Josh was a terrific technician. He took a lot of time inspecting our equipment and provided detailed explanations about our system and things we should know to be better informed owners. His professionalism and courtesy were noteworthy. We pay an annual fee for 2x inspections, so no charge for this visit.

I recently had my HVAC system serviced by Furnace World, and I couldn’t be more pleased. We purchased our system from them a few years ago, and their service continues to exceed expectations.
Before the appointment, I received a text with the technician’s photo ID along with confirmation of his background check, insurance, and license, which gave me immediate confidence. Josh arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was going on with our system. He performed a thorough inspection and identified a few issues related to the original installation.
Josh contacted the service advisor, Rick, who promptly authorized the necessary repairs at no cost to us. Their honesty, integrity, and commitment to customer service were exceptional. I highly recommend Furnace World and will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs.

Wow is all I can say about the quality of work John and his team did on our house. We had a swamp cooler before and what a difference it makes installing central A/C. I live on the western slope of Colorado 5 hours away from springs. They came and did an amazing job for me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. John Martinez and his crew did a great job with a difficult install at our place. When things weren't quite working right, Trevor came out and stuck with it until everything was perfect. Super nice guys!

I contacted John (the owner) on a Saturday evening because our water heater died. He was quick to get us an estimate, and let us know he and his team would be able to install a new one for us on Monday! John and his team arrived on time, they kept us in the loop throughout the entire process so we knew what was happening. They had the new water heater installed in a couple of hours and it's been working perfectly ever since. Cannot recommend Polar Bear Mechanical enough. Professional, easy to work with and affordable.

John and his team have been extremely professional and knowledgeable during our A/C installation…..along with extra attention to other details with our heating system that many others may have dismissed. We are very happy we chose them!

How often does the owner of the company service your HVAC? John was great: fast, efficient, and didn’t blink that he had to do our A/C service in the midst of a nearly whole house window replacement! He explained everything he found, listened to our concerns, and provided several options to increase the performance of our system.

Great customer service, from the office personnel, field techs and the owner himself. They are prompt, take care of our equipment and offer suggestions to have our equipment be more efficient. We have used them for a couple of years now and have been impressed with everything so far.

Trevor came out and did a fantastic job on our dryer vent. He was resourceful, fair and respectful. He was even considerate of the noise level while working so that he wouldn’t wake our sleeping one year old. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you!!!

John was fantastic! We have an old boiler and it’s hard to find companies willing to service it. He provided maintenance and also allowed us to pick his brain on future projects for our home, including ways to make it more efficient. Good, honest company, quality work. They are definitely our go-to!

This company is the absolute best a/c company we have ever used. They will come out ASAP to figure out what’s going on. We had an absolute job from hell and they were so nice about it and fixed all of the issues we had. I 100% recommend them and will continue to use them until I leave Colorado.

Update** called them about our furnace because it wasn’t working. They came out asap diagnosed the issue (our motherboard burnt out) and told us what our options are. We have been using this company for years and will continue to use them until we move out of Colorado Springs.

Once again, this company amazes me! They originally installed a brand-new A/C unit in our home. They were super professional, thorough, explained everything to us, economical, on time, and more. It has been a pleasure doing business with Polar Bear. After they installed our new unit, we also had them service our heater. I could not be happier with their service. Wow, what a great experience. Was working though trying to fix my furnace my self and realized i just didn't have the know how. Trevor came out and had it running within minutes. Simple fix for sure but he also took the time to run through the whole system and show all the diagnostics for the system. Finds out i will need to replace some things soon but for now he got it working beautifully. Thanks Trevor, you were a God send today!!!!

Very courteous and professional company kept us informed had to have HVAC installed. Within 2 weeks the project was completed and we are happy and satisfied with the company and the whole process they made it painless.
