These guys were great. My sales person Johnny was easy to connect with and responsive if texts/VM left with him. The install crew replaced my furnace and new AC unit outside... in just 2 days. I also worked with the main office crew. Each time we spoke, they were professional & answered any questions I asked them. Thank you team Parkey's.

Perfect experience. From the person who arranged the appointment, to the dispatcher, to Keith the professional who arrived on time, this was a flawless furnace inspection, cleaning and filter installation. First thing was Keith. I trusted him. I felt safe letting him in my home. He worked fast and was professional. The price was consistent with everyone else, the difference is when I first called I was greeted by a live person and not an answering machine. I strongly recommend Parkey’s heating and AC.

Excellent service from Tate to correct a boiler issue. I appreciated his willingness to explain the issue and how to correct it. He tested several times before leaving to ensure that the unit was working correctly before leaving. Grateful to Parkey’s and Tate for getting me on the schedule right away and restoring heat to the house.

Parkeys installed our furnace and it works great! We didn't realize how much our old furnace was not working (keeping the house warm). We chose the 2 stage furnace which really works well. The two technicians that came for the install were very cordial and worked nonstop for four hours. Very professional job. Will have Parkeys come back and install our air conditioning eventually. I highly recommend this company.

I called 3 other places before these guys and they couldn’t come see me for a week! These guys were able to come out same day (albeit after hours for a surplus charge but I was glad they could do it!) I was hoping it was a small repair like the pilot light had gone out, but turned out the water heater needed to be replaced (not surprising since it was 40 yrs old). Rob talked me through all my options and pricing and helped me settle on the the best option. We had to wait 4 days for the install but I knew that wasn’t unreasonable since I’d already talked with several other companies. He came on the appointee day, replaced the unit, and everything is working great so far.

Excellent Customer Service from Tate and his assistant, They fixed an wiring issue on my Boiler that was overheating a pump. This same pump broke last yr. and my pipes burst in my garage, causing terrible damage and thousands. He was here for regular service and repaired this so the pump will not burn up and I will not loose heat. He is a Master Plumber with great ability to listen and solve my worries. I would consider him to be a great value to your company and want to ask for Tate for all future annual check or any further issues. Thank you very much again. Sally

Called to get my furnace checked, they told my 81 old father that part of the furnace was cracked and leaking carbon monoxide into my house at unsafe levels. Then told me they could give me a discounted price for a new 4500.00 furnace but only for 2 days after that it would be more expensive. Called another company and they told me everything was fine and carbon monoxide levels were good! Glad I got a second opinion. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE AND STEAL FROM YOU!!!

I purchased my new HVAC system in 2022. I was having some cooling issues. I called and schedule an appointment. Roy was outstanding!!! Explained everything and walk me through what his was doing. Thank you for the Excellent Service!

Today, Nov. 10, I had Michael Smejkal service my furnace. What a great guy. Once again, another Parkey’s employee that was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He could teach a class in customer service.

Tom and Brennen installed my new air conditioning system and were professional, friendly, and pleasant to work with. They meticulously paid attention to details throughout the installation process. They were neat and protected the floors with coverings and took the time to be sure things were done right. All my questions were answered and they never rushed or tried to take shortcuts. Their high standards clearly showed in the finished job.

I've used Parkey's for more than 20 years and I plan on staying with them because they definitely want their customers to be happy and confident that they are getting the best service possible.

Jonny was our sales person and he was great. Very informative. Tom as an installer was excellent! Organized, clean and done minutes before he said he would be! :) Tracy, in the office, was great at coordinating things with the inspectors. Everyone we've spoken to in this organization was helpful and professional. The company was recommended to me by our realtor and I'm so happy with the choice.

We cannot be more pleased with the wonderful work done by both Dylan and Keith! Dylan came out to fix a pipe-break that had led to basement flooding. While there, he spotted an growing-issue with our old water-main valves (I'd noticed, but had forgotten). We decided to replace those valves and, during that, relief-valves were found to be working incorrectly (not properly lowering the incoming 160psi pressure!). Dylan and Keith both worked on this and the result is awesome! The plumbing is modern, superbly functioning, and looks like an art-piece. We are THRILLED with our new, favorite plumbing company! :D

Super happy with the Boiler Parkeys installed for us in May! We have already saved probably $300+ on our gas bills and the unit looks great. The whole team was so professional and nice while completing the work. I will absolutely be calling them again for other plumbing needs.

The service was impeccable! They were honest and helpful. They saved me from paying 14,000 dollars that another company had quoted me. My technician explained what he was doing and what to look for if I had another problem. I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs from now on.

Craig and his crew are always prompt and efficient during scheduled spring and fall maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning units. Thoughtful suggestions and priorities for preventive care are provided, which allows me to decide what my budget will allow today. Craig prices his services and products fairly too. I would not consider using anyone else to care for my heating and cooling needs.

I have been using Rocky Mountain Climate since 2013 when I had them install a new furnace and A/C in my house. They were very fast and professional back then and, 8 years later, they continue to provide prompt, friendly and professional service when coming to do maintenance on my furnace and A/C every 6 months. It's nice to not even wonder who I'm going to call for my next HVAC service. Rocky Mountain Climate is it!

This company is amazing ! We’re so helpful in getting my motor replaced on my furnace. I highly recommend them. I’ve been using them for quite a few years.. I definitely recommend them once again there Fast , Friendly , and Efficient !!

This is an amazing company!! We had got a quote from a different company 3 years ago told us that we needed $3500 of work done to our AC unit. We just left it. Then called Rocky Mountian Heating and Cooling. They were very professional and nice. They fixed it for ALOT less and told us what was actually wrong with it. Than what we got a quote for the first time. I highly recommend this company!

Really struggled with this review; if I were basing it strictly on friendliness, cost, quality of product, and desire to do well they'd get 5 stars. Overall work is 4, and other issues would come out at 1-3 stars. Hired them to install central AC. They originally said it would take 2 days since my furnace is backwards but it only took one - nice surprise. Fit me in quickly and called when they were on their way. Honest and trustworthy - I would not hesitate to leave them alone in my house if I'd had to.

HOWEVER, there were some issues. 1) My unit failed inspection because a seal was done from the inside (which is fine) but not labeled so the inspector had no way of knowing it had been done (usually they leave a note). 2) A pipe was not screwed in (not super important as did not affect functioning but still should have been done). 3) A brace was not put over the vent, which is usually done to prevent a thumping noise when the unit turns off and on. (They did fix this when they came back out to check the seal, and they came back quickly.) 4) Right after installation a lot of air was coming out of the furnace - but I had to bring it up to the tech for him to add another seal to it. 5) One of the techs parked in my new driveway and his vehicle leaked oil and antifreeze on it. He did put dirt on it which absorbed quite a bit, owned up to it right away, and another tech pressure washed it for me when he came back to fix the inspection issues. However, it's still stained despite his best efforts. My previously flawless, beautiful new driveway. 6) I had actually tried to cancel the post inspection visit as I'd had an emergency (car accident), but there was apparently a communication glitch and the tech showed up anyway. There was no phone call that he was on his way and he arrived 30 minutes early - with me just out of the shower and in my pjs.

May 2018: Very happy with the new HVAC system that was installed by the Rocky Mountain Climate crew. Bob was very thorough in answering all my questions and concerns about the system. His crew was very professional and caring to ensure the job was done right. A great experience. I definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Climate to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or just looking to upgrade their current system. I also use RMCH&C for annual HVAC maintenance services. The service personnel are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I've learned better settings for my system and I look forward to their visits.
2023 Update: I continue to use Rocky Mountain Climate to service my HVAC system and continue to have only good things to say. My latest visit on 26 Oct 23, was the same cheerful service and the tech arrived early, after calling me to ensure that it was OK (his previous appointment ended sooner than expected).
Latest Update: 8 April 2024 tech again called early because he was ahead of schedule to perform routine maintenance on the cooling (A/C) part of the system this time, and fixed a previously overlooked problem with the moisture drainage. Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Still very happy with them and their services.
