Repair Techs were very professional, courteous and efficient in making repairs to my heating unit. My questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I appreciate that, since my system was non-functioning, arrangements were made to provide same-day service during current cold-weather conditions in Monument.

Went with A&A 15 years ago to install AC and heat pump. Knew we would use them again for replacement furnace. John did a great job! Absolutely trust A&A for all hvac jobs!

Well done job installing new Trane furnace. John and his team did a terrific installation over the installation of the old furnace. Straightforward work to clean up what had been done years ago. Sharp appearance now over what it looked like before. Highly recommend A&A as HVAC provider!

Update on 6 Nov: Had a minor issue with furnace filter catching on left side of the furnace. The A&A crew came out to inspect the problem today, and did a refit within just a few minutes. The crew was professional and courteous, and I greatly appreciated their help.

The service was fantastic. Alberto did a great job and was very efficient. They were able to come out same day and fix my furnace right away which was great since it’s winter. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs work done.

I had an excellent experience with A&A Professional Cooling and Heating. On very short notice — just one day — they were able to install a brand-new furnace, and today I’m enjoying a warm, efficient system.

The technicians who worked on my unit were professional and polite. Their manners were outstanding, they worked neatly, and everything was completed smoothly with no issues at all.

The furnace is great — my second Trane — and their price was very competitive and fair. The entire process was straightforward and stress-free. A&A is a company that offers good value, skilled workmanship, and respectful service.

I have used Parkey’s for almost 20 years now, first when i had investment properties and then for my personal residences. The techs were and always are professional and knowledgeable. When finished with the install they showed us how to maintain the equipment and operate the thermostat. As a person out in the public I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talk with him.

Did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater. Same day service. They were experienced, fast and professional! Im a returning customer and have been with Parkey's for quite a while, confident with their expertise, and their technicians are the BEST!

Ben came out and spent a couple off hours tuning up my DIY split heat pump job and finding all my mistakes. Very knowledgeable plus friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend him and Parkeys for any job. Biggest thing for me was the reasonable cost of service. I'll call them again.

I have used Parkey’s for over 25 years to both replace and maintain HVAC equipment including furnaces, water heaters and humidifiers. Their prices are good but more importantly they are very professional, thorough, on time and very pleasant. On our last maintenance service Parkey’s technician, Keith, performed an absolutely fantastic job. Very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Keith and Parkey’s.

Super Job!!! from Tim coming out to service and checking out our old furnace to the install of the new Lennox furnace was a pleasure. Tim found a crack and a co2 leak in the furnace and withing in three days we had the new furnace in and working. Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was so meticulous about making sure that the new furnace was installed correctly. Can not say enough about how great the service was from start to finish. Have used Parkey's over the last few years and have never had a problem, Honest, Efficient, and Reliable.

Update; I finally bought a new Lennox a/c and furnace, at a good price. The sale by Tim, without any pressure to increase cost, (he actually told me which units not to pay extra for), and the awesome and exceptional teamwork of Jordan/Tom was very professional, yet down to earth with honesty. They taught me a lot I did not know, and were fast to install, yet maintained accuracy. It took them less than a day, because I had moved furniture before their arrival. Before they left, they asked me if I had any questions. I’ll specifically ask for them to return again if I need anything. Fast, honest, and trusted teamwork, and cleaned all of the trash before leaving.

Last week I called several Hvac companies from coupons I had for inspections. One company didn’t answer, another company was rude, one was a corporate hold “I’m third in line”, one had discounts with no exact cost. When I called Parkey’s, I got Lela, a very pleasing employee that really wanted my business. I told her I was still going to call others, but changed my mind and called her back. A company that cares, a company highly rated, and one that is a family business for 60 years. I had a timely appointment with Tim, communicated well, on time, nice guy, no pressure, gave me lots of education on what I had and what I needed. He arrived wearing lots of protection, stayed long, got my money’s worth. My 22 year old furnace and a/c tested ok, marginally. He gave me many options on brands, prices, financing, etc, actually suggested me replacing with a mid range cost, not the most expensive. I’m 100% on calling them whenever I’m ready. I won’t be calling anyone else But Parkey’s..

I don't normally write google reviews, but Parkay is a company that doesn't hold up there appointment times. They tell you a time line and if your not first in the day, you will be waiting after your time frame. They also do not call and let you know when they are running late. I had a maintenance plan with them, and it means nothing when your system goes down. There techs also dont bring the right tools and if its late in the day, they end your appointment due to them being so "busy". None of this is conveyed to the customer in real time, or communicated in any way. Pick another company that actually holds to the timelines they give you, and if they cant at least lets you know in real time.

We had them come out to service our fireplace they came out spent entire 10 minutes, charge us almost $100 and that was only for the estimate. They said they would email it to us within 3 to 5 days it's now been 3 months. We have never received the estimate. I have called the company 4 different times to get the estimate. Every time I called they tell me they will look into it and they would get back to me and they never do. I'm going to cancel my credit card since I have never received the estimate. And I would never recommend them to anybody!!!

SUPER professional, on time, courteous and easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend Parkey's and Chris and Greg any more. Simply fantastic service and simply fantastic people. Great service on my water heater issue and furnace issue. Reasonably priced as well. It doesn't get better than this folks.

So-so experience. I used Parkey's for an A.C. inspection last week. The women manning the phones was great, she got me set up for an appointment quickly even though they were busy and told me about a promotion they were running that I should print a coupon for. She got it setup so they could use the garage code and perform the inspection while I was at work. I was surprised I didn't receive a call before or after the inspection to go over findings or for payment. The person did leave paperwork saying everything was working great so I called and paid the office. We noticed the next day that when the A.C. came on it was pumping hot air out. I called Parkey's but it was slightly after hours on Friday, the lady on the emergency line said we could pay for an emergency visit or leave a message. Since I didn't want to pay for an emergency visit for something Parkey's did, I left a message and was told I would receive a call on Monday. It's now Tuesday and still no call back. After several days with no air condition we figured out that the tech forgot to switch the air compressor back on after the inspection. An honest mistake, but a pretty frustrating interaction overall.

We used Parkey’s for AC installation and a furnace replacement. Everyone was on time, polite, and helpful. We were able to get everything installed within 6 weeks of my original inquiry. The price was extremely reasonable as well.
