Not long ago my father’s furnace was down, something with the wiring and thermostat. Noah came out super quick, he was super knowledgeable and very helpful and considerate of my parents. He was super professional throughout the entire time, maintaining respect and high hopes for the heat to come back on, he was able to find the needle in the haystack wiring that was incorrect, solve everything and completely educate us all on what was wrong and why. Now our furnace has been continuously working finally! and I have all my faith in this company! Super friendly and very attentive to professionalism. Recommend 100% Thanks Noah!

Chris and his team, today we saw Noah and Jay, have been fabulous from the first visit in March of 2025. Chris educated us on our best options to replace our furnace, guided us on the best home humidifier, how and when to replace our filters appropriately and they've been so quick any time we've needed support. Noah was fantastic! Our pilot light on our hot water heater went out on a Saturday morning and he was there within the hour to assist. He coordinated with someone in Pueblo to get the part needed for the same day so we wouldn’t have to go without hot water the rest of the weekend. He communicated via text with updates and was extremely professional and efficient with the installation.

Amazing team that works together well, they recently replaced an entire system in my house, including a furnace, ac, condensing unit and humidifier, they communicated very well, were always attentive to detail and making sure things went well. Super clean install, my house is now setup on a smart communicating system and I can control it through my phone. Thanks to this awesome company I’m worry free!! 10/10 Recommend.

Had my heat go out this morning with no warning and woke up to a 50° house. I called elevation mechanical and they told me they would have a tech lift to me very soon. The technician Noah showed up very quickly and immediately got to work helping solve my problem. He was incredibly respectful and very knowledgeable about his services. One of the best tech experiences I’ve ever had and will have Elevation mechanical come out for every issue I have in the future!!

We had Josh out to do system HVAC maintenance on a home that we were renting. The tenants moved in and had an issue with one of the thermostats. Josh was back at our property within a couple hours and successfully fixed the issue. Because of this excellent customer service we hired Josh and his company to replace both our 20 year old a/c units in this home. Scheduling was seamless, very respectful of the property by laying down drop cloths to protect our floors, communicating his time-line during the project, scheduling inspections. Very professional and I would highly recommend Solid Rock for any of your HVAC needs.

Your tech who came to do a furnace checkup and cleaning in my mobile home -Brandon— was AMAZING!! He showed and explained to me all he looked at and checked and cleaned and after completed went through all he did and showed me where things were in furnace!! Jake did a great job on my AC and Furnace. I didn't feel pressured to buy needless upgrades. He got to the root of what was wrong and made the repairs quickly and effectively. I will continue using Solid Rock in the future.

The ac wasn't getting cold and the vents air was week.Jake came out and checked the ac out and found a few problems. He repaired the problems and answered all my questions. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will recommend solid rock heating and cooling ,I will use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Solid Rock has been great to work with. They cleaned and tuned up the furnace, ac, and the gas fireplace as part of the same service. We got a humidifier quoted and the installation only took a day. Solid Rock hired electricians and got the system installed and hooked up in a 7 hour day. I will be using them for my AC replacement in the future.

The best company in the HVAC business!! And the guy he hired a few months ago that’s been helping him has always been so helpful and just amazing, he has all the answers to all your questions and if I could give him 10 stars I would!! An absolute must when it comes to any of your HVAC needs!! Thank you for installing my AC, my house has not felt this nice since I bought it.

Joshua is here for our first furnace service, already recommended on nextdoor. The dude is very patient & going above & beyond. Seems like an honest company. Fair prices in 2023 hopefully they don't increase, looking forward to do more business with the company (hopefully they send the same guy or someone as competent).

Josh is always incredible! We have now used him at 3 different homes and he consistently exceeds our expectations. We called Monday to get him to check it out and he had next day availability and was flexible to work with our schedule! For this service, he identified an issue that a previous HVAC company missed and even had a fast solution to get us back to heating our home! Josh always goes above and beyond and we will never use another company for any of our HVAC needs.
