Terrific, family-owned business. Have exceeded my expectations each and every time. Have appreciated every service individual and employee I have encountered. I've been a customer for 3 years. You couldn't ask for a better, more professional, responsive, top-drawer company.

I had been on a streak of frustration with getting handy person help, and carpet help and could not understand why customer service was so awful. And then my air-conditioner went out at my business. I initially called someone recommended by a member and ran into another incompetent situation. I then called Rocky Mountain Climate who has been reliably servicing my residential furnace since 2012. I don't know why I didn't think to contact them right off the bat. The experience I had with them helping me with my business A/C was amazing. Frankie was personable and so helpful, and Steve, the technician, was so knowledgeable and got it done efficiently. Carmen was terrific too. I then had another HVAC need at another property that they helped me with in the same professional, efficient, fair and trustworthy manner. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Climate and will be loyal to them for many years to come.

I have been getting my furnace cleaned by Rocky Mountain Climate for many years. They have the best service and prices. So when my furnace failed on Christmas Day I called and they responded. I got a new furnace the next day! Yes, it’s cold. So yes! I am very happy!!!

Gene came to service my AC and was on time. He has a Kind and personable attitude with great customer service. He ran several tests on my unit and gave my unit a clean bill of health. Outstanding service! We had been told that our AC unit was damaged by hail from insurance adjuster. Rocky Mountain inspected and no damage/no repair. Fixed a leak in drain line in less than 5 minutes. 2nd time we have used them—-flawless!

I have been a customer of Rocky Mountain Climate for over 6 years and have received the most professional, friendly, prompt, and expert service. These folks go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied with the service I received, and that everything was repaired or serviced to my satisfaction. During the most recent service from Rocky Mountain Climate, Steve gave me a 'heads up' about the condition of my water heater closet flooring that was beginning to sag and potentially collapse in the near future. Because of this I was able to resolve the condition that could have resulted in quite an undesirable outcome if it was not taken care of immediately. I highly recommend these folks.

Eric called to see if we were available early as was able to come out sooner. We were home, so he quickly repaired the solenoid on our humidifier so it wasn’t running continuously. Eric was professional, wore booties in the house, explained everything to me, and completed the repair for less than I expected. The whole staff is friendly and helpful from the time you call for an appointment until the bill is settled. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Climate!

I initially used Rocky Mtn Climate to install new central air in my home in 2021. When my furnace went out last winter, they gave me a good quote and squeezed in the installation because we were in a cold snap and my house was 52 degrees! Very happy with everyone I’ve worked with. I especially like that a real person answers the phone and helps you right away.

Short Version: Super helpful and generous, would recommend

Long Version: My furnace went out on a snowy Saturday night and I had to figure it out on Sunday (the high that day was in the 20s). I called and, after leaving a VM, Steve called and helped me diagnose the issue. Turned out all I needed was a fuse that cost some $5 bucks. He could have taken advantage and sold me a several-hundred dollars after-hours call-out, but he actually advised me to try first. It was only a 5 minute call, but he asked for no compensation (and never asked for this review either).

Great family owned business with really fair prices and a total professional installation of a new furnace and air conditioning system for us. Having had my own large commercial HVAC company in Denver, believe me when I say that this is a great company with a lot of integrity. Very responsive with well trained and professional employees who will treat you right!

They came out last July after our AC stopped blowing cold air. The tech spent 2 minutes looking at our unit outside and determined it needed to be replaced. He quoted us $7k for a new unit. We called another company for a second opinion and he said our unit looked ok and came in to check the thermostat. He quickly realized the thermostat needed to replaced and was able to fix it in 1 minute. He didn’t even charge us as he felt bad that we were so close to being taken advantage of by Rocky Mountain Climate. I wouldn’t trust this company with anything! They couldn’t even handle a thermostat! They are also insisting we pay $89 for the diagnostic visit even though they misdiagnosed it!!! Stay away!

Company installed a heat pump system that stopped working about three weeks. They did not return numerous phone calls and when I went to their business location discovered they had moved out with no forwarding address.

They have come out almost every single day to try to help me as we are struggling with my furnace issues and have been so very responsive and amazing. I am very thankful. As a matter of fact, the very first time the gentleman was here, he ended up looking at my garbage disposal to help me out just to be a decent person and that was super sweet of him!

I’ve worked with this vendor as a residential customer for many years now. They installed my current furnace and added air conditioning. It was all fantastic- never had any issues with the new products. Then later on with I had some new noise from the duct work so they came out a couple of things and fixed it for me free of charge. I really appreciated that as being great customer service. They are a locally owned small family business and I like that.

This place replaced a furnace in the rental home I live in. They did absolutely no troubleshooting for what seemed like a small issue. Fast forward a few week and my furnace at my business was as acting up. Called them and they quoted me $9000 and stated it had to be replaced. I then called a company named R Buck (highly recommend) and they came out. Took them 5 minutes to determine there was a faulty switch. Fixed it in 20 minutes and cost only a couple hundred bucks. So then my furnace at home stops working. The one they replaced a month or two back. Called them out. They came fixed it. Went down today over a month later to change the filter and realized that they are tech never put a filter in my unit. This company is highly incompetent and will only try to charge you the maximum amount and replace everything instead of figuring out the problem. At this point I’m pretty convinced that their techs just aren’t capable of troubleshooting a unit. That must be why they just try to replace everything. Everyone in my house has been sick for the last week with what seemed like really bad allergies. These guys are rookies at best.

This was the first time that I used Rocky Mountain Climate and I was very pleased. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Steve was my service technician. He was very professional and courteous, and was great with my dogs! Even my most shy dog was nearly sitting in his lap by the time he was leaving. It was also nice not to get a sales pitch to buy a new system, which has been my typical experience with some of the bigger name companies in town. The service charge was also a nice surprise. Much cheaper than the large companies charge. I will definitely be using Rocky Mountain in the future.

This company made scheduling super easy, it was about a 3 week wait which was ok as I just needed a yearly inspection. They sent reminder text messages about once a week, which was nice so I didn’t forget. On the day of service the employee called to let me know he was about 10 mins away and arrived on time for the appointment I made. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. I am confident that he knew what he was doing! The visit took less than an hour. I would definitely recommend this company!
