We used Gems Tree Service and they are definitely 5 Thumbs Up. Family owned and operated for 30 years. We have used a lot of other Tree Services in our past 15 years here - read: huge Elm trees! and we have never been so happy with such amazing pricing, professional work, and I do mean a total and spotless cleanup by the crew. Exceptional customer service, awesome communication through Thumbtack, and Gems stayed exactly on the price they quoted. You will be happy; we sure are!

A wonderful company! Our tree fell down on Friday evening at 4:45 PM, I called them shortly after it fell, a real person answered the phone, and at 8:30 AM Saturday a crew came out and had the tree all cleaned up in 45 minutes. They were polite, efficient, and cleaned up the entire area completely. Now that is service, and with a smile I might add!

I am impressed at how quick, efficient and professional the Gem’s team was in the removal of my leaning blue spruce (over 25ft). Not only did they operate in a safe manner they utilized a bucket crane to remove the branches and top of the tree. No worries or fears as the tree was removed, and stump grinder out in less than two hours. (They offer the mulch and tree for firewood if you want) I highly recommend Gem’s for your tree removal or services!

Chris and his team did such a great and quick job removing my very dead tree! It was right next to the house, so I was nervous trusting someone to remove it without it collapsing onto the house, but he was able to do it without damaging anything!! He also did an excellent job cleaning up the ground afterwards! Thank y’all so much!

This company returned one call and I could never reach them again. We waited for three days and no one ever called or showed up to give us an estimate. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Not sure why they even advertise their services?

Jacob was incredibly responsive. From initial call, quick onsite estimate, super quick scheduling getting it all set up was awesome. Service was professional, clean, thorough and everything you’d want. I also appreciate the willingness to take on a smaller job and complete it with the same level of consideration as if it were a large job!
