As ALWAYS, Bernice is amazing and was able to get us in on short notice. Steven F was efficient and professional. He communicated when he was on his way and was on time! High Altitude is always our first choice!

I had a great experience with this High Altitude Heating & Air COS. They were prompt and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear, they showed up when they said they would, and there were no issues with the work that was preformed. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Bernice was GREAT at scheduling/setting up the logistics. Easy to work with, friendly, real, responsive, etc... David was the same.

Fantastic experience with High Altitude Heating & Air! Everyone is so nice and professional, from Bernice in the office, to everyone who has worked on my HVAC. Julian did an annual inspection and cleaning, and noted some issues with the original furnace installation (intake was not done how it should have been—not done by this company!). David came out to lift the furnace for a new intake, and he and Steven also installed a new humidifier. They were done in about three hours! Highly recommend this company.

The technician (Steven) was very knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. He checked every component of the heating system (e g. ignition, flame sensor, fan motor, air filters, natural gas connection for leaks and humidifier settings/operation). High Altitude heating check gave great peace of mind as we move into the winter heating season.

I had high altitude come out today to service my furnace and David exceeded my expectations. He did such a wonderful job figuring out what was wrong and explaining everything along the way. Bernise who works as the secretary is also so pleasant and helpful. I will definately be using them for all my hvac needs from now on.

David was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was going and even asked if we wanted a quote on a blower. I was very impressed with this team and will definitely recommend them to anyone who might need the same type of service.

I cannot thank High Altitude Heating & Air enough! My furnace went out on one of the coldest days of this year, and they came to the rescue. The Technician Daniel N. Was incredibly professional, polite, and clearly an expert in his field. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the heat running again in no time. Second year I've worked with High Altitude for my fall HVAC start-up and fireplace clean-outs. My husband passed a year ago in August and I knew I'd need to hire a contractor to do the fall start up for me. And what a blessing - they communicate clearly, remind me of the appointment, set a 2 hour window (yay!), come on time, and do good work. This year, David Allman led the crew. He was efficient, quick, and kindly answered my questions. What more do you want in a service inspection? My HVAC is up and running, my fireplaces are beautiful and cleaned once again, and I'm ready for winter. Thanks High Altitude for making this process simple.

Josh T. was awesome. He explained very thoroughly the newly implemented law about heating emissions and the accompanying requirement to keep our environment clean. He's always very respectful of our property and towards my wife and me. He put on shoe boots to keep from trailing dirt into our house. Very professional in his dealings with us. I am particularly impressed with his thoughtful explanations on the particulars of the new policies on furnaces and the new requirements. Every company should have technicians like him.

These guys are awesome. I have been repairing my mom’s old house. So far they have installed a new furnace and now central air. They let you know when they are on their way. They arrive promptly and clean up when they are done. Very satisfied with the furnace and central air.

High Altitude did an incredible job for us. Our furnace was.....limping. Josh came out, listened to our concerns, and got us up and running again. He then proceeded to explain our options in a no pressure way. Bernice was a delight on the phone and helped with coordinating everything around the ever-hectic combination of school and work schedule. The techs that came out to do the install, Seth and Alex, were polite, efficient, professional, and did an amazing job. Took them less than a day to get us a new furnace, install an AC unit, and cleaned up everything to the point that we wouldn't have ever known they were there afterwards. 10/10 recommend this company.

Pleasant, professional, efficient, and affordable. What more could you ask for. Turned to high altitude heating after engaging a larger HVAC company for a quote and high altitude was able to perform the same fix for less than half the price same day. Very pleased with their services!

I was very pleased with this company! They were able to fit me in on an extremely busy day (day before snow storm) called when running late, very informative, polite, followed through and came back next morning with the parts and completed the work! I would highly recommend this company! I felt they were honest and upfront about what needed to be done! High Altitude Heating & Air are my hero's!!!
