We had a back flow valve replaced by Fountain Valley Mechanical. Austin was our plumbing technician. He takes pride in his work, which is difficult to find anymore that does. He did an outstanding job. Great soldering job.

Fountain Valley Mechanic was able to send a technician out almost immediately and provided great service (as usual). Ryan was thorough and efficient in assessing and fixing what was wrong with our A/C unit, and he finished the job super fast.

Tim did our annual furnace inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were pleasantly suprised that the furnace inspection was included in the service agreement for our new AC and we didn't have to pay for it. I have used Fountain Valley Mechanical for years. They are the first company I go to for any heating and air conditioning needs.

First, I needed a new water heater, it was installed by Chris and Bryan. They were both very patient, and professional. ( I had a real mess and they worked very well together through it)

A few days later I requested cleaning the coil in the air conditioning system, it had been suggested for spring, but I requested the service to be done sooner. Bryan came to take care of my concern. Again, very friendly, professional, as with the earlier appt. I was not sold a lot of extra services I did not need.

I have had Fountain Valley for years, however in the past few years I felt a little pressure from repairmen to a possible problem coming up. This time was great. Tim was very respectful and informative. He showed me exactly what was done and how the furnace compared to a proper unit. I was thoroughly satisfied with a feeling of confidence that our unit would be in great working condition for the cold weather ahead. Great friendly service .

After getting 3 quotes for a new furnace, I chose Fountain Valley Mechanical for their competitive price, expertise and great communication. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine who has used them several times. I was upgrading my 20 year old furnace from a single stage to a two stage furnace and had a lot of questions. Matt was very quick to respond. Once the system was installed it didn't seem like it was working correctly and I felt like it was possibly a thermostat issue. Matt immediately got one of his technicians up here to troubleshoot and replace the thermostat and now everything is working beautifully! The technicians were friendly, courteous and respectful of my property and patient in addressing my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommended this company for your HVAC needs!

We had our furnace replaced by Phillip yesterday. He was very polite and was willing to answer any questions that I had. I really appreciated all the time he spent explaining all the changes to me. He went out of his way to fulfill all the expectations of the new furnace and the capabilities for our family. I hope in the future I will get to bump into him again. He was a great guy, with a great skillset, I really appreciate his hard work and his kindness. The service that I have received from A&A over the past couple of weeks has been top notch.
