I had 3 different technicians come out for different things. Each one of them was great. Very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. They let me known if there were other issues I should be aware of and explained everything in great detail. The work seems to have been wonderful.

Our technician was friendly and professional. He worked with our schedule and actually came few hours earlier.
BE WARNED, the $49 is the coupon deal they use to lured you in. The whole project was almost $800 with other stuff they sell you. And there was that hidden $23 processing feed.

I booked an appointment to have our air vents cleaned through a promo on Facebook. I’ve never had a home service done through a Facebook ad. I always wonder if Facebook ads are a scam or not. I had to find out because $49 for all of my vents to be cleaned was a deal too good to pass up. So I took a chance. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted via phone and text by a real person the next day. I am a busy mom of 4 so I ended up texting all of the information and setting up the appointment that way. I appreciated how thorough they were in explaining their services and gathering necessary information to give me an accurate quote. I asked very specifically about the promo price and any additional charges I might incur. They were very transparent about their pricing. I didn’t feel that there were going to be any surprises and there weren’t!
I made the appointment about a month ago. They had to reschedule me once due to a last minute issue on their end. I didn’t mind, but I thought it was awesome customer service to automatically give me a $30 credit towards any service for the inconvenience.
I used that to get my dryer vent cleaned!
The service was great. Zack was the tech that came to do the service. He called me an hour in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and was super professional, explained everything as we did a walk through, took photos of each vent and explained how they work and gave us options for all of their services which would’ve obviously cost more.
We decided to stick to the vent cleaning.
What I appreciated most is that Zack didn’t push to sell us anything. He left us with the options, and we will probably end up doing the full duct cleaning in the future because of this experience. He did a great job. He was super kind and respectful to us and our home. I will highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for HVAC services from now on. Overall a great experience!

Nathan came to clean our air ducts and did an excellent job. He was on time, very professional, and took the time to show us photos and explain everything clearly. We really appreciated his honesty and how patient he was with all our questions. Highly recommend Nathan!

Great deal on whole house vent/duct cleaning. Added blower removal and cleaning. Chad and Josh were super friendly and professional. I would totally recommend Apex for any HVAC services!!

Drew, our service tech, was so nice and professional. He took time to walk through the whole house and explained everything that he was seeing in our air ducts and what he recommended clean them. He also recommended to me the LED HEPA filtration system since we have recently had foam insulation sprayed in the basement, to keep the off gassing chemicals from spreading throughout the house while running the furnace. I would highly recommend APEX clean air.

Brandon did a wonderful job cleaning our vents. Very respectful of our home with covers on his shoes, corners protectors for hoses and cloth cover on the floor for equipment.
He was very kind, polite, and considerate. Apex is blessed to have such a great employee!

Chad did an excellent job of blowing out my air ducts and cleaning the dryer vent. He also worked on the furnace and humidifier. He was a very diligent worker and explained the process of what he was doing. I was very pleased with his expertise.

Jonathan and Trey did an outstanding job! They cleaned my air ducts and installed an air purifier in my furnace with incredible care and professionalism. From start to finish, they were kind and courteous. The setup was excellent—they used drop cloths to protect my floors and corner protectors to avoid any scratches. They took before-and-after pictures, which was a nice touch.

The cleanup was flawless; they left nothing behind. Just when I thought they were finished, I realized one duct hadn’t been cleaned. Instead of leaving it, they kindly brought all the equipment back in and made sure it was done right. That level of dedication really impressed me. Jonathan and Trey went above and beyond—I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of Johnathan servicing my home. He was very professional and showed the outcomes of each vent after. He offered some of new devices that would help keep our air cleaner and went all the way to his boss to get us the perfect price, but timing was off on our end. Highly recommend Apex for services and I will be calling them back to install the fancy gadgets for our vents! 5 stars isn't enough!

We were able to get the Halo-Led Purification system installed a few days later, Johnathan was my man yet again! Texted me everyday letting me know if and when he was able to make it back. Came right over got it installed in 15 minutes! They held their integrity upholding the same deal we had made at our last appointment. Again, 5 stars is an understatement for this company for the amount of professionalism they bring to your home. My family and I cannot thank Apex Enough! I will definitely continue to do business with them!

Apex clean air has forever earned my trust and business!

Harlen did a fantastic job, I purchased a Groupon for a simple air duct cleaning and what I assumed would be a simple process turned into a nightmare to do another companies absolute and total negligence. ( I was paying over $400 annually to another company whom promised quality assurance and regularly visited my home to service my furnace) when Harlen came he lifted a vent and I couldn’t clearly see contamination and I quickly realized I was placing my trust into a very deceitful company.

Harlen was extremely informative, helpful, kind and very reassuring that he would address the issue and he followed through exceeding expectations. I am so thankful for this company and most importantly Harlen! Apex Clear air has forever earned my trust and business. What I thought would be a 10,000 dollar issue was a 2800 dollar issue. This company does not overcharge, this company is informative and absolutely worth every penny. I can’t thank you guys enough for turning a literal health hazard into a healthy environment.

Brandon was prompt, very educational, and showed us everything he found upon service to furnace! He was absolutely fantastic, and I appreciated all his knowledge! Super nice and professional guy! They don’t do anything without running it by you first and explaining things which I appreciated a ton! No surprises at the end of the visit! You know exactly what you’re paying for and what they recommend in the future! Would 100% use them again.

I highly recommend Apex clean air duct cleaning service Brandon did a great job cleaning all our vents and my furnace and then we decided to get a new filter system and he Installed it today and also cleaned out our dryer vent! He did a thorough and excellent job and he’s great to work with super nice guy.

Chad did an awesome job. He cleaned all our vents and got them so much healthier for people with allergies and asthma. He took the time to explain what he does and how it all works. I feel so much better knowing all that junk is no longer blowing around in our vents and air. Love that the dryer vent is all cleaned out too. Was great. Will have them back next year too.

Loved the customer service experience i had today with my technician by the name of Harlen. He was so knowledgeable and honest about his work. He totally broke down things for me in layman terms to make me understand what he was talking about. This company i will definitely keep using in the future very reasonably charged and also worked with me as far as payment was concerned this company is amazing and like I said the technician did an amazing job. Will be recommending this company to others as well as using the company for future repairs.

We have been using Robbins for a cpl of years now. They kept a swamp cooler unit running that was probably the original unit to the home. And replaced it today, after squeezing us in and not making us wait weeks. We were spoken to respectfully and given options for various budgets by Richard. Richard went above and beyond to work us into his schedule and even met with us later to solidify the details. Our furnace also is original and needs replacing for efficiency reasons. —Never— do I feel pressured, I am only ever provided with helpful info and their help to keep us running.
Brenda is always the poor lady that gets stuck with me on the phone in my moments of panic. She got us on schedule when we were due to have people in our home for graduation. And she knows what our schedule is so they can best service us when we need it and is best for us. Probably the best customer service phone person I have spoken to since I have lived in New Mexico.
I have had a cpl of the guys at our home for swamp cooler and furnace starts and stops. Sorry guys I don’t remember all your names. But they are always polite respectful and clean. They talk to me so -I- can understand what is happening and what the options are. They also are very understanding and tolerant of barking dogs and curious kitties who try to inspect their tools. 😊

I've had a very good experience with Robbins for the last 10 years. They installed a new furnace and AC for me in another house, repaired the furnace at my current house and maintained my heating and cooling systems annually. Their service people are always on time, polite and do a thorough job. The same can be said of Kenny who was at my house yesterday to service my AC.
