I highly recommend Tree Artisans for tree service! Nice family owned business. They gave a fair estimate for tree removal and did an excellent job. They removed an aspen tree and ground the stump and cleaned up and left no mess!

What a wonderful experience from estimate to final bill. Jack came out to give an estimate for the removal of 5 dead trees. He was very knowledgeable about the various aspects of tree removal (just chop them down leaving the stump, vs. Stump grinding.) The price was FANTASTIC!! We were anticipating a 4 figure amount, and was very pleasantly surprised when it only cost $640! The team (3 people) showed up, and in only 2 hours : chopped down 5 twenty foot trees, put them thru the chipper, and thoroughly cleaned the backyard of any debris. They even swept part of the neighbor's yard where some branches/chips fell. I am spreading the word through my neighborhood about the excellent service and pricing . I can hardly wait until they add TREE PLANTING to their service. I won't even ask for competitive bids. Tree Artisan is the ONLY one for us!!

We have a two and a half acre lot that had been neglected for many years. Tree artisans has been our go to tree company for removal, treatment, and education. Jack has come out and walks our property looking for mistletoe and pine beetles. He has also advised us on fire mitigation. They care about trees and keeping our property healthy. Great company!

Do not choose tree Artesians. I had them come to my residence to cut down two trees and trim another one. Jack came to do the free consultation. He quoted 2k for the job. Their crew came and were here from 8-3. I came home and saw that the tree that needed a lot of dead trimmed was not trimmed the way we agreed to. I called over a dozen times to get this issue rectified. No answer. I talked to Gail briefly about the issue and she was supposed to get back to me. Called again. No answer. I've left voicemails with call back number. They continue to email me about non payment. The service has not been finished and the issue still stands. I expected more from this company. Would not recommend.

Tree Artisans removed an old tree from my front yard last spring; they were also able to grind out the stump. They came while I was at work, so it was fascinating to watch later on my driveway camera. They cleaned up well and left the larger stump pieces at my request. I highly recommend them.

Arborist (Jack) checked out all my pine trees (50+) for pine beetles as well as Blue Spruce and Aspens for general health. Explained what he was looking for in each case and what the various symptoms meant. Recommended treatments to save some trees and removal of some. Also identified some fungus issues on the Blue Spruces--explained what I could do to resolve that. Tree removal was timely and accomplished professionally. The team leader verified which trees were to be removed before they started and explained what they'd be doing. The trees were removed, stumps ground and completely cleaned up everything in the yard and around the chipper. Have used them at least annually to check the status of the trees with the beetles. Have always been great to work with.

Have used their services a couple of times. They were professional and satisfied with their work. Priced reasonably and competitive with others. Had two sick trees that they nursed back to health and are now thriving. Will use them again and again.

Trimmed tree branches over our hot tub and damaged the cover on it. Derek mansplained to my wife over the phone his opinion of the matter without coming out to look, then when forced to come out to look by his boss did the same thing to my mother in law. They've made no offer to even partially help fix their mistake.

This was the third time we've used them and previously they were great (hence the second star) but won't support their business anymore.

The entire staff at the Tree Arisans were very helpful, easy to work with and knowledgeable about fir trees. They helped serveral of our fir trees with fertilization and aphid control (the last tree). We would highly recommend their services if your firs need tender loving care.

Tree Artisans cleanly removed 6 dead trees from our property and saved 1 tree from active pine beatle infestation. More so, Jack spent a lot of time walking the property to educate me on growth patterns, how to spot pine beatle, how to treat various disease concerns and offered fire mitigation suggestions. This is the second time Tree Artisans has pruned our trees, and they are always on time and do a great job. Jack did your initial estimate, and he is very knowledgeable about not only pruning, but about what is best for the overall health of the tree. You can tell he is very passionate about trees and tree health. Tree Artisans uses an injection process as far as pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizing the trees, which has low to no impact on the outside environment; they will offer this service, but they do not push it on you. We will continue to use Tree Artisans in the future, and feel they do excellent work!

Knowledgeable and courteous service. This family-owned business has been taking care of our numerous trees for seven years, including, injections of fertilizer, pesticides and fungicides. The systemic treatment provides a direct infusion and avoids dispersion of chemicals to the surrounding area. Drought, beetles and hailstorms have stressed and injured the trees of Colorado. We're lucky to have Tree Artisans. Jack is an excellent tutor who knows and loves trees. Gillian is the operations manager/ owner and has become a well-informed tutor as well. Many thanks.

I originally called Tree Artisans 3 years ago after a national company allowed my tree die from bug infestation even though they had "treated" it for years with spray. Jack from Tree Artisans came out and evaluated all my trees and found that many of them needed treating. But Tree Artisans use the natural function of a tree to treat it intravenously. I learned so much about trees from Jack! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience. And my trees are in beautiful shape! I trust Tree Artisans to come out and inspect my trees every year!

We hired Tree Artisans to help remove and prune dozens of trees, shrubs and assorted junipers for a very large landscape renovation project in old Broadmoor, Colorado Springs; literally dozens of trees of all sizes and multiples of dozens of large, overgrown shrubs for a large, heavily planted property. The project included the cutting and pruning of the trees and shrubs but also deeper then normal stump grinding to enable us to convert the spaces to perennial planting beds. To be clear, this was a massive, sophisticated project. The Tree Artisan team were competitive on price, but much more importantly, they showed up on time and as promised and did absolutely awesome work. Their crews were genuinely kind, articulate, motivated, professional and beyond competent. They did amazing work and left the property in pristine condition. While we all hope for great service and great results, we often find ourselves with experiences and finished products that are just short of expectations. Tree Artisans, from the very first interaction until the final clean-up absolutely delivered. What an awesome company and truly impressive employees. We couldn’t be happier and more satisfied.
