Very professional staff of technicians with vast experience and expertise. We have been using Furniture World services for years now, and have always been very satisfied. This time we are replacing the Furnace completely, and so far so good. In a few days it will be installed.
Ok, today the furnace was installed with some additional duct work as well as a built in humidifier to the furnace, WOW, the crew did a perfect install job, honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Very nice personnel, great at what they do as well as very friendly. Highly recommend!
Great service and very helpful information by Tyler, as he came out and found the problem was with the Thermostat menu settings. He spend a lot of time resetting the unit, at no additional fees.

I highly recommend Furnace World. The whole staff and all the technicians are hard working. Everyone is so friendly, so reliable and so helpful. I call needing help and they usually are able to help as soon as possible. They’re scheduling is very flexible. We have used Furnace World for years for regular maintenance and also installation of heat pump and brand new furnace unit. The company stands behind their work and do not overcharge for services. We appreciate the staff and the work they do and they come highly recommended.

Due to a shortage of furnace flu components, our furnace replacement project took 4 months to complete. Our house is 33yrs old and it was time to replace the furnace/AC. The Amana 96% furnace was installed in May with AC capability initially. The flu fitting finally arrived in August and FW was finally able to complete the project. Tyler & Kory did a great job getting the flu stack routed to the roof, installing the network capable thermostat, and the humidifier/humidistat. Tyler & Kory was extremely knowledgeable about the furnace product and how to install all the related components. He photographed the installation and provided the necessary documentation so that we could pass the regional building inspection.

UPDATE 12 Feb 2026: Tyler & Kory discovered that our new furnace duct work needed a larger "pass-through hole" for optimum air flow from furnace to the main duct work. They enlarged the hole which involved some sheet metal work and new sheet metal covers for the filter space. it took about 2-3 hrs. They got it done and the air flow is much stronger now.

Excellent customer service. My furnace burn out it's circuit board and is located in my attic. I called around 10 on a holiday and they were able to squeeze me in before the temperatures dropped. Josh got my furnace up and running, changed the filter and did a safety check in no time flat. Which was no easy feat.

He was knowledgeable of the work that had been done on our furnace in the past, did a complete inspection of the furnace prior to the heating season, and also checked for any gas leaks (he did find one on the water heater and repaired the leak). Furnace World came through for us at the very last minute—right before the 4th of July weekend—when our AC completely stopped working during a heat wave. They responded quickly, professionally, and had the system up and running in no time, saving us from an unbearably hot holiday weekend.

Even though I wasn’t on-site, everything was handled remotely with great communication. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and thorough—he diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary parts, and provided clear photos of all the work that was done. The level of transparency and expertise was outstanding.

Very friendly on the phone. Arrived on time. Found the issue that another company "fixed" 3 times, each time charging me for the exact same "repair". Furnace world found the issue within 5 minute and had it repaired in about 1 hour. The young man took the time to vacuum and clean up after his work. (The other company did not clean up) I can strongly recommend furnace world.

Furnace World installed a brand new HVAC system in our 1978 built home, and provided superb service. Rick came to our home and paid us a visit as requested and informed of us of all our options and was able to provide financing on the spot using GoodLeap Financial. Once approved, installation of new system as well as proper removal of old furnace began immediately by Josh, their technician, who was also an absolute knowledgeable gentleman.
