a fix.
Oh best of all. Got a call in the middle to offer 20 bucks back after needing to come out 3 times. Unacceptable

Tannous and Cole were fantastic!!! They were prompt, professional, and quickly fixed my issue with the furnace. I would absolutely recommend them for HVAC. Great experience.

Cole was extremely nice and professional, very quick service and did everything in a timely manner! And also left me some spare filters for my furnace. I really couldn't have asked for a better HVAC Technician to come and help!

Wil Chandler was the best furnace tech I have ever had. He explained everything very clearly and how my furnace runs and how to use my furnace & heat-pump more efficiently, to cut my utility bill. Plus he was polite, carrying and wanted the service done right.

Wil Chandler came through to check the Havc . He was super professional, hella considerate to the house and our schedule , he actually showed up early and was out before the time they gave us and called ahead to make sure we were available. Gave me some advice to increase the life span of my system and corrected me on misinformation I had learned with out talking down or being rude ,solid service

Amazing service! The new boiler/water heater looks like a steam-punk art installation in our basement and the entire system is now so unbelievably quiet and efficient.

Wil was extremely helpful and made sure we knew as much about our system as possible. We had 2 weird problems and he managed to solve both of them, leaving us with a safe and working furnace. Wil spent hours on a holiday weekend and made sure we weren't left in the lurch. Highly recommend and appreciated!

We have used Altitude for years to service our hot water heater and furnace. Service has consistently been reliable, fast, efficient and the repairmen are always approachable to answer any questions we’ve had. We last had Kail and Raymond come to service our water heater and they were both knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived right on time and were out within 30 minutes. We will continue to call Altitude for our future needs!

Altitude Heating and Air recently came out to address loss of heating when my boiler stopped working. Tannous Krech was a great technician and very thankful for Altitude being able to make it out same (when we expected sub-zero temps overnight). Tannous quickly addressed the problem, explained everything in great detail, and even cleaned up some soot that had accumulated in the boiler heatplate just to make sure it stay up and running. Quick, responsive, customer service oriented, friendly, and dependable!

Kail Wade was our service technician and he is great! He listened, took his time, tracked down the issues with our mini-splits. He also did a maintenance check. Everything is now working, we have heat, and the confidence that all is well with the maintenance check. Thank you! I’m so glad we found Altitude and that Altitude has amazing employees, like Kail!

We had an issue with our two mini-splits not heating our ADU correctly, and had Altitude Heating and Air come out to repair the situation. Wow! Our technician Kail was excellent! He explained what he was doing to fix the issues and got our two units up and running extremely fast. I absolutely recommend Altitude Heating and Air, and especially Kail—please give them a call!

This company is incredible!! The technicians were so kind. I called and spoke with Kelly from their office, she was incredibly sweet and got all of my information quickly and got a time that worked perfect for my schedule. Trevor the service tech came out and explained to me perfectly what was going on with my unit. I’m not very hvac savvy but he explained it to me and it made perfect sense. He gave me multiple options one recommending I got an estimate for a new unit. Typically I am very hesitant but then I met Alejandro who was incredibly kind and listened to all my needs in what I was looking for and even got me the perfect price for my budget. I decided to move forward with the new unit. The installers Erik and Daija came out and did a beautiful job. I am so grateful for all the service they provided for me truly a 10/10 company. Will recommend them to everyone I know!
