The guys came out today and once again they were fantastic at explaining to me everything I needed to know. Got our furnace in December so this is our first time having air conditioning. They explained the steps I needed to do to run everything properly so we are all set for the summer. Their staff are all kind and courteous and knowledgeable. Amber in the office is great too. Thanks Chris for a wonderful experience!

Chris and his team were awesome! We called for an estimate and Amber scheduled us for an appointment in a very timely manner. We got an estimate from another company and when I had questions about their recommendations, Chris kindly answered them. Thankfully we ended up going with Elevation and we’re so glad we did. The day of the install, the team got here early, got our gas line installed, and had us up and running quickly. Chris took care of all the details quickly and efficiently. Everyone from the office team to the install team were friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Their communication via text and phone was great. We highly recommend Elevation Mechanical!

Chris and Elevation Mechanical installed a new AC and Furnace for us. They worked with us on pricing options and install was within days. Chris and his team were professional and respectful of our home and made sure they left the area clean after install. There were some installation curveballs, but Chris took care of them without any upcharges. He made sure the system was fully operational and that there were no issues. For such a big investment, I fully trust Chris and EM! Great work.

Unethical business. Never showed up when scheduled. Said they called me but did not call me (for a water heater replacement). Then told me they forgot to charge $560 for inspection and permit fees that the county confirmed to only cost $66.20.

They communicated every step of the way, including changes and schedule due to weather issues and we’re fast and thorough and completing the work on time and all correct. Of course I will be inviting them back to do follow up in the future.

Chris, Miguel and the team were amazing! Our furnace and A/C were 20 years old and the furnace finally stopped working on Saturday. Chris came over that morning and was able to get it running again and gave us several estimates to review for a new system and duct cleaning and was able to have a team out first thing Monday to swap out the old for the new. The entire team were professional and friendly and took the time to show us the work they were doing as well as share pictures of the before and after of the duct cleaning…..super gross! Lol They set up inspection from the city for today and the inspectors said they did a great job and remarked how the company even sealed along the top of the furnace hood (sorry I don’t know the lingo) and that most companies don’t take the time to do that. He said they really must take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company!

I must say in a frustrated state of mind Elevation Mechanical came the rescue when my water heater went out. I tried to go through my warranty company , but it wouldn’t of got done the same day. Our water heater was leaking water and I couldn’t afford to wait. A buddy of mine reached out told me about he knew a great company he uses and was satisfied with their service. Lord knows he was right. Mrs Amber from the company got on the ball right away sent an inspector and they gave a quote and options and said they can do today. They lift a lot of burden of me and I’m totally satisfied. The installers were professional and generous. Thanks again.

I had a hot water heater installed. I wanted a recirc pump piped into my existing hot water return line. I called Elevation to do all the plumbing and repair a previous so called installation by Bassett plumbing. Elevation did an excellent, professional job of doing it the correct way and making it meet requirements to pass inspection. I highly recommend Elevation Mechanical for an initial installation or to fix some other company's screwups......Elevation will make it right either way.........

Chris was prompt (arrived early), professional, personable and efficient. He performed a tune-up on our furnace and answered any questions we presented him. I would definitely recommend Elevation Mechanical and will use them in the future for any furnace/air conditioning issues.

Sometime during the recent cold weather, our furnace thermostat stopped working. I called Elevation Mechanical and the wonderful technician arrived within 2 hours and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Thank you Noah !

Called for furnace malfunction just as cold weather was moving in. Stacy was very helpful and pleasant. Although they were quite busy, she checked and found an available service person. Chris actually arrived a bit early(less than 2 hours) . He was very professional, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in a short time (half hour) while explaining everything and informing us about some other maintenance he recommended on our six year old furnace without pressure to get done right now. He did offer send an estimate for the items he recommended.
PS: Chris also very carefully removed a deceased bird from the furnace interior that had one down the flue.

Super professional, very thorough, they have great scheduling, and the tech, Stephen, was terrific. We are new to the area, have a newer home with a gas furnace, of which we know nothing. Had this company come out to do a service, an issue with a water drain was found that could have caused real problems for us. We were provided with all the information about the service before arrival, along with pictures of before-and-after work, recommendations, and great instructions for a system we didn’t know anything about. We could not be more pleased with this company and will use them yearly. We highly recommend Elevation Mechanical.
