Furnace World did an excellent job! From the beginning their sales representatives took time to help us determine what the best solutions were for adding a dual fuel heat pump system. Their quote was very reasonable and even included a discount for educators. Their installation team was very professional. They not only wore shoe protectors but also put down floor protectors the whole distance from the front door to the furnace. The installers spent time explaining the installation process and the new system operations. They also programmed our smart thermostat to optimize for efficiency as well as added an override setting for extreme temperatures. Thank you for taking the time to help us make our home more energy efficient.

These guys are awesome! They were very professional, polite and friendly. They installed a complete new furnace and A/C and all the duct work in my house as I am switching from a pellet stove heating system and it was a pleasure to have them in my home! They kept the place clean as they worked and did a fantastic job with the installation in an already built house. I would highly recommend them for you HVAC needs!

George was incredible. He came earlier than scheduled, he even called 15 minutes before arriving so I could get the dogs situated. He looked over everything within our unit, showed me every step of what he was doing/testing, and really educated me on our system. I would highly recommend George and his team at Furnace World!

I have used Furnace World for 20 years. They are honest and trustworthy experts at installing and servicing HVAC systems! They installed both of our furnaces and our air conditioner. George was just here to service our furnace. He showed me the problem and how he repaired it. He educated me along the way. My husband was the guy to pay attention to mechanical issues. He can no longer do that so I appreciate that very much!! One time I tried a different HVAC company to score a lower price. I paid a low 'promotional' price for an annual service and only received recommendations to replace both of my furnaces because of bad heat exchangers and a list of other problems. George showed me how to tell if a heat exchanger is going bad. Both of mine are just fine. Overall, the furnaces are getting older but performing just fine.

Joshua and Lynn came to my house today to install a new furnace that we purchased from Furnace World. Both gentlemen were polite and very knowledgeable. They explained in great detail all that I needed to know about the installation of our new furnace.
To include changing the filter monthly, in order to keep our furnace running efficiently, and also where to get them. The new thermostat was explained in detail, which was very helpful.
My house was left spotless!

George came out and knocked it out of the park. Fixed a rattling noise that no other technician could solve and got my AC to actually cool down the house. 100% would and will recommend!

Update: Had to have Furnace world come out again. This time I had Tyler as my technician. Once again, hugely impressed with the speed of diagnosing and repairing the issue I had. Can’t imagine using anyone but Furnace World for AC issues!

I have used Furnace World for many years with no complaint about their service. This year was no exception. George Harris arrived a few minutes early. He was personable, polite and completed the servicing quickly and competently. He encourage me to watch his work and explain every step. The report provided via email outlined all of the steps and actions took. I would recommend Furnace World and George highly.

Sept of 2023 Furnace world in an emergency replaced a furnace in my rental apartment . I was happy with their a punctual and quality installation. Because of their work I hired them again in In October 2024 to install 3 more furnaces and 5 water heaters. They again displayed excellence in their work. George the installer explained to me during the process exactly what he was doing and why. The furnaces, being in a furnace closet, later, after the full installation was complete became an issue with the furnaces having insufficient draft through the existing door openings. Jim visited and we discussed the issue. Although it was not in the original contract, they, due to being insistence on complete customer satisfaction and without obligation agreed to supplement with me the installation of 4 fully vented doors. About 2 months later there was a small issue with one of the furnaces performance. Within 1 hour of my phone call to Furnace World a repair man arrived and shortly had it running again.
The true value of a company is not in closing the sale, but their commitment to service the product and full customer satisfaction after the sale. That is where Furnace World excels. I highly recommend Furnace World.

Both Josh and Lynn arrived on time, worked to complete the job on the same day and even helped me obtain the right filters for a unit they didn't setup.
