We called Anthony to service our furnace. At some point after his visit, we noticed it was getting cold in the house and the thermostat wasn’t turning on. Anthony came back out and diagnosed a bad thermostat and showed it that it was blowing fuses.

In ten minutes, he had the fuse fixed and the thermostat replaced. He was on route to answer other calls but stopped by and took care of us without a charge. Definitely the kind of business that’ll get our money in the future.

Alan and John are incredibly smart, responsive and professional!! They both troubleshot our HE 3-zone system and explained what happened, fixed it and gave recommendations on how to operate the system more effectively and efficiently.

Joshua and Alberto were prompt, professional and courteous. Both ensured my home was clean by wearing shoe covers while servicing my ac unit. They made recommendations regarding better use of my unit. I will certainly use them in the future

Our air conditioner unit was severely damaged by a large falling branch during a late spring snow storm. We chose A&A Professional to replace the unit. Kyle and Hakeem were the two tech's that came out to replace the damaged A/C unit. A supervisor named Philip was on site for a short period. He also was very helpful and knowledgeable. Being a retired Army aviation mechanic myself I was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, work ethic, and courtesy. The replacement unit was installed and worked perfectly. However, in their haste to leave we were left with a large oil spill and a small oil spill on our driveway. It had just started raining as I took the pictures. In the 2 pictures I posted I have already absorbed as much of the oil I could but we are left with a large and a small stain on our driveway. The more distant picture was taken from our front door. UPDATE: I was contacted by John very soon after I posted the initial review above and he told me that someone would be out as soon as possible to attempt to clean up the oil spill. Three days later on the following Monday, 17 June Philip showed up mid-afternoon to clean up the spill. By then I had already cleaned it up myself before it could soak deeper into the concrete. Fortunately it was a light oil and I was able to get 95+ percent of it up without too much effort. Philip offered me a years supply of HVAC filters for our trouble. I am updating my star rating from 4 to 5 stars and I am happy to do so. A & A Professional Cooling and Heating is an honorable company which deserves 5 stars for their Professionalism, Integrity, Honor, and the technical abilities of their technicians. We now have a "Go To" company for all of our HVAC needs.

Kyle, Jonny and Phil installed my new AC today. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. They worked very efficiently with their time..... not too fast not too slow. I felt very comfortable that they were doing everything just right. My unit runs beautifully and I'm so excited to be able to have a cool house with windows closed to help with my allergies.

We love A&A and still highly recommend them for anything heating and cooling needs! We have been customers for almost 15 years and they have always exceeded our expectations! We have been using this company for almost 20 years! We own our home and 2 rental properties, all with AC units. This is a company that is honest, trustworthy, punctual, and professional! It is so hard nowadays to find that in a company! We highly recommend! We don't use anyone else!

The people at A & A are professional, responsive and easy to work with. I have been with them for years as a regular customer using their furnace cleaning and maintenance service. When I wanted to install a mini split heat pump Evan provided clear information and found a good deal on a unit for me. John did a great job installing the unit and I am very happy with the results.

We had an issue with one of our HVAC units at home and called A&A Professional Cooling and Heating for help. From the first call, they were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. They were able to send a technician out the very next day, which was a huge relief.

A&A Professional Cooling and Heating is the best in the business. Their communication is excellent. Their scheduling of service is great. We had them come out on 2 separate occasions and both time they were on site within 48 hours. One of those calls was to install a brand new AC unit in a house they didn't previously have an AC unit!! Their pricing is more then reasonable. I couldn't say a negative thing about my time dealing A & A. If you need HVAC service, do yourself the favor and call the team at A&A.

Trane fan housing out of alignment in brand new unit. A&A guys found that blower plate was bent, causing severe vibration. Replaced motor and blower. Working great now.

Excellent Experience From Start to Finish! Everyone from A&A were great in replacing in a 50 year old cast iron boiler with a new Noble Lochinvar Combi System. John was great in helping determine the right system for our needs and Phillip was always up front with what they were doing and any timeline changes. It took a few days longer than expected, but the finished install was more than worth it. Highly Recommended!

A & A Professional Cooling & Heating is great company. Alan the Owner is my old Pastor and one who officiated my wedding to my beautiful wife Kaitlyn. Alan has built a great company, my journey with the company began 2 years ago when my wife and I bought our house in January. Evan came out did our estimate, but at the time we just couldn't afford it with first child coming in May. last week we called the office last week, Evan came back out to do another estimate and then just 4 days later Kyle and Haikem came and did the install. They were very nice and professional, easy to work with and talk to. Now my wife and our two Daughters are ready to face the upcoming summer, this year with the comfort of a/c thanks to the team work at A & A Professional Cooling & Heating!
