Mike the repairman was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. There were some scheduling issues, but they fixed it. Both times I've interacted with this company they were straight forward and honest about the cost of the repair, what the issues were and things to look out for in the future. I would use them again.

The team at Parkey's is GREAT! They quickly responded to my call and confirmed my initial diagnosis. Discussing my options with Jonny really help with making the decision to replace our furnace. The install team did an amazing job removing and replacing the system quickly. They took time to explain the system and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Parkey's!

Just had Tate out from Parkey's to install a pressure tank on our hot water heater. He replaced the tank, cleaned up some of the existing fittings that needed attention, and checked out the rest of the existing fittings/pipes. Tate arrived promptly during the prearranged times set to have the work completed. Upon completing the necessary work, Tate cleaned up the work area. Tate was a professional representative of Parky's and should be commended for his service.

We had a new heater and AC unit installed in our home by Tom and Kade. They were very professional when installing the units and aware of protecting our wood floors and carpeted areas by putting down floor coverings. We could not be more pleased with the service we received. Tim explained everything to us and gave us many options for our choice of a new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. The installation was done by Kade and he was amazing. Very professional and so helpful in explaining all the new equipment features. Kade walked me through the use of the thermostat and made it easy for me to understand. Thank you so much for the great service. I must also acknowledge the office staff. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Parkey's to everyone.

Keith was awesome! On time and gave me a fair quote up front. Repairs were done nicely and he even let my dog Riley help him. 🙂 I will be calling again for any future needs, as this was my first time using this company. Hopefully not anytime soon!! But if I do, I hope they send Keith again🙂

Monica was wonderful from my first call at 8:01am she was friendly, professional. Monica got me into the daily schedule when a cancellation occured.Kade our technician came on time, he explained thoroughly everything he was doing and why. He worked tirelessly to be sure everything was done correctly and perfect working order before he finished.. I will continue to use Parkeys and recommend them to others.

Our Furnace died on a Wednesday. We called and had a rep out in an hour, ordered our new furnace and it was installed the next day. Tom, our installer was fast, hard working, informative, personable and did this installation alone. I admire his courtesy with our little dog that wanted to bark at him everytime he entered the house. He had more patience than I did. Thank you Parkey's for excellent service, again!

We have used Parkey's twice now for pipe leaks in our new home. The first time the guy was very helpful, professional, & went above and beyond with his service. The second guy, Greg, was also very helpful, professional, and gave me great advice. Our home warranty company sent a bogus plumber the first time, who didn't find a leak. Greg from Parkey's was very thorough, found the leak and fixed it right away. I will continue to call Parkey's with all my plumbing needs, who knew I'd have so many. As a first time home owner, I trust them with my home. I highly recommend using them.

Keith was awesome. He was on time, efficient, and very professional. It didn’t bother him that I wanted to look over his shoulder as he completed the repair, and he taught me as he went along. Extremely helpful and friendly service. Highly recommend both Keith and Parkey’s.

Our water heater was leaking so we called Parkeys. I was a bit concerned when I learned it is now R. Buck as we had used Parekys for a while. Jeremy came out and was friendly, knowledgeable and promptly took care of the issue.

In addition to quickly getting us back up and running, I appreciated the ease of booking (I booked online), the call when he was 10 minutes out, and that he was within the stated time frame of arrival. Thanks, Jeremy and R Buck!

Can’t recommend Parkey’s enough! Tim came out to the house for an estimate and explained our options clearly and was able to get us scheduled on the spot for our new A/C unit. We had to reschedule last minute twice and both times they were completely understanding and worked with us. We felt so bad about having to reschedule due to a delayed closing on our home and can’t thank them enough for being so helpful! Kade did an awesome job on our install on a hot day and was great!

I am adding an addendum to my review below and changing it from 2 stars to 4 stars. I called the company per the request from their response ( see below) and spoke with their office assistant Andrea regarding my issues. She was very professional and calmy and kindly handled my concerns. They apologized for the experiences and sent another more experienced plumber out the next day without any further service charges. The plumber, Tate, was very polite and knowledge. After doing some problem shooting he was able to fix the problem of the toilet flushing sluggishly with a simple adjustment to the flapper in the tank. I really appreciate the way they came through for me and would recommend their company.
My first review:
I have used this company in the past and had good service but not this year. I had a technician come out to do the annual furnace check and the tech seemed nervous and unsure of what he was doing. He asked me if I had a manual for the furnace so he could look up the specs. Finally, he figured it out and got thru everything. I think it worked ok but the whole thing was a strange experience. The next week I had one of their plumbers come out to look at my toilet that wasn't flushing right. He flushed it several times and of course it flushed normally each time but it was frustrating because he didn't really offer much advice or input, didn't do anything else to check it out and seemed very disinterested in what he was doing. He was only here 15-20 minutes at the most and gave up and still charged me the full amount for the service call. I asked if he could possibly give me a break on the charge so he went outside and called the office and came back in and said no. My toilet is still not flushing properly. I don't recommend this business and will not be using them anymore.

Update: Keith came out today and did a fantastic job. I was not charged for his services; he was very professional and thorough. I guess the other technician was just having a really bad day or something. They said that was really out of character for him. We are only human; so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Parkey's is very lucky to have a technician like Keith and I hope they realize it. I can not give 5 stars because of the experience with capacitor, but I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to care about correcting something that was wrong. I know that if I use them in the future I will specifically ask for Keith.

Please look at their yelp reviews much more accurate than these manipulated google reviews. Horrible price gouging and incredibly terrible service. My first experience with Parkey's was with Keith an extremely nice technician; prices were high but he made up for it. Fast forward a year later and the capacitor goes out. We called Parkey's again only for the reason that they have serviced us before. They send out another technician who was easily the least friendly person I've met in Colorado. They charged me $400 for a turbo 200x multi capacitor. (they are gonna feed you some B.S. about the warranty with it). You can buy that piece yourself for about $75 in store or online. He then has the audacity to tell me to call them for yearly cleaning on the unit hes working on. So charges me $400 and cant even do a minor cleaning with that charge. Spent more time in his van then he did working on my unit. Told the guy thank you when he was done; he just stared at me and didn't even respond. So now two weeks later dealing with the AC dripping water and my wife is still waiting for the manager to call us back. Parkey's is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and use any reputable service in the springs; these people are terrible.

This business is wonderful. They took less than a day and even cam out the night before to try to fix the issue before it was recommended that we replace the heater. Tom was my “Service Pro” and he was very respectful, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them for your home. What was supposed to be a 6-8 hour job was done in less than 4.

We bought a package from Parkey’s for our rental property which provided a biannual check on our furnace and a/c unit. We were contacted a few weeks ago stating it was time for the furnace check, we got this scheduled. They also informed us that Parkey’s is now R. Buck Heating

Upon the inspection we were told our furnace was going to be going out “soon,” I asked how soon and was told they didn’t have a crystal ball so didn’t know. They stated for new parts it would be $3500 so better replace our furnace for $8500 instead.

Just for confirmation we called a second company before moving forward with replacement. We were told at this point that our furnace still looks good and that Parkey's put the incorrect filter on, that it was too large and folded and stuck in and that it wasn’t cleaned correctly but otherwise in great working condition.

Be aware of what they tell you. Our person who came out was Mike. He had us fretting over the replacement of a new furnace for no reason. Such a scam.

Keith D. was the most professional person I have dealt with in a long time. From start to finish he was communicative, friendly, professional, prompt and overall top notch. We were very lucky to have him as our installer. If all of Parkey's employees are like Keith then they have a great business going!

Until today, I’ve been a loyal Parker’s customer for approximately 20 years. Tim Parkey sold me my first system, I’ve stayed loyal and continued to purchase replacement systems and parts. The company has been sold and is no longer a local company. For most of the summer I’ve attempted to obtain routine service for my new furnace Parker’s installed last year, my April Air Filter and air conditioner. My first appointment cancelled by the New Parker’s, employee called out. My second appointment, employee showed up only to cancel as they couldn’t service a system installed in a crawl space. Why would you send an employee to a home you’ve installed two systems into and serviced for many years. It’s impossible to discuss appointments over the phone with their new untrained customer service, they are very unprofessional.

Therefore, I will be seeking service from an actual local company, not a corporate entity.

Our heater went out at night, their answering service were polite and helpful. We asked for them to come out the next day which they did in the morning at the scheduled time. Chris was prompt, efficient, polite, friendly and a hard worker. My husband and I also really liked how patient he was with us while explaining what was going on with our system.
We have been using Parkey's since we bought our 1st home in 03 and will continue to use their services with our retirement home. Thank you Chris and the rest of team Parkey's!

Wow! Eric did a great job helping with all aspects of plumbing and heating with our bathroom remodel. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He has many years of experience. We found him to be reliable and efficient and punctual. He has great problem solving skills and communicates well. We are looking forwards to working with him again.

I was very impressed by Tate B. who was here today to fix the faucets in the kitchen. He took his time to diagnose the problem and was extremely personable and knowledgeable about plumbing. He was very open about his background and experience. Also he stayed with it until it wasn't leaking at all. A+ rating on all levels. Thank You
