Polar bear did a great job. Ben and Julian came out the day after I called and they diagnosed that my blower motor had seized up and replaced it same day at a reasonable price. Will be using them in the future!

We had to replace our existing, 20 + year old, air conditioning system and were referred to Polar Bear Furnace and AC. As often occurs with a replacement, there were significant challenges to getting our new system up and running with the remaining parts of our old system. John and his entire team worked extremely hard to diagnose and fix the unusual issues that were encountered, and we now have a great, new AC system. They were very responsive, great to work with, showed up when scheduled, always left the workspace immaculate, and always took the time to explain to me what the issues were. I give Polar Bear my highest recommendation if you need furnace and/or AC service.

I just had a great experience with Polar Bear! Dan was able to come out and fully fix my swamp cooler after a different person completely messed it up. He was highly professional, and was easy to work and communicate with. He was able to explain all the different options and I was able to pick the one that works best for me.

The technician, Trevor, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. We’ve had issues with our HVAC system for the past 6 months, and this was by far the best customer service we’ve experienced. Had water leaking from around our furnace. Trevor was able to quickly find and fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure that the entire system was functioning properly and passed on a lot of helpful information. Best service I’ve had in this field by far.

Very prompt, courteous service. Technician was extremely knowledgeable. AC/Condenser issues not yet fixed, but that is not a result of anything that Polar Bear did or didn't do. Hope to continue to build a working relationship with Polar Bear Furnace and AC for years to come.

I had a new boiler and side arm/indirect hot water heater installed by Polar Bear. I've worked with Polar Bear over the past two years to get my previous boiler working again after years of neglect from previous home owners, but it just had too many problems to keep maintaining it, including improper installation by the previous installer (not Polar Bear). John, the owner, came out to talk me through all the options and help me choose the best one. He even gave me a break on some parts after seeing the amount spent trying to get the previous boiler working, which he didn't have to do.

Ben and Dre did a fantastic job installing the new boiler. It was a marathon of a four day install since they had to re-pipe the whole boiler room, but I appreciate them not rushing it and taking their time to do everything right. And, wow, it was a clean install. Ben even made a custom manual holder to keep the manuals in one place.

After having a chance to use the new boiler in the recent cold and snow, I wasn't sure if it was working right or if I just misunderstood how these new high efficiency units work. Trevor came out to give everything a once over and explain all the various settings and how they work. He was very thorough and made certain everything was working as expected and also how I expected.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new boiler and side arm. My house stays warm and I never run out of hot water.

It's hard finding good boiler techs these days, especially when most heating systems in the area are forced air furnaces. I've found a great boiler company in Polar Bear, with John, Ben, and Trevor able to handle anything. Highly recommend Polar Bear.

Me and mt wife just started renting a house in Fountain CO. Only 4 days in and our AC unit caught fire. My land lord hired Polar Bear to come and repair the damage. The team that came over replaced my whole AC unit in a matter of 2 days. Juan and Kyle kept me and my wife updated on everything that was going on. They showed us how to use the new unit and things to look out for to avoid any future problems. They were very professional and friendly, as well as time efficient. I definetly recommend using this buisness for any AC and heating needs. Especially if your lucky enough to get Juan and Kyle.

Three years ago I put in a new air conditioning system. It has never worked right. I've called them out numerous times they charge me $900 to clean it once because there was cat here. I agree there was cat here in there. It still didn't work right When they came back. There was no filter in there. The people that had in there forgot to put a filter in. I didn't call them again this year because I'm tired of having them come out and it's still not being fixed right now today. Sunday it's 80° in here and I have it set at 72. We change the filter we have all the vents open. There is no reason why this doesn't work. I'm so tired. I paid a lot of money to have that installed and it's crap. If you're gonna get air conditioning installed, do not take the chance of using polar bear, mechanical
