Once again, High Altitude rocks for service and professionalism. Alex and Julian were on time, explained the process, and made sure I was satisfied after performing my annual inspection and maintainance on my furnace in the crawl space. Another 5 Star and 5 Thumbs up review for High Altitude.

The Best in The West again! Joe and Julian showed up exactly on time and did a very complete, professional, and reasonable priced annual inspection and tune-up on my 2 furnaces, one for the residence and another out back in my detatched garage. They even took time to test and check my CO detectors and showed me how to do it myself in the future. They also checked every single gas line connection for leaks. High Altitude and its staff all walk on water and eat fire in my book on exceptional customer servce! 5 Thumbs Up again.

Are you kidding me? These folks are 5 thumbs up. My 25 year old dinosaur furnace quit working on me this past week when it was 13 degrees outside. High Altitude was here the next day - I obtained 3 bids - no one matches High Altitude for prompt service and best price anywhere! I signed the proposal and they were here the next morning doing a professional and awesome install of a new furnace. Exceptional Customer Service and Price. David needs a $$ raise! Awesome technician.

My 2nd review for another annual service call - Exceptional and professional. My Service Technician, Kaleb, was right on time, performed the service to my satisfaction, installed a new filter while here, and was courteous and friendly - 5 Thumbs Up for him and for High Altitude - once again, the best HVAC folks around! Did I mention the fair and reasonable cost for service!!!

High Altitude Heating & Air did a fantastic job installing our new Carrier furnace, humidifier and air conditioning systems. We did not want to go another winter risking the cold with a 28 year old furnace. Both David and Alex were great, professional, friendly and polite. I went through 2 other local HVAC company's and was extremely disappointed in the service I received. High Altitude came out and had my heat working within 30 minutes. HVAC was turning itself off after an extended period of use; had to frequently turn off and back on to get heat, in spite of keeping the thermostat at a pretty low temp for the weather we're having. High Altitude showed up 2 hours after my call, Stephen cleaned and checked everything and my home is warm again! Friendly, efficient, and I definitely didn't feel over charged for the service. Will use this business again to keep my HVAC maintenance and in good working order.

Our furnace went out yesterday, right as snow was on the way, and with an 8-month-old at home I was extremely worried about him sleeping in the cold. High Altitude made our situation their top priority and responded quickly and efficiently. They had a brand-new furnace installed before temperatures dropped, which brought us so much peace of mind.

The entire team was exceptional—professional, kind, and truly caring. The pricing was phenomenal, especially for the level of service we received. We are beyond grateful and cannot recommend High Altitude enough. 10/10!

This is a great company with very competitive prices. They replaced our furnace one night when the temps were in the 20's. They never tried to upsell or bs, and I never heard anyone complain about working very late when they could have been home with their families. We needed a little extra work done that they had agreed to do in the bid. They came back, took care of it, right away. You will not go wrong with these people.

Had never used them before but after calling around their prices were the best. My tech was Josh who was thorough and professional. Unfortunately there were things he was not able to diagnose at first and this led to some confusion and frustration as we thought tech support would need to be involved which would've really started to raise the rates and overall price of the job, however, Josh reached out to management and was able to come to an agreement and a plan moving forward. Ultimately he saw things through and resolved the issue. Very pleased with the work completed and the willingness to resolve the issue.

We had an excellent experience with High Altitude Heating for a furnace diagnostic and eventual replacement. Every member of their team we interacted with was professional, timely and personable. Bernice in particular was extremely helpful to us and came across as a very kind person during our scheduling and payment discussions. They arranged the inspection with PPRBD, which was straightforward. Our inspector even commented that their install was quality work in the constrained space of our basement. We won’t hesitate to go to them again in the future.

I noticed my furnace was louder than normal and was able to schedule an appointment at 8 PM the night before and they cam out by 10:30 AM the next day. The technician, Steven, came out and did an incredible job. The office texted me a picture of who was coming and when. My wife said Steven was respectful, calm, and very helpful. She especially appreciated that he explained what we needed to do today - which didn't cost us anything - and the steps to take if the motor goes out in the future. He explained you guys normally have that specific motor onhand and what it would cost.
It was a super experience start to finish and I figured you would want to know. Good job!

I called this company to service a listing where the thermostat was down. Since my seller was out of state, I told the office at scheduling that an invoice could be emailed to him for payment, and I provided his email. The technician did great work, and I reminded him to send the invoice afterward. He had the email in his notes and told me “OK“ and we wrapped up. But later, I received an unprofessional call from the office demanding immediate payment despite the arrangement. I apologized for any miscommunication on my end and insured her the invoice would be paid today, but was only met with a very rude demeanor and was subsequently hung up on.
As a realtor, I need respectful communication for my clients and business partners. I value both quality service and professional communication. While the technician who serviced my client’s property was prompt, the office staff’s follow-up was unprofessional and rude.
I had clearly communicated the seller’s out-of-state status and that invoicing would be handled via email. Instead, I received a discourteous call demanding immediate payment. Due to this experience, I will no longer refer this company to my clients.
A respectful dialogue goes a long way in repeat business.

Our 43-year-old furnace went out during a bitter cold snap. I called on Tuesday morning and Bernice scheduled an estimator to come out right away. Briana stayed in touch with me twice to let me know her arrival time. She did an excellent job calculating the appropriate furnace and AC unit for our home, explained clearly all our options and gave me confidence we were purchasing the right system for our home. On the spot she was in touch with a local electrician to also quote us the cost of having the new AC wiring installed at the same time as the AC unit. I had both quotes that afternoon and were scheduled for the next day to install everything. David and Daniel arrived Wednesday morning and proceeded in a very professional manor and had the furnace and AC completely installed that afternoon. Their work is of the highest quality, they were very skilled at what they do, they listened to my request about the placement of the AC unit a bit further from a bedroom window and explained the system in a clear way. On Friday all work passed the two building inspections; I could not be happier with our new furnace and AC and the quality of the work performed. Bernice in the office was able to get us favorable financing, so that helped also. From the first phone call through the installation and the final inspection, I could tell I was dealing with a quality company. I am so glad I found High Altitude Heating & Air on short notice and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch, quality work, and great people. Thank you to all the employees and High Altitude Heating & Air and I look forward to calling on you in the future.

From the estimate to the install, David and Alex were absolutely amazing. We got estimates from a lot of companies but we felt really confident in David and High Altitude and knew we would be taken care of with them. The installation day was smooth and easy, David and Alex did a really thorough job and we were well informed about the whole system and its maintenance going forward. We can’t recommend them enough. Nick was wonderful! Was able to come over sooner then expected, was quick and efficient, and did a great job explaining things. My dogs loved him and he was very nice to them when they tried to help. Would definitely request him in the future.

Tyler was great. He diagnosed my furnace problem; The repair cost was too high. I will look elsewhere.
