Our air conditioner quit working Sunday so we called Monday morning and they set an appointment up for the same day. They sent Alberto out and he diagnosed the problem right away. There were a couple issue with the unit and it also froze up and required him having to return that evening, probably past his normal hours, but he wanted to make sure our air conditioner was working with the high temperatures. Can't ask for better service than what we received and a fair price also !

Love the service! Allan was absolutely terrific! He actually called the day before our scheduled appointment and told me he had some time that evening and could be at our home in 20 minutes if we wanted to have him come a day early or keep our scheduled appointment. Of course a day early is always better! He came and fixed our AC! Yes!!!!! Needless to say… we have a cool house just in time for the hot weather!

Very knowledgeable and professional.
He gave us all our options on our old limping along air conditioner…..
It is past its prime and we had yo decide whether to keep patching it up or replacing it….. for peace of mind and long term use…
We will be replacing it.
John was great… no pressure… just gave us options a costs.
We really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism as we weighed what was best.

Our new heating system was installed today!
John and Bailey were professional and efficient.

A&A has always been my go to for AC and Heating issues. They are fair, provide quality service and professional. I highly recommend Alan and his team at A&A!!!

For the last several years I have used and trusted this company, last year I actually gave them a 5 star rating. This rating has changed since my last encounter with them. Their service has tremendously gone down. They came out to my house a few weeks ago for a routine service check in. The tech stated that my carbon monoxide levels were dangerously high. He suggested that I get a new heater and actually turned off my gas. He said he did not feel safe in the room but proceeded to give me quotes for a new unit that were thousands of dollars. Mind you, I have a carbon monoxide detector right outside the furnace room that hasn't ever gone off. I took the quotes and told the tech that I would be in contact with him regarding a new unit. I went out and bought 4 new carbon monoxide detectors, they still did not go off. I ended up getting a second opinion, and it was found that I did NOT have a carbon monoxide leak. There wasn't any detectable carbon monoxide being emitted from the heater. Be aware of this company! If you are told that you have a broken heat exchanger or any carbon monoxide leak, please get a second opinion! This is a common scam and they will try to scare you into getting a new unit that will cost you thousands of dollars.

A&A did a wonderful job in a very short time to fix my A/C and get me up and running. Alan, their technician was very professional and knowledgeable and really helped me get set up for regular heater and A/C maintenance so that I'll have peace of mind dealing with my 20 year old furnace and central air unit. I'm very grateful!

Our home air conditioning stopped working and after calling several other AC companies, we found that A&A Professional Cooling and Heating was the only company that could come and address the situation in a few days instaed of a week and a half or more. Alan, who was courteous and professional, came to the house on time and fixed the AC in short order. We're very happy with the results and would not hesitate to call on them again.

Awesome job from the day I bought from them. Recently had Phillip come by and troubleshoot an issue, this was my first time using my A/C since buying it in Oct. Phillip was on time, professional and just an overall cool guy. If you use A&A and get him, you know you are in good hands!

Updated Review- I've used A&A over the past three years for my A/C and furnace maintenance. I had Alan Patterson come out today, and he was nothing but professional. This place has taken care of me, but the level of professionalism I've encountered is amazing.

Update. I had a technician come out this year and he quickly found an issue that arose. They had a team make the repairs and provided excellent advice on how to improve cooling to my whole house.

The Tech who happened to be the owner, Alan, came out for our annual service. Even though unfortunately it’s time to replace our furnace he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in the process and ensuring we will get the best value for this large investment into our home.

On 10/10/2023 a crew came out and installed the new furnace and continued the professional and knowledgeable service that I received from before. I appreciate the professionalism and look forward to having a trouble free heating system for the next decade.

It was a very hot day and even though they were not finished with the furnace, they stayed to get the AC running so that we could be comfortable that night. Completed the furnace the following day, cleaned up any messes they made and walked us through how to change the filters. Everything was very professional.

We have used A&A since we moved back to CO almost 13 years ago. They recently replaced both our furnace and air conditioner. We get great service and rates every time. I highly recommend their service plan they offer.

Alan is amazing, honest and reliable! An absolute life saver. I called A&A Professional Cooling and Heating for a second opinion after a company quoted us 15K for a whole new system. He actually opened everything up and tested levels of how cold it was getting. He said that the unit was still working great and the coil needed a deep cleaning so the air could flow through better. an hour later and almost 15K less than we had been quoted, everything is working fine again. He has gained my appreciation and respect. We will be signing up for the bi-annual servicing of the AC and Heating. Alan, the owner, and Anthony have been the two I have worked with servicing my furnace and AC and I trust both of them to do the work correctly and provide honest opinions when providing diagnosis on your systems, if you ever have the need. Update: I had another maintenance service performed by A&A today 10/06/25. Alberto was the technician who came to service my furnace so that I can get ready for winter. This truly is a family owned and operated business and they all care about their customers genuinely.

From start to finish, everyone at A&A Professional had open and honest communication. I liked the options they provided and the estimates were very fair. I also liked the load calculation evaluation they provided to ensure the furnace and ac were sized properly. Evan was fantastic through the whole process and our installers were informative and professional. The best in Colorado Springs for sure!

It was awesome having a trained Trane expert who actually knew what he was talking about. I had someone else over who wanted us to spend $7-8k on ducting work. Instead, we ended up only spending under $200 on a furnace tune-up & cleaning. Now that's what I call superior customer support and expert knowledge, not someone trying to drain our checkbook, which we extremely grateful for. Thank you so much!!!!

Alan was amazing! He arrived to service our a/c unit and answered a lot of additional questions for us. He was thorough in his work and took the time to ensure we were prepared for summer in our area.

A & A was kind, helpful and worked quickly. Our home is only a few years old so when we had issues with our furnace I was caught off guard. They were able to find the issues, fix it and tried to see what should be under warranty to help save us some money. I was very impressed with them and would highly recommend them!
