You want the best customer service, best quality of work, best price, best products, and a long lasting working relationship, then this is the best company I have ever used. I am a lifer with allied heating. Their staff and team are amazing.

We just built our forever home, and our builders HVAC person quoted us double the cost of what allied did our system for. We have 2 high efficiency furnaces, and 2 AC units.

Like I said in the beginning, allied heating is the best in the game! You will not be disappointed!

The scheduler Tracy was very nice and professional as well, she helped me out to get scheduled quickly on a busy day for them. I highly recommend!!!!!

Avoid Tracey if you can. In my experience she was the worst customer service person Ive ever encountered. The rest of the company was great to work with unfortunately she was the last person I worked with.

This company has great communication and does amazing work. It was so easy to get scheduled with Kristin and then she sent us Chris and Darren who helped us more than we even knew we needed. They do honest and really good work. They seem like they really care about the equipment they work on and how to help people make them last longer and work better. Stop wasting money at these other hvac places and hire this team.

I had a full furnace-a/c install, and I have to say I am very happy with it, Todd was the installer and he is very efficient and respectful, as well knowledgeable. He is very informative, and detail oriented. I would recommend Allied . The staff were also helpful throughout this project. Thank you all, this was a great experience!

Steve was phenomenal. He worked quickly and he effectively definitely suggest using this company for any of your needs. Kristen the scheduler was absolutely phenomenal!

Website claims that they offer 24/7 support but they never answer their phone on the weekends. They installed an air conditioner in our home and they won’t even answer to get it fixed.

Edit: Had some issues with my air conditioner and Kristin in the office was able to get me scheduled with their BEST TECHNICIAN THE VERY NEXT DAY!

This company is AMAZING. Kristin got us scheduled without any problems and even got us a crew early on short notice? Chris and Darren came out and helped us out at our small business. They came for one thing and actually helped with multiple problems they found that could be serious in the future. This is the best hvac shop in town from top to bottom. Stop wasting money and time with the other companies. 10/5 stars

I needed an existing HVAC line relocated for a kitchen remodel I'm currently working on. Their technician came out yesterday and did an amazing job! I'm thrilled with the result, and Allied Heating & Air is forever my go-to HVAC company. Thanks to everyone over there for making this a great experience!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the office staff to the technicians and the owner, we have been beyond impressed with Allied. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond on every job.

We started by having them service our home AC and heater, then had them replace our AC, followed by our furnace when it went out. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional every step of the way.

More recently, I called Allied about our pool heaters, and Brannon and his team jumped into action. They took the initiative to not only get everything working properly but also bring our system up to date. Their communication is excellent, and they don’t try to upsell—they focus on finding honest, affordable solutions.

We trust Allied completely for all of our heating and AC needs and highly recommend them.

Harlen John's was an excellent technician!!! He was very thorough, kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable!! He kept me informed and educated on all he was doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing service on your AC unit or your air ducts cleaned.

Apex Clean Air cleaned our air ducts & dryer systems and did a good job. Chad Bryant did the service & very good at what he’s doing & very pleasant, he explained everything that he was doing. They installed the UVC Max 25 in the main supply that emits ultraviolet light which sterilizes & reduces airborne microorganisms & sanitize the air. I highly recommend them.

We had APEX out to clean the vents. Charlie, the tech who did the work was awesome. He was careful to explain the process and kept us informed as he did a whole house vent clean out. He also noticed another issue that required an immediate fix, and took care of that as well. All in all, this was an exceptional experience, start to finish, and I will use and refer APEX again for any HVAC work at my home. I felt that I had a quality job at a very reasonable price, thanks to Charlie & Tyler!!

Beyond the $744.00 cost of vent cleaning (24 vents and 5 returns) there were two $500.00 applications of different chemicals to eliminate mold spores. That seems a very high price for spraying a couple chemicals tfrough the system.

Called them for the lowest price around Hill AFB; from step 1 of 5 they came out swinging and blew my mind with not only the quality and speed of work, but how every step I was gently guided along. Along the way there were hiccups but I would be hard pressed to complain at how smooth these gentlemen navigated the challenges. As a veteran I understand the importance of a crew who can troubleshoot this well with a smile👃 Cheers! 🎊

Dallas and Angel were a pleasure to help me take care of an AC unit that needed to be repaired. The customer service and communication was excellent. They were able to do the repair next day. I appreciate the promptness and attentiveness they had to my needs. I will definitely use Apex for AC in the future!

Apex Clean Air cancelled my appointment twice at the last minute. I had to take time off from work for the 1st appointment and they didn’t show up. They then called to cancel the appointment. For the second appointment, Apex Clean Air cancelled the appointment the night before through a text and not by a phone call, and they want me to reschedule again. I wouldn’t recommend Apex Clean Air for any service.
