Very fast and great customer service. Not a fun thing to deal with on the 1st day of the year but Springs Heating and Cooling definitely made it easier. The staff have been very polite and friendly. They run on time. Great communication. Very quick to respond and get out to my house.

Great service. Jared was professional and told us just what we needed and didn’t try to up sell. He is very informative and suggested what air filters to use to extend the life of the furnace.

Great service, timely and efficient, glad they fixed the issue with little delay.

Heat stopped working on a sub-30 degree day, and Matthew from Springs Heating and Cooling was at my door in under an hour. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Super professional, informative, and stuck to the quoted price. Will absolutely use this team again!.

These are the only folks who are allowed to touch our HVAC system. Their technicians are open and communicative, never upsell, and are interested in keeping our systems running the best they can, for as long as they can!

They did a great job, worked through rain and hail and informed me of everything I needed to know and cleaned up when finished—I was impressed!

Jared is top notch and as professional as it gets. Was able to diagnose the HVAC problem quickly and has the skills to troubleshoot difficult issues etc. They responded in an hour on the weekend and got us up and running. Happy I called these guys.

The guys at Springs Heating and Cooling are awesome!!! They were able to get me on their schedule quickly and got me an estimate the same day, which was a very fair price and much less than the larger HVAC businesses in Colorado Springs. They handled everything with the permitting process and explained everything they were doing, what the building codes were, and even recommended a cheaper unit that fit my home size more efficiently. They were incredibly detailed, professional, courteous, clean, and communicative throughout their work. They’re a Veteran operated company, which gave me an immediate sense of trust having them in my home and I knew I’d be getting a great product. Why would you go anywhere else?

Jared worked to find the issue and promptly provided a solution. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! When we got heated, they cooled us off… literally! lol

Really fantastic work done by this company. I called multiple HVAC companies in the area to buy a new furnace for a rental unit and Rick at Springs was the only one who could give me a ballpark estimate on how much a new furnace could roughly cost. After that, I selected him for the job and following a quick inspection he gave me an official estimate which was within the range of the ballpark he had already provided. He went out of his way to ensure the furnace install could happen on my schedule and kept me informed as he gathered all the necessary parts. This company made this an easy purchase and an easy process and I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

My furnace went out last night and this morning I called these guys. Matthew was able to come out exactly when I needed in my schedule and was fantastic to work with. He was fast, efficient, kind, and very affordable. I am so glad to have found them!

They were able to send out a technician within 24 hours which was very appreciated. Matt came out and had the problem fixed within an hour. After he left the AC started acting up again and he came right back over to help further diagnose the problem and walk me through what was wrong (Bad electrical work was tripping the AC off).

Overall would totally recommend Springs heating and cooling. Matt was very nice, professional, and answered all my questions.
